Abstract

A center beam of a railway wagon, a railway wagon and a method for assembling a beam frame of the railway wagon are provided in the present application. The center beam of the railway wagon includes at least two main body sections each being configured to be fixed on a wagon body, a sub-body section is provided between every two main body sections, and two ends of each sub-body section are both provided with a connector, and the two ends of the sub-body section are respectively inserted into two main body sections and fixed on the two main body sections via the connectors. Description

RAILWAY WAGON CENTER BEAM, RAILWAY WAGON AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING BEAM FRAME THEREOF
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the manufacturing technology of railway wagon, in particular to a center beam of the railway wagon, a railway wagon and a method for assembling a beam frame of the railway wagon.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A center beam of a railway wagon is a main bearing structure of the wagon, and runs through the whole wagon body, and is the longest and the most important beam structure of the railway wagon.
[0003] At present, the center beam is generally a very long integrated beam, or an integrated beam structure formed by several sections welded together. During the progress of manufacturing and assembling of the wagon, the center beam is firstly placed at a proper position and then is assembled on the wagon body. Since the center beam is the main component of the wagon body and is located at the middle of the wagon body, other components of the wagon body are assembled and fixed based on the assembled center beam.
[0004] However, since the center beam is a very long beam structure, during a process of assembling the center beam, the operation thereof may be constrained and the center beam is apt to be deformed. Especially for the beam structure formed by several sections welded together, during the process of assembling and welding such beam structure, it's very difficult to avoid the deformation of the center beam. However, other structures of the wagon body has to be assembled and fixed based on the center beam, which increases the difficulty of tolerance control during assembling the structures connected to the center beam, thus the efficiency of manufacturing and assembling of the wagon is low.
SUMMARY
[0005] A railway wagon center beam, a railway wagon and a method for assembling a beam frame of the railway wagon may solve the problems of inconvenient operation of assembling the center beam, high difficulty of tolerance control during assembling the center beam and other components, and low manufacture and assembly efficiency.
[0006] A center beam of a railway wagon is provided according to a first aspect of the invention, which includes: at least two main body sections each being configured to be fixed on a wagon body; and a sub-body section provided between every two main body sections, and wherein two ends of each sub-body section are both provided with a connector, and the two ends of the subbody section are respectively inserted into two main body sections and fixed on the two main body sections via the connectors, wherein each of the main body sections comprises two lateral plates, and the two lateral plates are spaced at a set interval, and the connector is inserted between the two lateral plates; and each of the main body sections further comprises a top plate, the top plate is fixedly provided on top portions of the two lateral plates, and the top plate and the two lateral plates form a Π shaped structure with one side open; and each sub-body section is a rectangular steel, and the connector is provided at both two ends of the rectangular steel; wherein each connector comprises: an upper connecting plate, fixed on an upper surface of one end of the rectangular steel; and a lower connecting plate, fixed on a lower surface of the end of the rectangular steel and arranged opposite to the upper connecting plate; wherein, in a case that the connector is inserted into the main body section, a left side and a right side of each of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are respectively fixedly connected to the two lateral plates of the main body section, and a surface, away from the rectangular steel, of the upper connecting plate abuts against an inner surface of the top plate.
[0007] In an embodiment, each of the connectors is fixed on the main body section by welding.
[0008] Each of the main body sections comprises two lateral plates, and the two lateral plates are spaced at a set interval, and the connector is inserted between the two lateral plates.
[0009] Each of the main body sections further comprises a top plate, the top plate is fixedly provided on top portions of the two lateral plates, and the top plate and the two lateral plates form a Π shaped structure with one side open.
[0010] Each sub-body section is a rectangular steel, and the connector is provided at both two ends of the rectangular steel.
[0011] Each connector comprises: an upper connecting plate, fixed on an upper surface of one end of the rectangular steel; and a lower connecting plate, fixed on a lower surface of the end of the rectangular steel and arranged opposite to the upper connecting plate; wherein, in a case that the connector is inserted into the main body section, a left side and a right side of each of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are respectively fixedly connected to the two lateral plates of the main body section, and a surface, away from the rectangular steel, of the upper connecting plate abuts against an inner surface of the top plate.
