Abstract The invention relates to a direct current permanent magnet motor, which belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing of motors. The direct current permanent magnet motor comprises a housing, two end covers which are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing and a rotor which is positioned in the housing and supported between the two end covers in a rotating manner, wherein a plurality of axial mounting holes are arranged on the end covers, a plurality of through holes are arranged at the parts on a wall body of the housing, which are near to the end covers, each insertion piece is in an integrated structure formed by an insertion part and a limiting part, a threaded hole is formed on each insertion part, the insertion parts are inserted into the through holes on the wall body of the housing from the outside of the housing, the threaded holes on the insertion parts are coaxial with the mounting holes on the end covers, the limiting parts are used for limiting the insertion depth of the insertion parts, and screws penetrate the mounting holes of the end covers and then are matched with the threaded holes on the insertion parts of the insertion pieces. The direct current permanent magnet motor is reliable to connect, convenient to assemble and conductive to improving the production efficiency, and can solve the problems the connection reliability of the existing structure for assembling the end covers and the housing is poorer, or the assembly is difficult, the production efficiency is thus lower and the like.
Description
Direct Current Permanent Magnet Motor Technical Field The invention relates to a direct current permanent magnet motor, which belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing of motors. Background of the Invention In the prior art, the assembly of end covers and a housing of a motor mainly adopts the following two assembly ways: the first way is to rivet the end covers with the end parts of the housing, the reliability of the connection between the end covers and the housing in the structure is poorer; the other way is to sequentially penetrate the front end cover, the housing and the rear end cover through long bolts, match with nuts, and further assemble the front and the rear end covers with the housing together, in the structure, the bolts are longer, and the bolts often deviate from the mounting holes on the rear end cover due to attraction of magnetic shoes when penetrating the housing, thereby causing difficulty in assembly and the like. Summary of the Invention The invention aims at providing a direct current permanent magnet motor which is reliable to connect, convenient to assemble and conductive to improving the production efficiency, and can solve the problems the connection reliability of the existing structure for assembling the end covers and the housing is poorer, or the assembly is difficult, the production efficiency is thus lower and the like. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly solved through the following technical scheme: the direct current permanent magnet motor comprises a housing, two end covers which are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing and a rotor which is positioned in the housing and supported between the two end covers in a rotating manner, wherein a plurality of axial mounting holes are arranged on the end covers, a plurality of through holes are arranged at the parts on a wall body of the housing, which are near to the end covers, each insertion piece is in an integrated structure formed by an insertion part and a limiting part, a threaded hole is formed on each insertion part, the insertion parts are inserted into the through holes on the wall body of the housing from the outside of the housing, the threaded holes on the insertion parts are coaxial with the mounting holes on the end covers, the limiting parts are used for limiting the insertion depth of the insertion parts, and screws penetrate the mounting holes of the end covers and then are matched with the threaded holes on the insertion parts of the insertion pieces. On the one hand, the length of the screws can be shortened, thereby facilitating the assembly of the end covers and the housing and improving the assembly efficiency; on the other hand, the reliability of the connection between the end covers and the housing is also ensured. Preferentially, the through holes on the wall body of the housing are shaped like flat rectangles, the insertion parts of the insertion pieces are shaped like plates, and the 1 cross section of the insertion parts are matched with the through holes on the wall body of the housing, thereby keeping the insertion parts of the insertion pieces in the state of being vertical to the axial line of the housing, and being convenient to keep the threaded holes coaxial with the mounting holes on the end covers. Preferentially, the limiting part and the insertion part of each insertion piece form a T-shaped structure, and the thickness and the width of the limiting parts are respectively larger than the thickness and the width of the insertion pieces, thereby effectively keeping the stable state of the insertion parts of the insertion pieces, and being convenient to match the screws with the threaded holes on the insertion parts. Preferentially, the limiting part of each insertion piece is in an arc-shaped structure matched with the outer wall of the housing, thereby being convenient to fix the relative positions of the insertion parts and the housing. Preferentially, the mounting holes on the end covers are uniformly distributed along the circumferences which are concentric with the end covers, and the through holes on the wall body of the housing are uniformly distributed along the same circumference of the housing. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of being reliable to connect, being convenient to assemble, being conductive to improving the production efficiency and the like. Detailed Description of the Invention In combination of the figures, the technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described through the following embodiments. Embodiment 1: as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a direct current permanent magnet motor comprises a housing 2, two end covers 1 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing 2 and a rotor which is positioned in the housing and supported between the two end covers in a rotating manner, as shown in Figure 5, four axial mounting holes 3 are arranged on each end cover 1, the mounting holes are uniformly distributed along the circumferences which are concentric with the end covers, and through holes are uniformly distributed along the same circumference of the housing. As shown in Figure 4, four through holes 4 are arranged at the parts of a wall body of the housing 2, which are near to the end covers, the through holes 4 are shaped like 2 flat rectangles, as shown in Figure 3, each insertion piece 5 is in a T-shaped integrated structure formed by an insertion part 6 and a limiting part 7, the thickness and the width of the limiting parts are respectively larger than the thickness and the width of the insertion pieces, the insertion parts 6 are shaped like plates, each limiting part is in an arc-shaped structure matched with the outer wall of the housing, the cross section of the insertion parts are matched with the through holes on the wall body of the housing, a threaded hole 8 is formed on each insertion part 6, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the insertion parts 6 are inserted into the through holes on the wall body of the housing 2 from the outside of the housing 2, the threaded holes on the insertion parts are coaxial with the mounting holes on the end covers, the limiting parts 7 are used for limiting the insertion depth of the insertion parts 6, and screws 8 penetrate the mounting holes of the end covers and then are matched with the threaded holes on the insertion parts of the insertion pieces. 3

1. A direct current permanent magnet motor comprising a housing, two end covers which are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing and a rotor which is positioned in the housing and supported between the two end covers in a rotating manner, characterized in that a plurality of axial mounting holes are arranged on the end covers, a plurality of through holes are arranged at the parts on a wall body of the housing, which are near to the end covers, each insertion piece is in an integrated structure formed by an insertion part and a limiting part, a threaded hole is formed on each insertion part, the insertion parts are inserted into the through holes on the wall body of the housing from the outside of the housing, the threaded holes on the insertion parts are coaxial with the mounting holes on the end covers, the limiting parts are used for limiting the insertion depth of the insertion parts, and screws penetrate the mounting holes of the end covers and then are matched with the threaded holes on the insertion parts of the insertion pieces.

The direct current permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the through holes on the wall body of the housing are shaped like flat rectangles, the insertion parts of the insertion pieces are shaped like plates, and the cross section of the insertion parts are matched with the through holes on the wall body of the housing.

The direct current permanent magnet motor according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the limiting part and the insertion part of each insertion piece form a T-shaped structure, and the thickness and the width of the limiting parts are respectively larger than the thickness and the width of the insertion pieces.
4. The direct current permanent magnet motor according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the limiting part of each insertion piece is in an arc-shaped structure matched with the outer wall of the housing.

The direct current permanent magnet motor according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mounting holes on the end covers are uniformly distributed along the circumferences which are concentric with the end covers, and the through holes on the wall body of the housing are uniformly distributed along the same circumference of the housing. 4
