Abstract

A magnetically mountable LED module disclosed by the utility model comprises an LED circuit board and a carbon fiber load-bearing member. The LED circuit board is provided with a magnetic attracting portion and a positioning portion and the carbon fiber load-bearing member comprises a metal sheet which is partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing member. The LED module disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that excessive metal posts do not need to be welded for screw fixation, the problems of complex operation and high processing accuracy of the welding process are avoided, the problem of inconvenience in mounting and maintenance caused by screw fixation is also avoided and the LED module is convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Description

MAGNETICALLY MOUNTABLE LED MODULE TECHNICAL FIELD The present utility model relates to an LED module field, and more particularly, to a magnetically mountable LED module. BACKGROUND LED module is a product formed by packaging LEDs arranged according to certain rules together. In general, a product which is formed by mounting an LED circuit board on a bearing member of an LED module (such as load-bearing substrate) is referred to as an LED module. In the prior art, the method of mounting the LED circuit board on a load-bearing member mainly comprises: welding metal posts on the load-bearing member LED circuit board, wherein the metal posts are matched with the holes on the load-bearing member of the LED module; and fixing the two through screws. The method mentioned above has the following shortcomings that: 1) the welding process for welding metal posts is complex and the metal posts which are welded inadequately are easy to fall off; 2) disposing metal posts on the LED circuit board needs to maintain the consistency of positions and sizes of the metal posts, such that they are difficult to be processed; 3) the fixing way using the screw is not only more time-consuming during assembly, but also is inconvenient for disassembly, because in the maintenance process, especially when there is a problem in an individual LED circuit board, it needs to unscrew more screws to open the problematic LED circuit board, and the disassembly is inconvenient. The China patent document CN203644328U discloses an LED display unit cabinet. The LED display unit cabinet includes a display module and a 1 cabinet frame; the both are attractively connected through magnets, and are fixed through positioning columns as well as screws and screw holes. Although said LED display unit cabinet uses magnets to make the display module be attracted on the cabinet frame, which may avoid the problem resulting from welding too many metal posts to some extent, it still needs screws to fix, thereby leading to inconvenience of the installation and maintenance process. However, if the screwing process is omitted, there is no guarantee that display module and the cabinet frame can be connected firmly. SUMMARY The utility model aims at solving the problem existing in the prior art that excessive metal posts need to be welded for screw fixation, the operation is complex, the process is difficult, and is inconvenient for disassembly during mounting and maintenance, and provides a magnetically mountable LED module which has the advantages that excessive metal posts do not need to be welded for screw fixation, the process is simple, the operation is easy, the LED circuit board and the load-bearing member are easy to disassembly and the connection is stable. To solve the technical problem mentioned above, the magnetically mountable LED module of the present utility model comprises: an LED circuit board provided with a magnetic attracting portion and a positioning portion, wherein the magnetic attracting portion is magnetic or is attractable by magnetic materials; and a carbon fiber load-bearing member, configured to be fixed to the LED circuit board to form the LED module, and comprising a metal sheet which is partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing member and is configured to be attracted by the magnetic attracting portion. The carbon fiber load-bearing member is a carbon fiber frame or a carbon fiber board. 2 The carbon fiber load-bearing member (2) has a thickness in the range of 1.5-20mm. The positioning portion is a positioning column which is configured to be inserted to a positioning hole on the carbon fiber load-bearing member. The magnetic attracting portion is one of magnetic steel sheet or magnet sheet. The metal sheet is one of iron sheet, cobalt sheet, and nickel sheet. The magnetic attracting portion is symmetrically disposed on the LED circuit board. The positioning portion is symmetrically disposed on the LED circuit board. Compared to the prior art, the magnetically mountable LED module of the present utility model has the following advantages that: the magnetically mountable LED module disclosed by the utility model comprises an LED circuit board and a carbon fiber load-bearing member, the both are fixed together by disposing the magnetic attracting portion on the LED circuit board and disposing the metal sheet on the corresponding position of the carbon fiber load-bearing member. The carbon fiber load-bearing member has light, thin, and high strength texture, good fixing may be achieved only through the magnetic attraction, without welding of excess metal posts for screw fixing, such that the problems of complex operation and high processing accuracy of the welding process are avoided, and the problem of inconvenience in mounting and maintenance caused by screw fixation is also avoided. When the individual LED circuit board needs to be disassembled, it can be achieved by manually pushing the LED circuit board off, and it is convenient to disassemble and assemble; because the carbon fiber load-bearing member has light, thin, and high strength texture, it can greatly save the production cost and transportation costs; in addition, the metal sheet can be embedded therein 3 when the carbon fiber load-bearing member is molded, such that the metal sheet can be stably fixed on the carbon fiber load-bearing member after molding of the carbon fiber load-bearing member, the process is simple, the fixing is stable, and the appearance is good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT In order to make objects, technical solutions and advantages of the utility model more clearly, embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail further below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1-6, in the embodiments, the magnetically mountable 4 LED module, comprising: an LED circuit board 1 provided with a magnetic attracting portion 11 and a positioning portion 12, wherein the magnetic attracting portion 11 is magnetic or is attractable by magnetic materials; and a carbon fiber load-bearing member 2, configured to be fixed to the LED circuit board 1 to form the LED module, and comprising a metal sheet 21 which is partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 and is configured to be attracted by the magnetic attracting portion 11. It should be noted that the shape and the size of carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 are not unique. In this embodiment, the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 is a carbon fiber frame, and the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 has a thickness of about 10mm. As an alternative implementation, the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 may also be a carbon fiber board. Those skilled in the art, of course, may also adjust the thickness of the carbon fiber load-bearing member according to the practical application; the thickness of the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 may comprise but are not limited to 10mm, and may also be any value in the range of 1.5-20mm. For achieving the purpose of the present utility model, the materials of magnetic attracting portion 11 and the metal sheet 21 may be not unique, as long as the metal sheet 11 and the magnetic attracting portion 21 may attract each other. In this embodiment, the magnetic attracting portion 11 is a magnetic steel sheet and the metal sheet 21 is an iron sheet. As an alternative implementation, the magnetic attracting portion 11 may also be a magnet sheet; the metal sheet may also be one of a cobalt sheet and a nickel sheet. In order to make the magnetic attracting portion 11 and the metal sheet 21 attract each other more fully for stable fixing, the magnetic attracting portion 11 may be symmetrically arranged on the LED circuit board 1. In this embodiment, the carbon fiber frame comprises a plurality of even rectangles; the magnetic 5 attracting portions 11 are disposed at the four corners of each rectangle respectively. For achieving the purpose of the present utility model, the design approach of the positioning portion 12 may be not unique. This embodiment provides a specific implementation that the positioning portion 12 is positioning posts which are adapted to be inserted in positioning hole on carbon fiber load-bearing member 2. As an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the positioning portion 12 may also be a positioning hole, and the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 is provided with a corresponding positioning post 2. In order to make the positioning between the LED circuit board 1 and the carbon fibers load-bearing member 12 more stable, in this embodiment, the positioning portions 12 may be symmetrically arranged on the LED circuit board 1, the positioning portions 12 are disposed on the middle points of two opposite sides of the rectangle-shaped LED circuit board 1 respectively, that is, minimum positioning posts are used to achieve positioning and assembly. The method of assembling and dissembling the magnetically mountable LED module of the utility model is as follow: inserting the positioning portion 12 on the LED circuit board 1 into the positioning hole 22 on the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 to achieve precise positioning, and attracting the magnetic attracting portion 11 on the LED circuit board 1 through metal sheet 21 partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing member 2 to achieve stable fixing and thereby finish assembly; and pushing the LED circuit broad 1 off the carbon fiber frame for disassembly, when a specific LED circuit broad 1 mounted on the carbon fiber frame needs to be disassembled. Clearly, the above-described embodiments are merely made to clearly illustrate the given examples, and do not intend to limit the implementations. Ordinary skilled person in the art may make other changes or variants in different form based on the above description. It doesn't need to and can not 6 list all embodiments herein. Claims (8)