[0012] In an embodiment, the connector further comprises: a front sealing plate, provided at an end of the rectangular steel and having an upper side connected to an inner surface of the upper connecting plate and a lower side connected to an inner surface of the lower connecting plate, and configured to seal an opening at the end of the rectangular steel and fixedly support the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; and two rear sealing plates, respectively arranged at a left side and a right side of the rectangular steel at a position corresponding to ends, away from the front sealing plate, of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, and configured to seal openings formed among the rectangular steel, the upper connecting plate, the lower connecting plate, and the main body section which are assembled together .
[0013] In an embodiment, a portion, toward an end of the rectangular steel, of each of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate is of a fishtail shape.

[0017] In an embodiment, before inserting each sub-body section into the two main body sections fixed on the wagon body via connectors arranged at two ends of the sub-body section, the method further comprises: fixedly connecting components, configured to be connected to the sub-body section, to the sub-body section.
[0018] In the center beam of the railway wagon, the railway wagon and the method for assembling a beam frame of the railway wagon, the center beam is divided into a subbody section and a main body section, and the main body section may be fixed on the wagon body firstly, and other components may be assembled based on the fixed main body section, and then the sub-body section may be inserted into the main body section and fixed on the main body section, thereby avoiding an adverse impact on the assembly of other components caused by deformation of the center beam when assembling the center beam as a whole onto the wagon body. This assembly method may be flexible, easy to operate and may have a high efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0026] A center beam of a railway wagon according to an embodiment includes at least two main body sections each being configured to be fixed on a wagon body. A sub-body section is provided between every two main body sections, and two ends of each sub-body section are both provided with a connector, and the two ends of the sub-body section are respectively inserted into two main body sections and fixed on the two main body sections via the connectors.
[0027] In this embodiment, a center beam of the railway wagon with two main body sections and one sub-body section arranged between the two main body sections will be described in detail as an example. As shown in Figure 1, the center beam of the railway wagon includes two main body sections 1 and a sub-body section 2 provided between the two main body sections 1. The main body section 1 is used to be fixed on the wagon body, and two ends of the sub-body section 2 are both provided with a connector 3. The subbody section 2 may be a rectangular steel, and the connector 3 is provided at both two ends of the rectangular steel, and the two ends of the sub-body section 2 are respectively inserted into the two main body sections 1 and fixed on the two main body sections 1 via the connectors 3. It should be understood that, for the person skilled in the art, the center beam of the railway wagon may include more than two main body sections, and one sub-body section is provided between every two main body sections, and the center beam may be formed by connecting multiple sub-body sections to multiple main body sections.
[0028] In this embodiment, the main body section 1 includes two lateral plates 11 which are spaced at a set interval, thus the two ends of the sub-body section 2 may be inserted between the two lateral plates 11 via the connector 3. In practical use, the lateral plate 11 may be a C-shaped steel, and two C-shaped steels are arranged back-to-back at an interval.
[0029] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the main body section 1 may further include a top plate 12 (not shown in Figure 1) . The top plate 12 is fixedly provided at top portions of the two lateral plates 11, thus the top plate 12 and the two lateral plates 11 form a Π shaped structure with one side open, and the connector 3 at each two ends of the sub-body section 2 may be inserted into the main body section 1 via an opening at a bottom of the Π shaped structure.
[0030] In practical use, as shown in Figures 1 and 5, two main body sections 1 are respectively fixed at two ends of the wagon body, and a bolster beam 4 is fixedly connected to both two sides of each main body section 1, that is, after the main body section 1 is fixed on the wagon body, the bolster beam 4 is assembled based on the main body section 1. The two ends of the sub-body section 2 are fixed on the main body section 1 via the connector 3. A main crossbeam 5 and a secondary crossbeam 6 are provided on the wagon body at a portion where the sub-body section 2 is mounted, and middle portions of the main crossbeam 5 and the secondary crossbeam 6 are both fixed on the sub-body section 2 by welding, such that an integrated structure may be formed by the main crossbeam 5, the secondary crossbeam 6, and the center beam to carry cargos. In actual implementation, the main crossbeam 5 and the secondary crossbeam 6 may be respectively welded on the sub-body section 2 of the center beam, and then two ends of the sub-body section 2 are inserted into the main body section 1 and fixed on the main body section 1. In this embodiment, the center beam is divided into three sections to be assembled, and other components of the wagon body, such as the bolster beam, the main crossbeam, and the secondary crossbeam, may be assembled based on corresponding sections of the center beam, thereby avoiding dislocation and deformation of the center beam caused by assembling the center beam as a whole, and further avoiding an adverse impact on the assembly of other components caused by the dislocation and deformation of the center beam.
