Description

SPECIFICATION TITLE OF THE INVENTION: SCISSORS, HANDLE, AND TOOL TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a pair of scissors equipped with a handle, a 5 handle of a tool, and a tool equipped with a handle. BACKGROUND ART [0002] Conventionally, handles to be used for scissors are known in that soft resin layers as finger-hooking portions are arranged on inner circumferences of ring parts into which fingers are inserted so as to give a soft feel to the fingers and contribute to providing a user 10 with a preferable feeling of use (See Patent document 1, for example). These are configured such that the whole outer circumferential faces of the soft resin layers are connected to the inner circumferential faces of the ring parts made of hard resin or metal which are located outside those. [0003] With such configuration, however, softness which can be obtained must 15 exclusively depend on the soft resin layer itself. That is, the softness of the portion where the fingers touch is generated only by the properties and constitution of the soft resin layer because the soft resin layer is structurally prevented from moving outward by the ring part. Hence, there is a certain limit to obtaining desired softness of the finger-hooking portions in the conventional scissors. 20 [0004] The above circumstance is true not only of scissors but also of handles to be used for tools other than scissors. RELATED ART DOCUMENTS PATENT DOCUMENTS [0005] 2 5 Patent document 1: Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 1 2003-311041. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION [0006] The present invention has paid attention to the above circumstance, it is an object 5 of the present invention to provide scissors, a handle, and a tool equipped with a handle with excellent flexibility in design to obtain softness of a finger-hooking portion. MEANS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEMS [0007] The present invention has prepared the following means. [0008] The scissors according to claim 1 are equipped with a handle that includes a hard 10 core member and a ring-shaped finger hook which is softer than the core member, a part of an outer circumferential face of the finger hook being connected to the core member. [0009] Here, "being connected" means being linked so as to be prevented from relative movement, that is a notion which covers being firmly fixed, being glued, being welded, and being attached by fitting with a protrusion, a recess, a groove or the like besides. 15 [0010] The scissors according to claim 2 depending from claim 1 are such that the core member formed into a shape so as to surround the finger hook has a connected part to be connected to the outer circumferential face of the finger hook and an unconnected part to be detached from the outer circumferential face of the finger hook on an inner circumferential face of the core member, a space which is able to permit the finger hook 20 being deformed outward is formed between the outer circumferential face and the unconnected part. [0011] The scissors according to claim 3 depending from claim 1 or 2 are such that paired scissor bodies which relatively rotate about a pivot are each equipped with the handle. [0012] The handle to be used for a tool according to claim 4 includes a hard core member 25 and a ring-shaped finger hook which is softer than the core member, a part of an outer 2 circumferential face of the finger hook being connected to the core member. [0013] A tool according to claim 5 is equipped with a handle that includes a hard core member and a ring-shaped finger hook which is softer than the core member, a part of an outer circumferential face of the finger hook being connected to the core member. 5 EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION [0014] As described above, the present invention can provide scissors, a handle, and a tool equipped with a handle with excellent flexibility in design to obtain softness of a finger-hooking portion. FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram in a front view of another embodiment. MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [0016] Described below is an embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIGs. 1 to 8. 25 [0017] In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a pair of scissors H for 3 clerical work being a tool which is suitably used in offices and so on. [0018] The scissors H are configured such that a first scissor body 1 with a movable blade 11 to which a handle 12 is attached and a second scissor body 2 with a stationary blade 21 to which a handle 22 is attached are linked with each other through a pivot 3 in a relatively 5 rotatable manner. In other words, a pair of the scissor bodies 1 and 2 relatively rotates about the pivot 3, the handles 12 and 22 are attached to the scissor bodies 1 and 2, respectively. [0019] The movable blade 11 and the stationary blade 21, which are blades, are made of a metal sheet, for example, a stainless steel sheet, as a material and are formed by pressing 10 according to the embodiment. The handles 12 and 22 are attached on bottom end parts of the movable blade 11 and the stationary blade 21. [0020] The handle 12 includes a hard core member Si and a ring-shaped finger hook Y1 which is softer than the core member Si, a part of an outer circumferential face Y12 of the finger hook Y1 is connected to the core member Si. The handle 22 includes a hard core 15 member S2 and a ring-shaped finger hook Y2 which is softer than the core member S2, a part of an outer circumferential face of the finger hook Y2 is connected to the core member S2. Though the shape of the handle 12 and the shape of the other handle 22 are approximately