1. A magnetically mountable LED module, comprising: an LED circuit board (1) provided with a magnetic attracting portion (11) and a positioning portion (12), wherein the magnetic attracting portion (11) is magnetic or is attractable by magnetic materials; and a carbon fiber load-bearing member (2), configured to be fixed to the LED circuit board (1) to form the LED module, and comprising a metal sheet (21) which is partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing member (2) and is configured to be attracted by the magnetic attracting portion (11).
2. The magnetically mountable LED module of claim 1, wherein the carbon fiber load-bearing member (2) is a carbon fiber frame or a carbon fiber board.
3. The magnetically mountable LED module of claim 2, wherein the carbon fiber load-bearing member (2) has a thickness in the range of 1.5-20mm.
4. The magnetically mountable LED module of any of claims 1-3, wherein the positioning portion (12) is a positioning column which is configured to be inserted to a positioning hole (22) on the carbon fiber load-bearing member (2).
5. The magnetically mountable LED module of claim 4, wherein the magnetic attracting portion (11) is one of magnetic steel sheet or magnet sheet.
6. The magnetically mountable LED module of claim 5, wherein the metal sheet (21) is one of iron sheet, cobalt sheet, nickel sheet.
7. The magnetically mountable LED module of claim 6, wherein the magnetic attracting portion (11) is symmetrically disposed on the LED circuit board (1).
