Abstract
Title: Rotary Pedestal for Assembling Motors Abstract The present invention relates to a rotary pedestal for assembling a motor, comprising a base, a rotating bearing, a rotating shaft and a motor accommodating groove disposed above the rotating shaft. The rotating bearing is disposed inside the base. The rotating shaft is in interference fit with the rotating bearing. A motor is placed inside the motor accommodating groove. A pedestal may be provided below the base. The pedestal is provided therein with a step motor in transmission fit with the rotating shaft. -----------/ M~kV 7
Description
Description Rotary Pedestal for Assembling Motors Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rotary pedestal for assembling a motor. Background of the Invention During the production of motors, it is required to perform many times of operations to the motors, for example, assembly, detection, check and other processes to motors. In addition, sometimes, it is required to rotate motors for performing some assembling adjustment, detection or check. In this case, a pedestal capable of rotating is really needed, and the motors are placed on the pedestal to accomplish the above operations. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide technical solutions of a rotary pedestal for assembling a motor. The rotary pedestal for assembling a motor provided by the present invention is characterized in that the rotary pedestal includes a base, a rotating bearing, a rotating shaft and a motor accommodating groove disposed above the rotating shaft, the rotating bearing being disposed inside the base, the rotating shaft being in interference fit with the rotating bearing, a motor being placed inside the motor accommodating groove. The rotary pedestal for assembling a motor by the present invention is characterized in that a pedestal is provided below the base, and the pedestal is provided therein with a step motor in transmission fit with the rotating shaft. The present invention designs a rotary pedestal for motors. After a motor is placed on the rotary pedestal, assembly or detection may be performed, so 1 that many unnecessary troubles are omitted. Moreover, the rotation mode may be classified into manual rotation and electric rotation, and a rotation mode of the rotary pedestal may be selected according to practical situations, so it is convenient and practical. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is another structure diagram according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The rotary pedestal for assembling a motor includes a base 1, a rotating bearing 2, a rotating shaft 3 and a motor accommodating groove 4 disposed above the rotating shaft 3. The rotating bearing 2 is disposed inside the base 1. The rotating shaft 3 is in interference fit with the rotating bearing 2. A motor 5 is placed inside the motor accommodating groove 4. To realize electric rotation, a pedestal 6 may be provided below the base 1. The pedestal 6 is provided therein with a step motor 7 in transmission fit with the rotating shaft 3, so that the electric rotation is realized. For ease connection, the motor accommodating groove may be in screwed or fixed connection to the rotating shaft. When the motor accommodating groove is in screwed connection to the rotating shaft, the influence of the rotation direction needs to be taken into consideration. A positioning pin may be provided in form of a keyway after the motor accommodating groove is in screwed connection to the rotating shaft, to ensure the reliability of connection. A support plate 8, to which the rotating shaft 3 is allowed to be connected, 2 may also be provided between the rotating shaft and the motor accommodating groove, and the motor accommodating 4 is disposed above the support plate 8. 3
Claims (2)
1. A rotary pedestal for assembling a motor, comprising a base, a rotating bearing, a rotating shaft and a motor accommodating groove disposed above the rotating shaft, the rotating bearing being disposed inside the base, the rotating shaft being in interference fit with the rotating bearing, a motor being placed inside the motor accommodating groove.
2. The rotary pedestal for assembling a motor according to claim 1, characterized in that a pedestal is provided below the base, and the pedestal is provided therein with a step motor in transmission fit with the rotating shaft. 4
