Description

ROLLING DOOR PLATE MODULE FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to an improved rolling door plate module of a rolling door, in particular to the rolling door plate module capable of enhancing the structural strength and lowering the material cost effectively. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Based on the requirements for privacy and protection, an entrance or exit is generally reserved in a construction site of a building and provided for people to enter or exit the construction space, and a shelter that can be opened or shut repeatedly is provided at the entrance or exit, so that the entrance or exit can be sheltered if needed in order to control or limit people to enter or exit the construction site. In many construction sites, large objects or carriers are moved in or out, so that the building usually has a relatively larger door facade, and a rolling door is installed at the top of the door facade. Since the whole structure of the rolling door can be rolled all the way to the top after the door is opened, therefore the door can be opened widely without obstructing the vision and route of the door, and the rolling door becomes a popular product for driving lanes, stores or households. In general, a rolling door has a shaft tube fixed to the top of a door facade through a door box, and an upper end of the rolling door plate module is fixed to a hub of the shaft tube. In addition, both sides of the rolling door plate module are guided by a groove frame fixed separately on both sides of the door facade, so that the hub in the door box may be driven manually or electrically to rotate, and the rolling door plate module is rotated together with the hub and rolled into the shaft tube for an ascending or descending operation to achieve the effect of widely opening the door or shutting the door. [0003] Similar conventional rolling door plate modules are formed by connecting a plurality of slender door plates of the same width (the upper and lower widths are equal), and both upper and lower ends of each door plate have clinch portions that can be hooked and engaged with one another, so that adjacent door plates can be swung by using the clinch portion as a fulcrum, and each door plate of the rolling door plate module can be rolled up or spread open successfully. [0004] Since the conventional rolling door plate module has door plates of the same width, therefore most door plates come with an increased thickness to enhance the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module. However, the increased thickness of each door plate incurs higher manufacturing and material costs. In addition, the width (including the upper width and the lower width) of the door plate of the conventional rolling door plate module is reduced as much as possible while maintaining the required structural strength of the rolling door plate module, but the rolling door plate module of the same size must be formed by more door plates, and thus increasing the overall assembling cost of the rolling door plate module. In addition, the conventional door plate does not have a combination effect, and the appearance of the rolling door plate module is relatively dull, and thus cannot improve the added value of the product. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005] In view of the aforementioned problems, it is a primary objective of the present invention to overcome the problems by providing a rolling door plate module capable of enhancing the structural strength and lowering the material cost effectively. [0006] To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention provides a rolling door plate module formed by connecting a plurality of stylish plates and a plurality of spacer plates, wherein each stylish plate has a first clinch portion formed and bent separately from upper and lower ends of the stylish plate, and at least one structure enhancing slot formed at a plate body between the two first clinch portions and configured parallel to the first clinch portion; and each spacer plate has a second clinch portion formed and bent separately from upper and lower ends of the spacer plate for hooking and engaging with the first clinch portion of the stylish plate. [0007] In the application of the rolling door plate module of the present invention, one spacer plate is installed between two stylish plates, and the plurality of stylish plates and the plurality of spacer plates are hooked and engaged with one another into a predetermined size, and the interlaced configuration of the stylish plates and spacer plates not just enhances the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module only, but also reduces the thickness of the stylish plates or spacer plates to lower the material cost. In addition, the width of the spacer plate is increased to reduce the quantity of stylish plates and spacer plates in the rolling door plate module, so as to lower the overall assembling cost of the rolling door plate module. In addition, the combination of the stylish plates and spacer plates in different shapes provides a lively and aesthetic effect to improve the added value of the product. [0008] Wherein, each stylish plate is manufactured into a substantially wavy shape at the bottom of each structure enhancing slot. [0009] Wherein, the rolling door plate module has an enhancement part embedded into at least one structure enhancing slot of a predetermined stylish plate. [0010]Each enhancement part is made of a strip-shaped corner part and manufactured by injection molding. [0011]Each enhancement part is formed by filling and curing a foam material into the structure enhancing slot. [0012]Each enhancement part is formed by a hollow extruded aluminum corner part. [00 13]Each spacer plate has a width greater than the width of the stylish plate. More specifically, the rolling door plate module of the present invention has the following effects: [0014] 1. The invention enhances the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module effectively. [0015]2. The invention lowers the material cost. [0016] 3. The invention lowers the overall assembling cost of the rolling door plate module. [0017]4. The invention provides a more lively and aesthetic combination effect to improve the added value of the product. