Abstract

The present invention provides a system for project management personnel, allowing very quick and easy capturing of data, times, employees, work summaries, daily activities etc. The system also allows communication between the users and creates an environment of collaboration within the organization and is applicable to Human Resource management, site safety and providing access to documentation.

The system allows very quick and easy capturing of data, times, employees, work summaries, daily activities, etc to give a real feel for the company owners and directors wanting to know where there money is being spent or where there employees are working and/or spending their time. The system also allows communication between the users and creates an environment of collaboration within the organization. Its capabilities are to stretch to Human Resource management, site safety and providing access to documentation.

1. Online responsive employee time management system to record timesheets for hours and/ or days worked and works performed.
2. Check-in and Check-out function with GPS tracking facility
3. Online responsive daily diaries
4. Online responsive employee roster management with live update
5. Notification and collaboration system for users
6. Online responsive documentation for project and site management from tool box talks, site inductions, site safety data and insurances, coordination meetings etc to assist in the timely collection of data
7. Reporting system for collected data
8. Online responsive Quantity control system for projects.
