Abstract

An improved simple tent comprises a skeleton and shielding cloth covering the periphery of the skeleton. The skeleton comprises an umbrella-shaped bracket and an unfolding bracket; the umbrella-shaped bracket consists of an upper center head portion (1) and shielding cloth support strips (3) surrounding the upper center head portion and hinge-connected therewith; the unfolding bracket consists of a lower center head portion (2) and unfolding support strips (4) surrounding the lower center head portion and hinge-connected therewith; an outer end of each unfolding support strip is hinge-connected with an upper portion of a shielding cloth support strip; and a rope traction mechanism capable of enabling the upper center head portion to move toward the lower center head portion is arranged between the upper and lower center head portions. A through hole (22) is also formed in a side wall of the lower center head portion; and the rope traction end of the rope traction mechanism runs through the upper and lower center head portions and then runs out from the through hole in the side wall of the lower center head portion. The tent can be folded and unfolded without limitation on the operator height, and can be easily operated with a very little force.

Description

1 IMPROVED SIMPLE TENT FIELD OF INVENTION This invention relates to a improved structure of Easy Tent. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION 5 A great many of tent are using an easy folding structure in nowadays, based on the principle like umbrella to set up or take down. Such as a Chinese patent No.02278921.9 disclosing another structure of tent, including the tent skeleton and the fabric of the fabric that surrounding skeleton. The umbrella skeleton is used to set up/support the tent and the supporting frame that inboard at 10 the head of the umbrella skeleton which constitute the tent skeleton, the Umbrella Shaped skeleton that said is composed by centered upper hub and support bar equispaced / hinged therewith. Supporting frame is composed by centered lower hub and support bar equispaced / hinged therewith , the outer end of each support bar is joint with the upper support bar of the tent. Inside the upper and lower 15 center(hub), there is the pulling rope and movable pulley structure, when a user pull the rope from the center of upper hub , this action can make this device easy to set up and folded just like the folding umbrella,. But the pulling rope is placed on the top of the upper hub from this tent structure, for the user who is short or for the children, because maximum elongation height of their arm is limited, they will not 20 be able to set up the whole tent even if they had extent their arm to the limit., which makes operation is very inconvenient. Another example is Chinese patent No.200480044282.X. This patent also disclosed a Easy Set-Up Tent, including tent frame and fabric covering of the skeleton. The skeleton described is consists of umbrella frame and supporting frame, the umbrella shaped frame is also 2 composed by centered upper hub and covering fabric, supporting frame is composed by the centered lower hub and supporting bar , there are a rope traction in the position of the center of upper hub enable upper hub moving downwards, the rope goes through the hole of lower hub from upper hub. This kind of structure 5 also can be easy set up and take down, the tents is like a folding umbrella. The operation is simple and tent is easy to use too. But because of the structure of the rope traction set in the center bottom hole of the head, the user need to operate it inside and under the tent. It will be very inconvenient for someone who is short, they may not be able to get access to the top of hub (tent) because their arm 10 length is limited. And more, in this way the user need to use one hand to hold the tent center above their head, this is equivalent to support the weight of tent frame and the weight of the covering fabric, so you need to have enough physical strength to fulfill this operation. But for women or children, and for weak person, this operation will have great difficulties. 15 SUMMARY This invention is to solve technical problems, aiming to provide a more efficient and save-effort operation, especially enable short person or who is weak in physical strength to operate (set up and take down) this new reformative Easy Set-Up Tents. 20 This invention to solve above technical problem is realized as follows: A reformative easy tent, including skeleton and fabric covering the skeleton , skeleton including umbrella frame and supporting frame , the umbrella frame is composed by the centered upper hub and supporting pole for fabric equispaced hinged /surrounded upper hubs, the supporting frame is composed by the lower 3 hub and supporting arm equispaced hinged / surrounded the lower hub , the outer end of all support arm belong to support frame joint with the upper part of supporting arm for fabric belong to umbrella frame . Inside the upper and lower hub, there is a rope traction system that can make the upper hub move to lower 5 hub. The special character is : there is a hole in the side wall of lower hub, the pulling rope which is a part of traction system will start from upper hub, and pass through the lower hub ,then the rope will change direction , finally.it will come out of hole in the side wall of lower hub. The present could be described in details as: the center of the lower hub 10 is equipped with rolling wheel. One end of the rope of traction system was fixed in the center of upper , the other end of rope will go through the bottom of upper hub, and then pass