symmetric in the embodiment, those may be asymmetric. [0021] The core member Si is formed into a shape so as to surround the finger hook Y1 20 which is formed into a continuous loop, the core member S2 is formed into a shape so as to surround the finger hook Y2 which is formed into a continuous loop. That is, the ring-shaped core members Si and S2 exist around the ring-shaped finger hooks Y1 and Y2. The bottom end part of the blade 11 is supported by the top end part and intermediate part of the core member Si, the bottom end part of the blade 12 is supported by the top end 25 part and intermediate part of the core member S2. The core members Si and S2 are made 4 of hard resin, for example, thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, acrylic resin. The core member Si has connected parts S11a to be connected to the outer circumferential face Y12 of the finger hook Y1 and unconnected parts S11b to be detached from the outer circumferential face Y12 of the finger hook Y1 on 5 an inner circumferential face S11 of the core member SI, the core member S2 has connected parts S21a to be connected to the outer circumferential face Y22 of the finger hook Y2 and unconnected parts S21b to be detached from the outer circumferential face Y22 of the finger hook Y2 on an inner circumferential face S21 of the core member S2. [0022] According to the embodiment, the connected parts S11a of the core member SI are 10 located in right and left two positions on the inner circumferential face S11, the connected parts S21a of the core member S2 are located in right and left two positions on the inner circumferential face S21. Also, the unconnected parts S11b of the core member SI are located in front and rear two positions on the inner circumferential face S11, the unconnected parts S21b of the core member S2 are located in front and rear two positions 15 on the inner circumferential face S21. [0023] Each of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 shapes into one continuous circle. The finger hooks Y1 and Y2 are made of synthetic resin which is softer than the core members SI and S2. A synthetic resin material having elasticity such as elastomer is used for the finger hooks YI and Y2. Each of the handles 12 of the scissors H according to the embodiment is 20 manufactured by forming the core member S1, S2 and the finger hook Y1, Y2 integrally (in particular, by what is called two-color molding). [0024] Inner circumferential faces Y11 and Y21 of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 constitute contact faces which a user's fingers touch. The finger hook Yi has connected parts Y12a to be connected to the inner circumferential face S11 (in particular, the connected parts 25 S11a according to this embodiment) of the core member Si and unconnected parts Y12b to 5 be detached from the inner circumferential face S11 of the core member S1 on the outer circumferential face Y12 of the finger hook Y1, the finger hook Y2 has connected parts Y22a to be connected to the inner circumferential face S21 (in particular, the connected parts S21a according to this embodiment) of the core member S2 and unconnected parts Y22b to 5 be detached from the inner circumferential face S21 of the core member S2 on the outer circumferential face Y22 of the finger hook Y2. [0025] As shown in FIG. 5, each of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 has a cross section like a triangle with an apical part which is rounded off smoothly or a crescent-shaped cross section. In other words, each of the inner circumferential faces Y21 and Y22 of the finger 10 hooks Y1 and Y2 has a pair of slants k which is slanted toward the open side. Hence, as an example shown in FIG. 8, when the user's fingers are inserted obliquely against axial directions of holes h of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2, the fingers are brought into surface contact with the circumferential faces Y11 and Y21, therefore a good feel to the fingers can be obtained, and besides inserting and drawing the fingers can be facilitated. 15 [0026] On top of that, in the handles 12 and 22 of the scissors h according to the embodiment, spaces s which are able to permit the finger hook Y1 being deformed outward are formed between the outer circumferential face Y12 of the finger hook Y1 and the unconnected part Y12b of the core member Si, also spaces s which are able to permit the finger hook Y2 being deformed outward are formed between the outer circumferential 20 face Y22 of the finger hook Y2 and the unconnected part Y22b of the core member S2. The spaces s are formed in front and rear of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2. When pressure owing to inserting the fingers into the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 is applied to, parts of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 adjacent to the spaces s are permitted to move toward the spaces s through elastic deformation. 