TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention involves in the field of medical instalments, especially relates to a multifuction diagnostic and alarm system for human nerve intraoperatively.
BACKGROUND
[0002] As the clinical nerve diagnostic technology constantly improves, Intraoperative nerve function diagnostic gradually becomes mature. A series of medical instruments related to all motor nerves, including recurrent laryngeal nerve, superior laryngeal nerve, facial nerve, the lingual nerve, nerve, phrenic nerve, spinal nerve and so on, which respectively have nerve dianostic system. During operation the main purpose of nerve dianostic system is to recognize and identify the injure on nerve from operation as soon as possibe and correct the cause of injure instantly to invoid permanent nerve injure.
[0003] The existing nerve diagnostic system forms a circle between human different body parts and connecting line on interface box of diagnostic main body, then the microcurrent released by probe stimulate nerve to achieve myoelectric signals. The main body magnify the signal to record myoelectic diagram and send the alarm. Surgeon lays down probes, then holds surgical instruments to do separation anatomy on nerve in order to protect human nerve.
[0004] The existing diagnostic and alarm systems have the following shortcomings: First, real time diagnostic on each nerve cannot be realized, surgeons do separation anatomy on nerve by using surgical instruments after they lay down probes, which takes no effects and the possibility that injures on nerve are still high because nerve diagnostic blind area is existing. Second, The surgeons and assistants cannot realize real time diagnostic on nerve simultaneously; By the way surgeon need to change probe and surgical instruments frequently, which can be delay for operation and adds unnecessary risks.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0005] The objective of the present invention is to provide diagnostic and alarm instrument for human nerve intraoperatively, which has removable interface connector and is able to connect with various surgical instruments on the basis that the existing multifuction diagnostic and alarm systems for human nerve intraoperatively need to change probe frequently and are not able to achieve diagnostic and alarm on each nerve of human body.
[0006] A multifuction diagnostic and alarm system for human nerve intraoperatively, wherein it comprises main body and interface box, wherein main body has function of real time diagnostic, processing and alarming and interface box shows signal and data of nerve diagnostic. The interface box is connected with main body, wherein input connector is fixed on main body, wherein conductive connector is also included, wherein it is connected with main body by wires.
[0007] Further, the conductive connection part is metal clamping body with insulating layer painted on the surface, one side of metal clamping body handheld end is equipped with first interface, which is conducted with metal clamping body; The wires are in series connection multiaperture connector bar, wherein both sides are equipped with first insertion end and second insertion end, which respectively match main body input interface and first interface.
[0008] Further, the wires include the first and second wire, wherein the first wire is connected with main body and multiaperture connector bar, the second wire is in connection with multiaperture connector bar and conductive connector, and wherein the second insert end is set on one end of the second wire, and the other end of the second wire is the third insert end matching with multiaperture connector bar.
[0009] Further, the metal clamping body is spring clip, wherein inner side of clamping part is equipped with metal clip teeth combining together with metal clamp body, wherein the side of metal clip teeth is equipped with insulating layer.
[0010] Further, the input interface and the first interface of main body are all USB interfaces, wherein the first and the second insert end are all USB interfaces matching with main body interface and the first interface.
[0011] Further, input interface of main body and the first interface are all headphone jacks, wherein the first and second insert ends are all headphone jacks matching with main body input interface and the first interface.
[0012] The invention has the following advantages: [0013] The invention is to exclude the use of probes to detect nerve and surgical instruments by directly holding conductive connection part made of different metal surgical instruments, which can simplify the surgical procedure, reduce patient suffering and improve the surgical safety; [0014] The invention is equipped with conductive connection part coated with an insulating layer to prevent the feedback signal from being affected by external environment.
[0015] The invention is equipped with USB plug or the headphone jack on both ends of wires, which is easy and convenient to dock so as to improve the operation efficiency; [0016] The invention is equipped with multiaperture connector bar, which can realize diagnostic on various nerve signal simultaneously. Furthermore, cooperation between surgeon group is easier, the falses cased by frenquently change probes can be avoided, and improve safety of operation.
[0017] The invention is equipped with removable multi-interface connector, which makes normal surgeon instruments become instruments with diagnostic function to realize diagnostic on blind area of motor nerve during operation.