through the lower hub , then change direction , pass the rolling wheel, finally the rope will come out of lower hub through the hole in the side wall. The present invention can be described in more details: described in the 15 center of lower hub is equipped with rolling wheel, there is moving pulley for rope operation in the upper hub, the one end of rope of traction system described is fixed in the head lower hub, the other end of rope will go upwards ,come around moving pulley inside upper hub, then go down through the bottom of the lower hub, then go through above the lower hub , pass the rolling wheel inside lower hub, 20 finally rope will come out of hole in the side wall of lower hub. The present invention can be specific for further: described in the center of upper hub is equipped with a pair of rope that can be used to bypass a pair of rope pulley inside, and one end the rope end fixed in the head lower hub, the other end of rope will go upwards ,come around moving pulley inside upper hub, then go 4 down through the bottom of the lower hub, then go through above the lower hub , pass the rolling wheel inside lower hub, finally rope will come out of hole in the side wall of lower hub. The present invention can be specific for further :there are two hole and 5 two scroll wheel that set in the center of lower hub on the wall, described one end of 2 single rope fixed in the head of lower hub, the other end of ropes will go upwards ,come around moving pulley inside upper hub, then go down through the bottom of the lower hub, then go through above the lower hub ,then 2 rope will change direction pass the 2 rolling wheel inside lower hub respectively, finally 2 10 rope will come out of 2 hole in the side wall of lower hub respectively too. The invention can further specific as follows: there is extension of grip part below lower hub. Grip part has described the annular convex; In the bottom of lower hub, there is the convex head downwards ,. Inside the head cover of lower hub,there is groove fit to the convex head. 15 The present invention also can adopt another plan to achieve the same invention purpose, specific for: there have the rope slide track in the center of lower hub, described the rope end of the rope traction device is fixed in the center of upper hub, the other end go through the bottom of upper hub, then through the upper part of the lower hub and then bypass the rope slide track, finally go through 20 the hole in the side wall of lower hub. Compared with the existing technology, the invention add the scroll wheel inside lower hub, and make holes in the side walls, changed the direction of the ropes. When operating the tent, user can change originally under-tent operation to works from the side , tent operation will not be restricted by the height 5 of the user or the arm length of user; In addition, due to adopting the loading way of traction rope in side direction, there is not need to jacking the tents (covered fabric and the skeleton) when someone is setting up or taking down the tent. For this reason, only need very little strength to set up the tent, it can also easily 5 operated by women or children; There are a holder at the bottom that set in the center of the lower hub, not only can be used more easily when stretch cord grip but also can save more energy when someone is opening the tent. Also can be taken as the function of pull-down handle when take down the tent, when someone want to pack up the tent , they can hold the grip to make a drag down, 10 then can quickly separate the upper and lower hub, then fold frame (pole) under the hubs connected. The erection(set-up) and take down of tent can be more convenient and save effort. DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES Following is further illustration to this invention in reference to appended 15 drawing. Figure 1 is the diagrammatic sketch of integral structure showing the schematic implementation example NO.1 of described reformative easy tent invention. Figure 2 is a diagrammatic sketch showing the structure and assembly 20 of upper hub and lower hub , for schematic implementation example No.1 of described reformative easy tent invention. Figure 3 is a diagrammatic sketch showing the location of each part of this invention device when tent is take down, for schematic implementation example No.1 of described reformative easy tent invention.
6 Figure 4 is a diagrammatic sketch showing the location / position of each part of this invention device when it is half set-up, for schematic implementation example No.1 of described reformative easy tent invention. Figure 5 is a diagrammatic sketch showing the location / position of 5 each part of this invention device when it is full opened and set-up, for schematic implementation example No.1 of described reformative easy tent invention. Figure 6 is the diagrammatic sketch of structure showing schematic implementation example No.2 of described reformative easy tent invention. Figure 7 is the diagrammatic sketch of structure showing schematic 10 implementation example No.5 of described reformative easy tent invention. EMBODIMENTS Please refer to figure 1 to figure 5, it is the diagrammatic sketch of integral structure and illustration of the process from its tightening to erection, the described reformative easy tent including skeleton and fabric covering the skeleton 15 (not shown in picture), the skeleton described including umbrella shaped frame that used to prop open the covering fabric and supporting bracket inside the umbrella frame which used to make umbrella open, umbrella frame is composed by the upper hub ( 1 in figure 1) and fabric supporting pole( 3 in figure 1) hinged surrounding upper hub ( 1 in figure 1). Supporting bracket is composed by lower 20 hub (2 in figure 1) and open supporting pole( 4 in figure 1) hinged surrounding the lower hub( 2 in figure 1) , the outer end of open supporting pole (4 in figure 1) hinged with the upper part of the fabric supporting pole(3 in figure 1) , the described upper hub ( 1 in figure 1) has convex (5 in figure 1) downwards at the bottom, There is a groove(6 in figure 1) on the cover of lower hub 2 match with the 7 convex 5, in the center of lower hub is equipped with the scroll wheel 21, the side wall has hole 22, there is rope traction system between upper and lower hub that can make upper hub 1 move toward lower hub 2. In the center of the upper hub 1,there is a pair of movable pulley 11 which could be passed by a pair of rope 7. 