Description A Steering Gear For Scooters Technical Field The invention relates to a steering gear for scooters. Background Technology The steering gear for scooters is a key component connected between the steering wheel and wheel steering components to realize wheel steering. General steering gear transmits the steering of steering wheel to wheels directly, which not only brings difficulties for operation, also results in easily damage of components. Invention Content The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a steering gear for scooters, which can realize certain buffer between the steering wheel and wheel steering components, more easily steering operation and each component not to be damaged easily. In order to solve above mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts technical proposals as follows: a steering gear for scooters, comprising a rotating shaft and a steering blade, the end part of said rotating shaft is provided with external tooth, the middle part of said steering blade is provided with a hole, the edges of said holes are provided with a section of internal tooth, the end part of said rotating shaft is mesh connected with the middle part of said steering blade, one end of said steering blade is provided with a fixing bolt mounting hole, the other end is provided with a steering component connecting hole, said fixing bolt mounting hole is concentric with the base circle of said internal tooth. Preferably, the radius of the base circle of said internal tooth is twice as much as the radius of the base circle of said external. Preferably, the end part of said rotating shaft is connected with a connecting block by screw fixing, said external tooth are installed on said connecting block. Preferably, the end part of said rotating shaft is connected with a connecting block and two clips, said connecting block is clamped between said two clips. The radius of the base circle of said internal tooth 4 is twice as much as the radius of the base circle of said external tooth 3. The end part of said rotating shaft 1 is connected with a connecting block 5 and two clips 6 by screw fixing, as shown in Figure 3, said external tooth are installed on said connecting block 5, said connecting block 5 is clamped between said two clips 6. Rotating shaft 1 of the steering gear for scooters of the invention is connected with the steering wheel, steering blade 2 is fixed on the frame via fixing the bolt mounting hole 21, the steering blade 2 is connected with wheel steering components via the steering component connecting hole 22. The radius of the base circle of said internal tooth 4 is twice as mush as the radius of the base circle of said external tooth so that the steering angle of the steering blade 2 is only half of the steering angle of rotating shaft 1 to realize certain buffer between the steering wheel wheel steering components. 2

A steering gear for scooters, wherein: comprising a rotating shaft (1) and a steering blade (2), the end part of said rotating shaft (1) is provided with an external tooth (3), the middle part of said steering blade (2) is provided with a hole, the edges of said hole are provided with a section of internal tooth (4), the end part of said rotating shaft (1) is mesh connected with the middle part of said steering blade (2), one end of said steering blade (2) is provided with a fixing bolt mounting hole (21), the other end is provided with a steering component connecting hole (22), said fixing bolt mounting hole (21) is concentric with the base circle of said internal tooth (4).
2. The steering gear for scooters according to claim 1, wherein: the radius of the base circle of said internal tooth (4) is twice as much as the radius of the base circle of said external tooth (3).
3. The steering gear for scooters according to claim 1, wherein: the end part of said rotating shaft (1) is connected with the connecting block (5) by screw fixing, said external tooth (3) are installed on said connecting block (5).
4. The steering gear for scooters according to claim 3, wherein: the end part of said rotating shaft (1) is connected with the connecting block (5) and two clips (6), said connecting block (5) is clamped between said two clips (6). 3
