Abstract

Title: Low-load Injection-molded Hub for Mobility Scooters Abstract The present invention discloses a low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter, comprising a steel wheel core and a reinforced nylon hub integrated with the steel wheel core. Hub decorating components are provided under the steel wheel core and the reinforced nylon hub. The steel wheel core is 10-15cm in size, and the reinforced nylon hub is 20-30cm in size.

Description

Description Low-load Injection-molded Hub for Mobility Scooters Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the manufacturing field of hubs, and particularly to a low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter. Background of the invention The existing hubs for mobility scooters are aluminum alloy hubs, and steel bowls additionally provided on the inner sides for purpose of realizing the whole assembling of tires. However, the manufacturing process is complicated, the product cost is high, and the hubs are not applicable to mobility scooters for ordinary people. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter, including a steel wheel core and a reinforced nylon hub integrated with the steel wheel core. Hub decorating components are provided under the steel wheel core and the reinforced nylon hub. The steel wheel core is 10-15cm in size, and the reinforced nylon hub is 20-30cm in size. In the low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter provided by the present invention, the hub is designed to be an injection-molded structure, and a steel wheel core used as an insert is injection-molded into the hub for realizing large-torque transfer. Due to the use of reinforced nylon material, the product has stable structure and size, light weight and energy conservation. Under the premise of maintaining excellent performance, several subsequent working procedures of electrophoresis and finishing are omitted, and the 1 product cost is reduced greatly. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter, along A-A, according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1-2, the low-load injection-molded hub for a mobility scooter provided by the present invention includes a steel wheel core 1 and a reinforced nylon hub 2 integrated with the steel wheel core 1. Hub decorating components 3 are provided under the steel wheel core 1 and the reinforced nylon hub 2. The steel wheel core 1 is 10-15cm in size, and the reinforced nylon hub 2 is 20-30cm in size. 2
