Abstract

Title: Electric Motor Abstract The invention discloses an electric motor which comprises a motor shell and a rear end cover fixed on the motor shell, an inner shell is arranged in the motor shell, a gap is remained between the inner shell and the motor shell, a stator is disposed in the inner shell, and a rotor is disposed in the gap between the inner shell and the motor shell and suspends and rotates under the action of the stator magnetic field after the motor is energized. The rotor in suspending rotation drives the output shaft to rotate, and thus the invention has simple structure and high output efficiency.

Description

Description Electric Motor Technical Field The invention relates to an electric motor. Background of the Invention Electric motor is a machine capable of transforming electric energy into mechanical energy. The basic principle of electric motor is to transform electric energy into mechanical energy by utilizing the interaction between a charged conductor and a magnetic field. A common electric motor generally comprises a rotor and a stator. The rotor is fixed on a rotating shaft, and the rotor rotates under the action of a magnetic field to drive the rotating shaft to rotate so as to output a torque. However, because a great amount of coils are wound on the rotor, the rotor consumes a large amount of power during rotation and thus affects the output efficiency of the electric motor. Summary of the Invention The object of the invention is to provide an electric motor with simple structure and high output efficiency. In order to realize the above object, the invention employs the following technical scheme: a novel electric motor is characterized in that a motor shell and a rear end cover fixed on the motor shell are included, an inner shell is arranged in the motor shell, a gap is remained between the inner shell and the motor shell, a stator is disposed in the inner shell, and a rotor is disposed in the gap between the inner shell and the motor shell and suspends and rotates under the action of the stator magnetic field after the motor is energized. As an improvement, a motor rotating shaft is also disposed in the motor shell, the stator is penetrate-mounted on the motor rotating shaft, and the rear end of the motor rotating shaft is fixed on the rear end cover. Preferably, the rotor is of a hollow cylinder with a closed front end, and the front end of the rotor is provided with an output shaft. As a further improvement, the motor shell is provided with a front end cover, and the output shaft extends out of the front end cover. A bearing is arranged between the output shaft and the front end cover of the motor. In the above technical scheme, the rotor in suspending rotation drives the output shaft to rotate, and thus the invention has simple structure and high output efficiency. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be further described by combining the following drawings and 1 embodiment: FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of the invention. Detailed Description of the Invention FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention of an electric motor. The electric motor comprises a motor shell 8 and a rear end cover 7 fixed on the motor shell, an inner shell 9 is arranged in the motor shell, a gap is remained between the inner shell and the motor shell, a stator 2 is disposed in the inner shell 9, and a rotor 3 is disposed in the gap between the inner shell and the motor shell and suspends and rotates under the action of the stator magnetic field after the motor is energized. A motor rotating shaft 1 is also disposed in the motor shell, the stator is penetrate-mounted on the motor rotating shaft, and the rear end of the motor rotating shaft is fixed on the rear end cover. The rotor 3 is of a hollow cylinder with a closed front end, and the front end of the rotor is provided with an output shaft 4. The motor shell 8 is provided with a front end cover 6, and the output shaft extends out of the front end cover. A bearing 5 is arranged between the output shaft and the front end cover of the motor. 2
