Abstract A plastic /aluminum/plastic composite pipe joint provided with a pipe joint main body (2) having an brass insertion cylinder portion (3) inserted to an end portion of a pipe (1) to be connected, two seal rubbers(5)attached to two peripheral grooves (4) on the brass insertion(3),a clamp ring(6) for fastening the end portion of the pipe (1) to the insertion cylinder portion(3)with elastic fastening force, and a plastic ring (7) extends the clamp ring(6) resisting the elastic force of the clamp ring (6) and detached by pushing with a forth end of the pipe (1), a space (10) where the plastic ring (7) detached into from the clamp ring (6), a C-Ring(8) for fastening the end portion of a pipe (1) to stop the pipe sliding away from the pipe joint, a protect shell (9) around insertion cylinder portion (3) of pipe joint, there are some holes (11) in the protect shell(9) which inspects if the plastic ring (7) detached away from the clamp ring (6). To install, just push, no more tools, less labors, higher working effects. Meanwhile, the plastic ring (7) as isolation stops the brass main body to touch with the aluminum of an end portion of a pipe, to avoid the hidden safe dangers because of the electrochemical reaction between the brass and aluminum. 3ig8 Fig 2

FIELD OF INVENTION

This invention relates to a plastic/aluminum/plastic composite pipe joint.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, a pipe joint for connecting the plastic/aluminum/plastic composite pipe to transport Gas and Water, is Brass compress fittings or Brass crimp fittings. To install the compress fittings and crimp fittings, need to use the special tools, and much too doings, easy wrong working. There is a kind of pipe joint with clamp ring which easily connects with the plastic/aluminum/plastic composite pipe. Then, it has not a plastic ring as gasket between the end portion of pipe and Joint main body, the electrochemical reaction happens at the time of the aluminum of pipe touching with the brass of joint main body, appears the hidden-safe dangers, causes the leakage of gas or water.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

The plastic ring(7) in this invention has two functions: isolation and extender. The isolation function is that the plastic ring(7) is located between the end portion of pipe (1) and the joint main body, stopping the electrochemical reaction.

This invention improves the existed pipe joint with clamp ring. Easy installation, good connection, more safe. Just push, no more tools, less labors, higher working effects.

The clamp ring(6) keeps continuously the sufficient leakage prevention which is caused by heat deformation. Because the clamp ring (6) tightens the pipe on the peripheral face of Brass insertion cylinder portion (3) to obtain the sealing ability.

Claims

1,A kind of plastic/aluminum/plastic composite pipe joint, provided with a pipe joint main body (2) having an brass insertion cylinder portion (3) inserted to an end portion of a pipe(l) to be connected. It’s features: two seal rubbers(5)attached to two peripheral grooves (4) on the brass insertion(3), a clamp ring (6) for fastening the end portion of the pipe (1) to the insertion cylinder portion(3)with elastic fastening force, and a plastic ring(7) extends the clamp ring(6) resisting the elastic force of the clamp ring (6) and detached by pushing with a forth end of the pipe(l).

2„ According to The Request 1, there are some features as bellows: a protect shell(9) around insertion cylinder portion(3) of pipe joint,, and a C-Ring(8) in the end of protect shell(9) for fastening the end portion of a pipe (1) to stop the pipe sliding away from the pipe joint.

3„ According to The Request 1, the features: there is a ring space (10) at the bottom of the insertion cylinder portion(3) where the plastic ring(7) detached into from the clamp ring (6).

6„ According to The Request 1-4, the features: two ends of the clamp ring slit (12) is formed to stair-shape, tooth close each other.

7„ According to The Request 1-4, the features: The inspected holes(l 1) is at the front of entrance of ring space (10).