[0031] In this embodiment, in order to facilitate inserting the sub-body section 2 into the main body section 1 and efficiently transfer a force, applied on the center beam from the loads, between the sub-body section 2 and the main body section 1, the connector 3 may include an upper connecting plate 31 and a lower connecting plate 32, as shown in Figures 3 and 4. A portion, toward the end of the rectangular steel, of each of the upper connecting plate 31 and the lower connecting plate 32 is of a fishtail shape. The upper connecting plate 31 and the lower connecting plate 32 are respectively fixed on an upper side and a lower side of one end of the sub-body section 2, and the upper connecting plate 31 may be fixed on an upper surface of one end of the rectangular steel, and the lower connecting plate 32 may be fixed on a lower surface of this end of the rectangular steel and is arranged opposite to the upper connecting plate 31. When the connector 3 is inserted into the main body section 1, a left side and a right side of each of the upper connecting plate 31 and the lower connecting plate 32 are respectively fixedly connected to the two lateral plates 11 of the main body section 1, and a surface, away from the rectangular steel, of the upper connecting plate 31 abuts against an inner surface of the top plate 12.
[0032] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the connector 3 may further include a front sealing plate 33 and two rear sealing plates 34 in this embodiment. The front sealing plate 33 is provided at an end of the rectangular steel, and has an upper side connected to an inner surface of the upper connecting plate 31 and a lower side connected to an inner surface of the lower connecting plate 32, thereby sealing an opening at the end of the rectangular steel and fixedly supporting the upper connecting plate 31 and the lower connecting plate 32. The two rear sealing plates 34 are respectively arranged at a left side and a right side of the rectangular steel at a position corresponding to the ends, away from the front sealing plate 33, of the upper connecting plate 31 and the lower connecting plate 32, thereby sealing openings formed among the rectangular steel, the upper connecting plate 31, the lower connecting plate 32, and the main body section 1 which are assembled together .
[0033] According to this embodiment, the center beam of the railway wagon is divided into a sub-body section and a main body section, and the main body section may be fixed on the wagon body firstly, and other components may be assembled based on the fixed main body section, and then the sub-body section may be inserted into the main body section and fixed on the main body section, thereby avoiding an adverse impact on the assembly of other components caused by deformation of the center beam when assembling the center beam as a whole onto the wagon body. The assembly of the center beam of the railway wagon according to this embodiment is flexible, is easy to operate and has a high efficiency.
[0034] A railway wagon is provided according to another embodiment, which includes the center beam according to the above embodiments. The center beam of the railway wagon is arranged in a length direction of a wagon body and is located at a middle position of the wagon body.
[0035] A method for assembling a beam frame of the railway wagon is provided according to yet another embodiment, which employs the center beam of the railway wagon according to the above embodiments. As shown in Figure 6, the method includes steps 601 to 603.
[0036] The step 601 is to fix at least two main body sections at set positions on a wagon body.
[0037] In this embodiment, after fixing the main body section on the wagon body, the step further includes assembling components, configured to be connected to the main body section, based on the main body section. As shown in Figure 5, after the main body section 1 is fixed on the wagon body, two ends of a bolster beam 4 are respectively fixed on the main body section 1 and the wagon body based on the main body section 1.
[0038] The step 602 is to insert each sub-body section into the two main body sections fixed on the wagon body via connectors arranged at two ends of the sub-body section .
