Abstract
Title: Connection Structure for Fan Blade and Rotating Shaft Abstract The invention discloses a connecting structure for a fan blade and a rotating shafi. The connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are respectively arranged on both sides of the fan blade and fixed with the fan blade, and the middle pans of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are respectively provided with a rotating shaft hole which is in interference fit with the rotating shaft.. The fan blade is first connected via the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and then is mounted on the motor rotating shafi, so the fan blade is connected with the motor rotating shaft by means of interference fit between the connecting pieces and the motor rotating shaft. Therefore, invention has fIrmo connection and high safety 5 \6
Description
Description Connection Structure for Fan Blade and Rotating Shaft Technical Field The invention relates to a connection structure for a motor fan blade and a motor output rotating shaft. Background of the Invention At present, a widely-known motor fan blade is generally directly fixed with a motor output shaft, and they are fixed unfirmly thus causing low security due to thin fan blade and small diameter of the motor output shaft. Summary of the Invention The object of the invention is to provide a connection structure for a motor fan blade and a motor output rotating shaft, which has firm fixation and high security. In order to realize the object, the invention employs the following technical scheme: a connection structure for a fan blade and a rotating shaft is characterized in that a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are respectively disposed on both sides of a fan blade and fixed with the fan blade are included, and the middle parts of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are respectively provided with a rotating shaft hole which is in interference fit with a rotating shaft. Preferably, four round holes are evenly distributed on the ring surface of the inner end of the first connecting piece, four posts corresponding to the round holes are arranged on the ring surface of the inner end of the second connecting piece, and the posts penetrate through the corresponding holes on the fan blade to be in interference fit with the round holes, thereby facilitating assembly. Preferably, the first connecting piece, the second connecting piece and the fan blade are tightly fixed together by screws. Therefore, the invention has simple structure and firm connection. Preferably, the middle part of the end surface of the outer side of the second connecting piece is of a protruding step. Preferably, each of the rotating shaft holes on the middle parts the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is of a round hole having a notch, and thus the fit is firmer. With the above technical scheme, the fan blade is first connected via the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and then is mounted on the motor rotating shaft, so the fan blade is connected with the motor rotating shaft by means of interference fit between the connecting pieces and the motor rotating shaft. Therefore, the invention has firm connection and high safety. 1 Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be further described by combining the following drawings and embodiment: FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the end surface of the inner side of the first connecting piece; FIG.2 is a schematic diagram of the fan blade; and FIG.3 is a schematic diagram of the side surface of the second connecting piece. Detailed Description of the Invention FIG. 1 FIG.3 show an embodiment of the invention of a connection structure for a fan blade and a rotating shaft. The connection structure comprises a first connecting piece 1 and a second connecting piece 2 which are respectively disposed on both sides of a fan blade and fixed with the fan blade, and the middle parts of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are respectively provided with a rotating shaft hole 5 which is in interference fit with a rotating shaft. Four round holes 3 are evenly distributed on the ring surface of the inner end of the first connecting piece 1, four posts 4 corresponding to the round holes are arranged on the ring surface of the inner end of the second connecting piece 2, and the posts penetrate through the corresponding holes on the fan blade to be in interference fit with the round holes. Otherwise, the first connecting piece, the second connecting piece and the fan blade are tightly fixed together by screws. The middle part of the end surface of the outer side of the second connecting piece 2 is of a protruding step 6. Each of the rotating shaft holes 5 on the middle parts the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is of a round hole having a notch. 2
