Description FOLDABLE SCOOTER CONVENIENT FOR FOLDING AND UNFOLDING Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a scooter and in particular to a foldable scooter convenient for folding and unfolding.
Background of the Invention
In order to solve the problem that the scooter needs to occupy a large storage space due to its large volume, a foldable scooter is invented. However, for an existing scooter, the space occupation is reduced by folding the handlebar and the seat or by splitting the whole scooter into front and rear separate bodies. For the former, by folding the handlebar and the seat, the space occupation is still large. For the latter, although the space occupation becomes small, it is very inconvenient since some operations are required by disassembly and assembly.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a foldable scooter having a handlebar, a seat and a frame, all of which are foldable. This foldable scooter has small storage space occupation and is convenient for folding and unfolding. In order to achieve this objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a foldable scooter convenient for folding and unfolding is provided, including a front frame, a rear frame and a folding mechanism for folding a scooter; a front wheel and a handlebar of the scooter are fixed to a front base plate of the front frame and a rear wheel and a seat of the scooter are fixed to a rear base plate of the rear frame; the folding mechanism includes a first folding mechanism, and the front car frame is fixed to the rear frame through the first folding mechanism; the first folding 1 2016101388 03 Aug 2016 mechanism includes a front housing fixing portion and a rear housing fixing portion, the front housing fixing portion is hinged to the rear housing fixing portion, and the front housing fixing portion and the rear housing fixing portion are matched with a fastener; the fastener includes a locking wrench hinged on the rear housing fixing portion and a safety ring provided on the rear housing fixing portion; a positioning groove is formed on a side face of the locking wrench and a positioning bulge is formed on an outer side of the safety ring, and the positioning bulge is movable to be fitted in the positioning groove of the locking wrench; he armrests on left and right sides of the seat are hinged to the seat, and the armrests can be turned over downward; a backrest of the seat is arranged in a “n” shape, and the backrest includes a left support column hinged to the left side of the seat, a right support column hinged to the right side of the seat and a backrest portion fixed between the left support column and the right support column; and the left support column and the right support column can be turned over downward.
Since the seat can be turned over downward, the armrests and the backrest on the seat can be turned over downward, and the rear support frame and the rear support wheel are provided on the rear side of the rear frame, it is convenient for vertical storage after the scooter of the present invention is folded, and the transverse storage space occupation of the scooter is further reduced. The rear support frame and the rear support wheel are used for supporting the vertical placement after the scooter is folded; an included angle formed between the rear support frame and the rear support wheel is also convenient for the placement of the scooter after being folded; and the rear support wheel also can be used for turning over of the rear frame when the scooter is folded and for the movement of the scooter after being folded, so that the folding and unfolding of the scooter are convenient.
Preferably, after the front base plate of the front frame and the rear base plate of the rear frame are folded, the front wheel of the scooter can be located between two rear wheels of the scooter. The above arrangement can reduce 2 2016101388 03 Aug 2016 space occupation after the front frame and the rear frame are folded. The present invention has small storage space occupation.