5 One end of rope (both pair) is fixed in the lower hub 2, the other end coming up respectively, bypassing movable pulley 11, head down and come out of the convex 5 of the upper hub 1 ,then go though h the center of lower hub 2 and then bypass the scroll wheel 21 inside the lower hub, finally come out of the hole 22 in the side wall of lower hub part 2. Below lower hub 2, there is an extension of the 10 grip 23, that can be used as a handle while pulling the rope, it will make the tent erection to be more effortless. At the same time the grip 23 can also taken as a handle while taking down the tent. The user just need to hold the grip 23 & make a drag down, which can quickly separate the upper and lower hub, then release described lower hub 2 and its corresponding supporting pole 4, the tents can be 15 easily folded. In this invention, because the direction of pulling force imposed on the rope 7 change to transverse, it can make tent set-up effortless for all kinds of people. The previous traction system was operated in vertical way which will be harder than transverse way. 20 At the same time, the invention can realize the following the implementation cases: Implementation example No. 2: as shown in figure 6 , the present invention can eliminate the movable pulley device in the upper hub 1, then let one end of the rope 7 be snap-on upper hub 1, the other end of rope will come out of 8 bottom of upper hub,then go through the center of lower hub 2, after bypass its internal scroll wheel 21, then come out hole 22 in the side wall of lower hub 2. In this example, because of lacking the pulleys in the center of upper hub 1, so user need more strength to operate the tent, but compared with the existing technology, 5 changing the rope traction way to transverse, small or weak women can also achieve convenient operation, user will save some effort on operation. Example No.3: the present invention can allow the movable pulley 21 in lower hub be less to one pc instead of previous 2 pcs. Accordingly rope 7 could also be less to one pc , other structure remains the same, the aim of this invention 10 could be realized too. Example No.4: the present invention can also be set in the lower hub 2 with 2 hole 22 in both side of the lower hub face to face. the one end of the rope 7 still be fixed in the center of the lower hub 2, the other end of rope will going up around the movable pulley 11 inside upper hubl, then turning downwards, coming 15 out of the bottom of the upper hub 1, then after pass through the center after the head cover of lower hub 2 points and bypass a scroll wheel 21 in 2 opposite direction , then come out the hole 22 in the wall of lower hub 2 respectively . This structure is proposed, which can minimize the problem of shaking during tent operation because of the eccentric force while you pulling the rope. 20 Example No.5: as shown in figure 7, at the same time, the invention also can be used if it is equipped with the rope slide track 210, replacing the above exampled scroll wheel 21, then described one end of the rope traction device to be fixed in the center on upper hub, the other end of rope will come out of upper hub, then go through upper part of lower hub, bypassing track 210, then come out the 9 hole on the side wall of the lower hub. Although the scroll wheel structure method is better in saving effort, this new simple implementation could achieve the same aim of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A reformative easy tent, including skeleton and cloth covering the skeleton skeleton including umbrella frame and support arm strut , the umbrella frame is 5 composed by the centered upper hub and supporting pole for fabric equispaced hinged /surrounded around upper hubs, the support frame is composed by the lower hub and supporting arm equispaced hinged / surrounded the lower hub , the outer end of all support arm belong to support frame joint with the upper part of supporting pole for fabric belong to umbrella 10 frame . Inside the upper and lower hub, there is a rope traction system that can make the upper hub move to lower hub. The special character is : there is a hole in the side wall of lower hub, the pulling rope which is a part of traction system will start from upper hub, and pass through the lower hub ,then the rope will change direction , finally.it will come out of hole in the side wall of 15 lower hub.
2. Described reformative easy tent according to claim 1 above, whose character is: the center of the head center is equipped with rolling wheel, one end of the rope belong to traction system is fixed inside the upper hub, the other end of rope come out of the bottom of the upper hub, then go through the lower hub, 20 then bypass the scroll wheel, finally the rope will come out of hole in the side wall of the lower hub.