25 [0027] Note that "front" is the top side of the whole scissors H (or tool) and "rear" is the 6 bottom side of that. More specifically, the blade tip side is defined as the front side and the opposite side is defined as the rear side. [0028] As described above, the scissors H according to the embodiment are equipped with the handles 12 and 22 that each include the hard core member Si, S2 and the 5 ring-shaped finger hook Y1, Y2 which is softer than the core member Si, S2, the part of the outer circumferential face Y12 is connected to the core member Si, the part of the outer circumferential face Y22 is connected to the core member S2. Thus, the scissors H with excellent flexibility in design to obtain softness of the finger-hooking portions are provided. That is, since only the parts of the outer circumferential faces Y12 and Y22 in 10 the ring-shaped finger hooks Yi and Y2 are connected to the core members Si and S2, the other parts (containing the unconnected parts Y12b, Y22b) of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 which is able to move outward can be configured, flexibility in design to enhance the softness of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 is improved. In other words, it is possible to freely set the parts which are able to have desired softness in the finger hooks Yi and Y2 by 15 arbitrarily setting the pars which are connected to the core members Si and S2. [0029] Since the finger hooks Yi and Y2 are formed into the ring shapes, it is possible to impart resinous softness to the whole inner circumferential faces where the user's fingers touch. [0030] The core members Si and S2 are formed into the shapes so as to surround the 20 finger hooks Yi and Y2. The core members Si and S2 each have the connected part S11a, S21a and the unconnected part S11b, S21b on the inner circumferential face S11, S21. The connected parts S1la and S21a are each connected to the outer circumferential face Y12, Y22 of the finger hook Yi, Y2, and besides the unconnected parts S11b and S21b are each detached from the outer circumferential face Y12, Y22 of the finger hook Yi, Y2. 25 Furthermore, the spaces s, which are able to permit the finger hooks Yi and Y2 being 7 deformed outward, are formed between the outer circumferential faces Y12, Y22 of the finger hooks Yi, Y2 and the unconnected parts S11b, S21b of the core members Si, S2. Hence, the soft finger hooks Y1 and Y2 to which the pressure from the fingers is applied are not prevented from moving outward by the hard core members Si and S2, therefore 5 the softness to the fingers caused by moving of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 can be obtained in addition to the softness generated by the properties and constitution of the finger hooks' Y1 and Y2 selves. In other words, when the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 are pressed outward as the fingers are inserted into the finger hooks Y1 and Y2, the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 are able to move toward the spaces s through the elastic deformation, thereby it is possible to 10 impart fine softness to the finger hooks Y1 and Y2. [0031] Also, since the unconnected parts S11b and S21b of the core members Si and S2 are able to regulate the range within the finger hooks Yi and Y2 stretch outward, the setting of the unconnected parts S11b and S21b can preferably prevent the finger hooks Yi and Y2 from being deformed excessively. 15 [0032] Since the spaces s are formed in front and rear of the finger hooks Yi and Y2, it is possible to impart preferable softness to portions which tend to require flexibility for the fingers in using the scissors H. In other words, the connected parts Y12a and Y22a of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 are provided in right and left thereof, therefore the finger hooks Yi and Y2 are stably supported on the core members Si and S2. 20 [0033] Since the paired scissor bodies 1 and 2 which relatively rotate about the pivot 3 are each equipped with the handle 11, 12, it is possible to impart preferable softness to each of the finger hook Yi where a thumb is inserted into and the finger hook Y2 where the other fingers are inserted into. [0034] Each of the finger hooks Yi and Y2 has a cross section like a triangle with an apical 25 part which is rounded off smoothly or a crescent-shaped cross section. That is, each of 8 the inner circumferential faces Y21 and Y22 of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2 has the paired slants k which are slanted toward the open side. Hence, when the user's fingers are inserted obliquely against axial directions of the holes h of the finger hooks Y1 and Y2, the fingers are brought into surface contact with the slants k, therefore the good feel to the 5 fingers can be obtained, and besides inserting and drawing the fingers can be facilitated. [0035] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. [0036] Though one handle and the other handle according to the above embodiment have the core member and the finger hook each, only one of the handles may have the core member and the finger hook. 10 [0037] In the above embodiment, the configuration is disclosed such that the two positions on the outer circumferential face of the finger hook are connected to the core member, but it is not limited to that. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, which briefly illustrates a handle part of scissors H', only one position on an outer circumferential face of a finger hook Y' may be connected to a core member S'. 15 [0038] Also, as shown in FIG. 10, a finger hook Y" of scissors H" may be detachable from a core member S". With such configuration, for example, by preparing a plurality of finger hooks Y" whose sizes are different from each other, a user is getting able to choose one of the finger hooks Y" with the desired size arbitrarily. Such configuration can let the user choose the preferable finger hook Y" according to sizes of the fingers, the user's taste, 20 and so on. [0039] The core member does not have to be ring-shaped. [0040] The space can be provided arbitrarily, its size or the like can be set variously. [0041] The tool is not limited to scissors. For example, hand tools such as a spoon, a fork, a knife, a kitchen knife, chopsticks, a writing implement, pliers, crutches and a door can be 25 cited. 9 [0042] Regarding to the concrete structures of the respective components, various modifications are possible without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
