Abstract

Title: Low-load Tires for Mobility Scooters Abstract The present invention provides a low-load tire for a mobility scooter, comprising a reinforced nylon hub. The reinforced nylon hub is externally coated with a thermoplastic elastomer layer having a cavity. The cavity is filled with foam polyurethane to form a foam polyurethane filler layer. The low-load tire for a mobility scooter is 30-50cm in size. Further, ornamental members are provided on two sides of the reinforced nylon hub.

Description

Description Low-load Tires for Mobility Scooters Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the manufacturing field of tires, and particularly to a low-load tire for a mobility scooter. Background of the invention The existing tires for mobility scooters are mainly pneumatic tires and non-pneumatic tires. The pneumatic tires are likely to be damaged when in use and are difficult to be replaced. The non-pneumatic tires have relatively complicated manufacturing process, high production cost and poor damping performance; and the used materials are not environmentally friendly. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a low-load tire for a mobility scooter, including a reinforced nylon hub. In the low-load tire for a mobility scooter provided by the present invention, the foam PU in an inner cavity and TPE in an outer cavity are molded into an integrated structure. Such a way keeps good damping performance while reducing the cost. The function of maintenance-free tires is really shown. 1 Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a low-load tire for a mobility scooter according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a sectional view of A-A of the low-load tire for a mobility scooter according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1-2, the low-load tire for a mobility scooter provided by the present invention includes a reinforced nylon hub 1. The reinforced nylon hub 1 is externally coated with a thermoplastic elastomer layer 2 having a cavity. The cavity is filled with foam polyurethane to form a foam polyurethane filler layer 3. Ornamental members 4 are provided on two sides of the reinforced nylon hub 1. The low-load tire for a mobility scooter is 30-50cm in size. 2

Claims (2)
