A combination dimmer and ratchet type biased switch is provided. A turning of a handle of the dimmer can change the intensity of the light output. A first pressing of the handle can turn on a light, a second pressing of the handle can turn off the light, 5 and a third pressing of the handle can turn on the light again. >34
