Abstract

Abstract Liquid fertilizer which contains generic fertilizer or minerals required for plant growth and commercial production, with Amino Acids and Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acids in various and compatible ratios. Dual chelation produces more reliable and efficient chelation, reducing nutrient leaching and minimizing environmental impacts such as pollution of ground water table and nutrient removal with run-off water to rivers and lakes.

Description

DUAL CHELATION OF SOLUBLE OR LIQUID FERTILIZER AND MINERALS WITH AMINO ACID AND COMPLEX POLYMERIC POLYHYDROXY ACIDS FOR AGRICULTURAL USE. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] There are number of chelation agents are using in fertilizer industry mainly to increase the nutrition absorption & translocation efficiency by reducing soil reactions with actual nutrients and minerals and to reduce forming of insoluble form of mineral formulations. [0002] Other advantages of chelated fertilizer include but not limited to, safer to mix with wide range of farm chemicals and softer for sensitive plants and chelated nutrients can be used in wide range of soil pH with more efficiently. [0003] Different chelating agents have different characteristics and the efficacy levels are differ to field & plant stress conditions, weather and farm specific practices. [0004] Fertilizer or minerals chelated with single chelation agent is completely depend on the ability on particular chelate to translocate mineral nutrients from outside of plant to inside of plant tissues via waxy cuticle layer or stomata; then translocated to required site inside the plant. [0005] Even the efficiency of same chelation agent is changing due to plant stress, interactions with other minerals and irons, micro climate around the root zone and environmental conditions. [0006] It is very important to minimize the field dependant variations on nutrient absorption & translocation efficiency due to outside (micro climate around the root zone) factors and to improve the reliability of chelation mechanism to get the expected results quickly and maximize the fertilizer use efficiency. TECHNICAL PROBLEM [0007] At the moment, most of the time, single chelation agent is mixing with fertilizer or minerals to get the chelation effect. [0008] There are some situations that farmers are not getting satisfactory response with singly chelated fertilizer or minerals due to above mentioned factors. [0009] Various organic acids belongs to Amino Acid category and Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acids have been using individually & separately for chelation purpose of fertilizer and minerals successfully over several years.
SOLUTION TO PROBLEM [001 0]Solution to the above mentioned problem is innovated dual chelation of generic fertilizer and minerals with Amino Acids and Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acids together to get diversified actions to improve the reliability of chelation mechanism. ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION [0011] Dual Chelation of generic fertilizer and minerals with Amino Acids and Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acids will give more security of chelation mechanism compared to single chelate mechanism. [0012] It will enable dual action as Amino Acid and Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acid are working with different mode of actions and if one fails other chelation agent may get the chance to achieve the expected results. [0013] The result is more reliable and highly efficient chelated plant nutrient for more efficient horticulture and agriculture production that will reduce the cost of production due to less usage of nutrients per one application and less number of applications during any given growth season. [0014] Due to efficient uptake of soil nutrition, it will help to reduce nutrient leaching and subsequently minimize environmental impacts such as pollution of ground water table and nutrient removal with run-off water to rivers and lakes. DETAILS ON CHEMICAL FORMULA INVOLVED [0015] Amino Acid consists of one NH2 group attached to central Carbon (C) Atom which also attached COOH group, one Hydrogen (H) and Amino Acid specific group which denotes by R which is shown by formula 1 R CH H2N COOH Formula 1 [0016] Table 1 below describes the respective composition of R group which related to particular Amino Acid which is included in formula 1. Table 1 Amino Acid R Represents Alanine -CH3 Arginine -CH2-CH2-CH2-NH-C=NH2 NH2 Asparagine -CH2-CO-NH2 Aspartic acid -CH2-COO Cysteine -CH2-SH Glutamine -CH2-CH2-CO-NH2 Glutamic acid -CH2-CH2-COOH Glycine -H Histidine -CH2-C = CH I I +N=C-NH H Isoleucine -CH-CH2-CH3 CH3 Leucine -CH2-CH-CH3 CH3 Lysine + -CH2-CH2-CH2-NH3 Methionine -CH2-CH2-S-CH3 Phenylalanine -CH2-Ph Proline -CH2-CH2-CH2 Serine -CH2-OH Threonine -CH-CH3 OH Tryptophan -CH2-C = CH I I Phenyl -NH Tyrosine -CH2-Ph-OH Valine -CH2-CH3 CH3 [0017] Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acid consists of 2000 to 4000 individual molecules which contains Carbon (C), Hydrogen (H), Oxygen (0) and some of molecules may contain Nitrogen (N) and Sulphur (S) in different proportions which is resulting ability to combined with minerals; below formula 2 is shown, Complex Polymeric Polyhydroxy Acid molecule, consists for X number of Carbon (C) atoms, Y number of Hydrogen (H) atoms, Z number of Oxygen (0) atoms and S number of Sulphur (atoms). CxHyOzSs Formula 2 [0018] Innovated dual chelation fertilizer with minerals contain mixture of different types of molecular bonds; first type is minerals attached with different types of amino acids (single or multiple) which is shown in formula 3 which is M denotes for mineral irons and x, y, z, s, u and v denotes different numbers which is unique to the particular molecular formula.
