2 FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a nozzle in industry, in particular to a sandblasting nozzle with high-pressure water. 5 GENERAL BACKGROUND With regard to the industrial manufacture at present, air sand blasting is usually used for the descaling of metal surface. Such descaling purpose is achieved by spraying and impacting the metal surface with quartz sand by means of compressed air, and removing the oxidate and rust on metal surface. However, such method leads many defects, for 10 example, high cost, serious pollution, low speed of sandblast, the nozzle being abrased easily. Meanwhile the operators would face a particular risk for respiratory disease. For example, the Chinese Utility Model patent publication CN2491132, entitled "sandblasting nozzle with high-pressure water", with the patent application No 15 CN01241955.9, discloses a sandblasting nozzle with high-pressure water. The nozzle comprises a nozzle body, and a sand-suction mouth is configured above the nozzle body; a water nozzle is configured in the pipe of nozzle body at the position close to its entry end, and an 0-shaped rubber sealing ring is provided between the nozzle body and the water nozzle; a mix nozzle is configured in the pipe of nozzle body at the position close to its 20 exit end, a cavity, which is provided between the mix nozzle and the water nozzle, is connected to the sand-suction mouth, and the diameter of inner bore of the mix nozzle is identical to that of the sand-suction mouth; A nut that is used to fix up the mix nozzle is also configured at the exit end of the nozzle body. This patent has its own disadvantage that there is short life of nozzle because the sand-suction nozzle is abraded by sand in the 25 long term. SUMMARY It is an object of the invention to provide a sand blasting nozzle with high-pressure water to alleviate the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. A protection layer is configured 30 on inner wall of the sand-suction mouth in the present invention to alleviate the technical 3 problem that there is short life of nozzle in the prior art as the sand-suction mouth is abraded by sand in the long term. The present invention features low cost, simple structure, convenient use, excellent properties of abrasion and corrosion resistance, and long life. 5 To achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: A sandblasting nozzle with high-pressure water comprises a nozzle body, a sand-suction mouth is configured above the nozzle body, a water nozzle is configured in the pipe of 10 nozzle body at the position close to its entry end, and a rubber sealing ring is provided between the nozzle body and the water nozzle, a mix nozzle is configured in the pipe of nozzle body at the position close to its exit end, a cavity, which is provided between the mix nozzle and the water nozzle, is connected to the sand-suction mouth, meanwhile, the diameter of inner bore of the mix nozzle is identical to that of the sand-suction mouth, a 15 nut that is used to fix up the mix nozzle is also configured at exit end of the nozzle body, wherein a protection layer is configured on inner wall of the pipe of the sand-suction nozzle. The protection layer is made of corundum, which is formed at a temperature higher than 20 2300 'C. Both exit end of the water nozzle and entry end of the mix nozzle are coniform, and match each other correspondingly, they have same cone angle which is equal to the angle between the sand-suction mouth and the nozzle body, which ranges from 30 degree to 40 25 degree. The mix nozzle is cone-shaped body, one end of which contracted inward. An exit end of the mix nozzle is extended out of the nut that is used to fix up the mix 30 nozzle.
4 The present invention has the following advantages as compared with the prior art: 1. A protection layer is configured on inner wall of the sand-suction mouth in the present 5 invention to alleviate the technical problem that there is short life of nozzle in prior art as the sand-suction mouth is abraded by sand in the long term. The present invention features low cost, simple structure, excellent properties of abrasion and corrosion resistance, and long life. 10 2. The protection layer in the present invention is made of corundum, which is formed at a temperature higher than 2300 "C; Such protection layer features high hardness and intensity, good chemical inertness and ductility of alumina, and excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. 15 3. In the present invention, both exit end of the water nozzle and entry end of the mix nozzle are coniform, and match each other correspondingly, they have same cone angle which is equal to the angle between the sand-suction mouth and the nozzle body, which ranges from 30 degree to 40 degree. Such structure can decrease the ratio of which sand impacts wall of pipe, and increase the waterflow and sand speed, whereby the life of 20 nozzle can be prolonged. 4. The mix nozzle in the present invention is a cone-shaped body, one end of which contracted inward, such structure can increase waterflow and sand speed. 25 5. The exit end of the mix nozzle in the present invention is extended out of the nut that is used to fix up the mix nozzle, this facilitates water and sand to flow out, and prevent water and sand from impacting the interior of the nozzle.