Described reformative easy tent according to claim 1 above, whose character is: the center of lower hub is equipped with rolling wheel, in the center of upper hub there is 2 Movable pulley could be used to bypass the rope , one end of the rope belong to traction system is fixed inside the upper hub, the other end of rope will bypass the movable pulley inside the upper hub, then come out of the bottom of the upper hub, then go through the lower hub, then bypass the scroll wheel, 5 finally the rope will come out of hole in the side wall of the lower hub.

Described reformative easy tent according to claim 3, whose character is :there are a pair of rope that can be used to bypass one pair of movable pulley .one end of the rope belong to traction system is fixed inside the upper hub, the other end of rope will bypass the movable pulley inside the upper hub, then 10 come out of the bottom of the upper hub, then go through the lower hub, then bypass the scroll wheel, finally the rope will come out of hole in the side wall of the lower hub.

Described reformative easy tent according to claim 4, whose character is: there are two holes in both side wall of lower hub in opposite direction face to face, 15 and there is 2 scroll wheel inside lower hub.one end of the rope belong to traction system is fixed inside the upper hub, the other end of ropes will bypass the movable pulley inside the upper hub, then come out of the bottom of the upper hub, then go through the lower hub, then bypass the scroll wheel in 2 opposite direction, finally the rope will come out of hole in the side wall of the 20 lower hub in opposite direction respectively.
6. Described reformative easy tent according to claim 1 to 5 , whose character is: under the bottom lower hub, there is an extension of grip, grip has described annular convex.
7. Described reformative easy tent according to claim 1 to 5, whose character is: 3 at the bottom of the upper hub,there is convex head downward, the cover of lower hub has groove adapted with above convex head.

Described reformative easy tents according to claim 1, whose character is: in the center of lower hub,there is the rope slide track, one end of the rope belong 5 to traction system is fixed inside the upper hub, the other end of ropes will come out of the bottom of the upper hub, then go through the lower hub, then bypass the rope slide track, finally the rope will come out of hole in the side wall of the lower hub.