[0039] In this embodiment, in order to facilitate operation, before inserting the sub-body section into the two main body sections on the wagon body, the step may further include fixedly connecting components, configured to be connected to the sub-body section, to the sub-body section. As shown in Figure 5, before inserting the subbody section 2 into the main body section 1 and fixing the sub-body section 2 on the main body section 1, a main crossbeam 5 and a secondary crossbeam 6 are welded on the sub-body section 2 firstly, and then the sub-body section 2 with the main crossbeam 5 and the secondary crossbeam 6 welded thereon is fixed on the main body section 1 as a whole, and finally, lateral sides of the main crossbeam 5 and the secondary crossbeam 6 are fixed on the wagon body.

[0041] In this embodiment, after the sub-body section is inserted into the main body section, the connector is fixed on the main body section by welding, thus the center beam may have a more firm and durable structure.
[0042] According to the method for assembling the beam frame of the railway wagon of this embodiment, the center beam is divided into several sections, and other components are assembled based on corresponding sections, thereby avoiding an adverse impact on the assembly of other components caused by deformation of the center beam when assembling the center beam as a whole onto the wagon body. This method is more flexible and convenient.

  1. THE CLAIMS DEFINING THE INVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
    1. A center beam of a railway wagon, comprising: at least two main body sections each being configured to be fixed on a wagon body; and a sub-body section provided between every two main body sections, and wherein two ends of each sub-body section are both provided with a connector, and the two ends of the subbody section are respectively inserted into two main body sections and fixed on the two main body sections via the connectors; wherein each of the main body sections comprises two lateral plates, and the two lateral plates are spaced at a set interval, and the connector is inserted between the two lateral plates; and each of the main body sections further comprises a top plate, the top plate is fixedly provided on top portions of the two lateral plates, and the top plate and the two lateral plates form a Π shaped structure with one side open; and each sub-body section is a rectangular steel, and the connector is provided at both two ends of the rectangular steel; wherein each connector comprises: an upper connecting plate, fixed on an upper surface of one end of the rectangular steel; and a lower connecting plate, fixed on a lower surface of the end of the rectangular steel and arranged opposite to the upper connecting plate; wherein, in a case that the connector is inserted into the main body section, a left side and a right side of each of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are respectively fixedly connected to the two lateral plates of the main body section, and a surface, away from the rectangular steel, of the upper connecting plate abuts against an inner surface of the top plate.
  2. 2 . The center beam of a railway wagon according to claim 1, wherein each of the connectors is fixed on the main body section by welding.
  3. 3. The center beam of a railway wagon according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the connector further comprises: a front sealing plate, provided at an end of the rectangular steel and having an upper side connected to an inner surface of the upper connecting plate and a lower side connected to an inner surface of the lower connecting plate, and configured to seal an opening at the end of the rectangular steel and fixedly support the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; and two rear sealing plates, respectively arranged at a left side and a right side of the rectangular steel at a position corresponding to ends, away from the front sealing plate, of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, and configured to seal openings formed among the rectangular steel, the upper connecting plate, the lower connecting plate, and the main body section which are assembled together.
  4. 4. The center beam of a railway wagon according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a portion, toward an end of the rectangular steel, of each of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate is of a fishtail shape .
  5. 5. A railway wagon, comprising the center beam of the railway wagon according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the center beam of the railway wagon is arranged in a length direction of a wagon body and is located at a middle position of the wagon body.
  6. 6. A method for assembling a beam frame of a railway wagon, using the center beam of the railway wagon according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprising: fixing at least two main body sections at set positions on a wagon body; inserting each sub-body section into the two main body sections fixed on the wagon body via connectors arranged at two ends of the sub-body section; and fixing the connector on the main body section by welding .
  7. 7. The method for assembling a beam frame of a railway wagon according to claim 6, wherein after fixing the at least two main body sections at set positions on the wagon body, the method further comprises: assembling components, configured to be connected to the main body section, based on the main body section.
  8. 8. The method for assembling a beam frame of a railway wagon according to claim 6 or 7, wherein before inserting each sub-body section into the two main body sections fixed on the wagon body via connectors arranged at two ends of the sub-body section, the method further comprises : fixedly connecting components, configured to be connected to the sub-body section, to the sub-body section .