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0018] FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a rolling door plate module of the present invention; [0019]FIG. 2 is a side view of a rolling door plate module of the present invention; [0020]FIG. 3 is a schematic view of installing and using a rolling door plate module of the present invention; and [0021]FIG. 4 is a partial blowup view of a rolling door plate module of the present invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [0022] The aforementioned and other objectives and advantages of the present invention will become clearer in light of the following detailed description of an illustrative embodiment of this invention described in connection with the drawings. It is intended that the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein are to be considered illustrative rather than restrictive. [0023] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 for an exploded view and a side view of a rolling door plate module of the present invention respectively, the rolling door plate module 10 is formed by connecting a plurality of stylish plates 11 and a plurality of spacer plates 12. [0024] Each stylish plate 11 has a first clinch portion 111 formed and bent separately from upper and lower ends of the stylish plate 11, and at least one structure enhancing slot 112 formed at a plate body between the two first clinch portions 111 and configured parallel to the first clinch portion 111, and the groove shape of the structure enhancing slot 112 enhances the structural strength of the stylish plate 11. In this preferred embodiment, each stylish plate 11 has a plurality of structure enhancing slots 112 disposed between two first clinch portions 111, and each stylish plate 11 is manufactured into a substantially wavy shape at the bottom of each structure enhancing slot. [0025]Each spacer plate 12 has a second clinch portion 121 formed and bent separately from upper and lower ends of the spacer plate 12 for hooking and engaging with the first clinch portion 111 of the stylish plate 11. In this preferred embodiment, the width of each spacer plate 12 is greater than the width of the stylish plate 11, so that the quantity of the stylish plates 11 and spacer plates 12 in the rolling door plate module 10 can be reduced to lower the overall assembling cost of the rolling door plate module 10. [0026] In FIG. 3, the rolling door plate module 10 of the present invention has one spacer plate 12 installed between two stylish plates 11, and the plurality of stylish plates 11 and the plurality of spacer plates 12 are hooked and engaged sequentially with one another to produce a rolling door plate module 10 with a predetermined size. Similarly, when the rolling door plate module 10 of the present invention is used, a door box 21 is provided for fixing a shaft tube 22 to the top of a door facade and then an upper end of the rolling door plate module 10 is fixed to a hub of a shaft tube 22, and both sides of the rolling door plate module 10 are guided by a groove frame 23 separately on both sides of the door facade, so that the hub in the door box 21 may be driven manually or electrically to rotate, and the rolling door plate module 10 is rotated together with the hub and rolled into the shaft tube 22 for an ascending or descending operation to achieve the effect of widely opening the door or shutting the door. [0027] Particularly, the interlaced configuration of the stylish plates 11 and spacer plates 12 of the rolling door plate module 10 of the present invention not just enhances the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module 10 only, but also reduces the thickness of the stylish plates 11 or spacer plates 12 to lower the material cost. In addition, the width of the spacer plate 12 can be increased to reduce the quantity of stylish plates 11 and spacer plates 12 used in the rolling door plate module 10, so as to lower the overall assembling cost of the rolling door plate module 10. In addition, the combination of different shaped stylish plates 11 and spacer plates 12 provides a lively and aesthetic appearance to improve the added value of the product. [0028] In FIGS. 1 and 4, the rolling door plate module of the present invention further comprises an enhancement part 13 embedded into at least one structure enhancing slot 112 of a predetermined stylish plate 11 to further enhance the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module 10. In this preferred embodiment, each structure enhancing slot 112 of all stylish plates 11 of the rolling door plate module 10 is embedded with an enhancement part 13. Regardless of having or not having a wavy shape at the bottom of each structure enhancing slot 112, the enhancement part 13 is made of a strip corner part by injection molding or formed by filling and curing a foam material into the structure enhancing slot, or the enhancement part is a hollow extruded aluminum corner part as shown in the figure. [0029] Compared with the conventional structure, the rolling door plate module of the present invention has the following effects: [0030] 1. The invention enhances the overall structural strength of the rolling door plate module effectively. [0031]2. The invention lowers the material cost. [0032] 3.
