The invention solves the problem in the existing friction plates of fixing the friction plate in a planet gearbox with a complex internal structure.

Description

Description Friction Plate for Rear End Plate of Planet Gearbox Technical Field The invention relates to a friction plate for a rear end plate of a planet gearbox. Background of the Invention In a planet gearbox, in order to reduce wear between an end face of a planet gear and an end face of a rear end plate, a friction plate needs to be provided between the end face of the planet gear and the end face of the rear end plate. The friction plate is stressed with a friction force in a circumferential direction during the friction process, resulting in noise during the operation of the planet gearbox. Therefore, the friction plate needs to be fixed in the circumferential direction. However, as the internal structure of the planet gearbox is complex, it is inconvenient for fixing the friction plate. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide a friction plate for a rear end plate of a planet gearbox, which is convenient for assembling, convenient for fixing and simple in structure. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly achieved by the technical solution as follows: a friction plate for a rear end plate of a planet gearbox is provided, comprising a friction plate body; a central through hole is arranged on the friction plate body; and multiple teeth are arranged on a circumference of the friction plate body. During mounting, the friction plate is fitted with tooth grooves of an inner tooth ring of the planet gearbox through the teeth on its circumference, so the assembly is quite convenient. Meanwhile, 1 the invention is simple in structure, reliable in fitting with the inner tooth ring and convenient for fixing. Preferably, there are 2 to 4 teeth; and more preferably, there are 3 teeth. Therefore, the invention is characterized in that it is convenient for assembling, convenient for fixing and simple in structure. Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 is an assembly diagram of the invention in a planet gearbox; Fig. 2 is a structure diagram of the invention; and, Fig. 3 is a structure diagram of an inner tooth ring. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the invention will be further described in details as below by embodiments with reference to drawings. Embodiment 1 As shown in Fig. 1, a rear end plate 1 is fixed with an inner tooth ring 2 through a bolt 3, and a friction plate 4 is arranged on the rear end plate 1. As shown in Fig. 2, a central through hole 6 is arranged on a friction plate body 5, three teeth 7 are arranged on a circumference of the friction plate body 5 and are uniformly distributed along the circumference, and each tooth 7 is in a shape of an isosceles triangle which gradually becomes narrow from the root to the top. The friction plate 4 is fitted with the tooth grooves of the inner tooth ring 2 as shown in Fig. 3 through the teeth 7 so as to realize the relative positioning between the friction plate and the rear end plate in the circumferential direction. 2

1. A friction plate for a rear end plate of a planet gearbox, comprising a friction plate body, a central through hole being arranged on the friction plate body, characterized in that multiple teeth are arranged on a circumference of the friction plate body.
