Applicant (s) : Madison Rapa Invention Title: TANZEE The invention is described in the following statement: -2 Field of the invention [001]The present invention relates to TREATMENT CONTROL ENCLOSURE for hair and skin treatment applications by limiting Contamination of the said treatments in order to achieve the required result and to aid in protecting, furniture, bed, linen, blankets, quilt covers and any other type of bed sheeting or coverings from being contaminated or stained from the direct skin contact during a person's occupation of that space. [002]In another aspect of the present invention relates to an enclosure with outer flap's made from its base material high quality Microfiber or Art Silk fabric which is unique, breathable, durable, fast drying, and in controlling of the occupant's temperature within the enclosure in order to maintain comfortable occupation and therefore achieving non sweatiness or irritation of the occupant and minimal spread or streaks of skin or hair treatment or application. [003]The present invention finds particular application as a CONTROL DEVICE FOR TANNING AND SKIN TREATMENT APPLICATIONS by limiting Contamination of the said treatments in order to achieve the required result in the area of health and beauty industries. [004]Although the present invention will be described with particular reference to one form of an enclosure with outer flap or attachments for controlling the occupant's skin or hair treatment applications within the enclosure and temperature in order to maintain comfortable occupation and therefore achieving non sweatiness and irritation of the occupant and minimal spread or streaks of skin application. [005]It is to be noted that the scope of the present invention is not restricted to the described embodiment, but rather the scope of the present invention is more extensive so as to include within its scope, other forms and arrangements of the enclosure with unique flap's or attachment devices for the controlling of skin treatment and applications on the human body and other processes of forming the enclosure with unique flaps or attachments -3 Background of the invention [006]Increasingly hair treatment and skin tanning application related issues are being recognised and more and more clients are being irritated by these applications spreading from their skin or hair to other materials which they happen to be in contact with, disrupting the treatment process resulting in smearing or streaking effect or staining bed linen and other furniture around the home. [007]In order to help prevent some of the issues like tanning treatments smearing or streaking and hair colour spreading. This device is a simple method for avoiding the above issues. Summary of the invention [008]According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided enclosure for housing or an enclosure capable of receiving a human body. [009]The enclosure comprises of an opening portion for receiving the human body. The enclosure portion having an opening through which the human body and body parts enter within the enclosure and to allow contamination from treatment applications to occur within the enclosure. [010]The enclosure with outer flap's can be made from high quality Microfiber or Art Silk fabric which is unique in non stick material properties that is light weight, compact, comfortable, breathable, durable, fast drying and low maintenance. The enclosure and attachments can be biologically compatible material for safe non irritating human use. [011]The material chosen can be soft fabric suitable for hair and skin and is gentler on touch. The enclosure is made from a material that has low absorption levels so that the treatment applied to human body does not soak into the material. [012]According to another aspect of the present invention there is provided a unique double layered flap or attachment around the opening of the said enclosure in previous paragraph.

-4 [013]The said double layered flap is formed out of the base material and therefore has the same properties. It is to be noted that the material of the double layered flap may be made from other materials capable of providing the same properties and can also house cushioning devices such as quilt's or pillows for comfort. Cushioning devices such as quilt's or pillows for comfort can be insert into the double layered flap via a side slot or opening. [014]According to another aspect of the present invention there is a fold over flap to protect the top of a bed quilt cover from stains which is formed out of the same base material and therefore has the same properties. It is to be noted that the material of the fold over flap may be made from other materials capable of providing the same properties. [015]Although the enclosure is capable of housing a human body there is also sufficient room enough for comfort and is non restricting allowing its occupants plenty of room for movement while still being compact and light weight and therefore easily transportable and washable.

-5 Brief Description of the Invention [016]Preferably, the TREATMENT CONTROL ENCLOSURE is a sleeping bag, protective garment or similar or more typically a treatment control device, for protecting the treatment process from contamination of other objects due to the human nature of contacting other object while the treatment process is running, activating or curing over a certain length of time. [017]More preferably the enclosure allows the human body to be contained within its area of the said enclosure in order for the treatment process to run its course without contamination, smearing or streaking. [018]More typically other objects around the human habitat like beds, couches and furniture are also subject to contamination from the said treatments and this device provides protection to the above human habitat. More typically, the enclosure has a main body portion. Even more typically, there are two main portions forming the enclosure. [019]Preferably the enclosure can be one-piece or two-piece enclosure or an enclosure having more than two pieces. More typically, the enclosure or enclosure pieces can be sewn together as one main body. Typically there is an opening for which one could enter into the enclosure. More typically there is enough room inside the enclosure as to not feel restrictive of movement. [020]Preferably the main body has a double layer flap. Preferably the double layer flap is above the opening. Preferably the double layer flap has its own opening for receiving cushions, pillow of feather down for the occupants comfort and treatment protection from contamination. [021]Preferably the main body enclosure also has a single layered flap on the other opening edge of the main enclosure. Preferably this flap is attached to the opposite opening edge of the main opening of the enclosure and is shorter than the double layered flap. [022]More typically this shorter single layered flap is folded over bed linen, blankets and quilts. More typically this single layered flap protects the treatment process and surrounding object from contamination while being occupied.

-7 Detailed Description of the Invention In view's TOP, SIDE, ISO & FOLDED there is shown one form of the enclosure of the present invention, generally denoted as 1 in an in-use configuration in which a high quality Microfiber or Art Silk fabric is assembled, folded and sewn together to create the main enclosure or pocket for human occupancy. Then the outer sewn or folded flap 3 and sewn double layered flap 2 are folded out for in use configuration of enclosure 1. Preferably in operation the enclosure 1 can be folded out or un-folded flat on a bed 4 and sewn double layer flap 2 can be filled with feather down cushion or pillows for comfort. Cushions or feather down for comfort can enter the double layered flap via side slot or opening 8. Then outer flap 3 will now be described in detail with particular reference to SIDE VIEW. Outer flap 3 at the opening 7 of enclosure 1 can be extended and folded over bed linen, quilts or blankets 5. Enclosure 1 in an open in use configuration shown in ISO VIEW can then be folded in a neat and compact manner 6 shown in FOLDED VIEW.
