Abstract

Title: Fixing Structure for Movable Pin Operating Lever Abstract The invention discloses a fixing structure for a movable pin operating lever, which comprises a reduction case and the movable pin operating lever penetrate-mounted in the reduction case. A mounting hole for the penetrate-mounting of the movable pin operating lever is formed in the reduction case, and an elastic device for changing the friction force of the movable pin operating lever during rotation is disposed in the mounting hole. Sliding friction between the movable pin operating lever and the reduction case is changed into rolling friction so as to reduce friction resistance, and the rotation position of the movable pin operating lever can be locked effectively to ensure thorough switch between an electric state and a manual state of an electric wheelchair.

Description

Description Fixing Structure for Movable Pin Operating Lever Technical Field The invention relates to a component part of a speed reducer of an electric wheelchair, in particular to a fixing structure for a movable pin operating lever. Background of the Invention As shown in FIG.1, in a speed reducer of an electric wheelchair, a transmission mechanism in the speed reducer is connected with or separated from an output shaft via the rotation of a movable pin operating lever 02 to realize the switch between an electric state and a manual state of the wheelchair. Because the whole size of the speed reducer of the wheelchair is small, the movable pin operating lever is generally directly penetrate-mounted on the reduction case 01 due to the smaller size, which generates a large friction force, has high requirement for coordination relation and needs lubrication better. In addition, the rotation position of the movable pin operating lever can not be locked effectively, causing incomplete switch between the electric state and the manual state of the wheelchair. Summary of the Invention The object of the invention is to provide a fixing structure for a movable pin operating lever, which has simple structure and convenient installation, changes sliding friction into rolling friction between a movable pin operating lever and a reduction case, and thus reduces the friction force and optimizes the coordination relation. In order to realize the above object, the invention employs the following technical scheme: a fixing structure for a movable pin operating lever comprises a reduction case and a movable pin operating lever penetrate-mounted in the reduction case, characterized in that a mounting hole for the penetrate-mounting of the movable pin operating lever is formed in the reduction case, and an elastic device for changing the friction force of the movable pin operating lever during rotation is disposed in the mounting hole. Furthermore, the elastic device comprises an elastic member and a rolling ball which are arranged in the reduction case, the rolling ball is arranged at the head of the elastic member and butted against the lever wall of the movable pin operating lever under the action of the elastic member, an adjustment hole for the penetrate-mounting of the elastic member and the rolling ball is formed on the reduction case, and an adjusting structure for regulating the amount of compression of the elastic member is disposed at the rear end of the adjustment hole. Furthermore, the adjusting structure is an adjusting screw, and the rear end of the adjustment hole is provided with a threaded section which is in a thread connection 1 with the adjusting screw. Furthermore, the elastic member is a spring. Furthermore, the lever wall of the movable pin operating lever is provided with an annular groove corresponding to the adjustment hole, and the rolling ball is embedded in the annular groove. Furthermore, the annular groove is internally tangent with the rolling ball. Furthermore, the cross section of the annular groove is of a circular arc. With the above technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that the sliding friction between the movable pin operating lever and the reduction case is changed into rolling friction so as to reduce friction resistance, the friction force between the rolling ball and the movable pin operating lever is changed by adjusting the pressure of the rolling ball on the lever wall of the movable pin operating lever through the adjusting screw, and the rotation position of the movable pin operating lever can be locked effectively to ensure thorough switch between an electric state and a manual state of an electric wheelchair. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be described by combining the following drawings: FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a speed reducer of a prior electric wheelchair; FIG.2 is a structural diagram of an embodiment of the invention applied to a reduction case of an electric wheelchair; and FIG.3 is a structural diagram of the embodiment of the invention. Detailed Description of the Invention FIG.2 and FIG.3 are structural diagrams of a preferred embodiment of the invention, in which a fixing structure for a movable pin operating lever comprises a reduction case 1 and a movable pin operating lever 2 penetrate-mounted in the reduction case. A mounting hole 11 for the penetrate-mounting of the movable pin operating lever is formed in the reduction case, and an elastic device for changing the friction force of the movable pin operating lever during rotation is disposed in the mounting hole. The elastic device comprises an elastic member 3 and a rolling ball 4 which are arranged in the reduction case, the rolling ball is arranged at the head of the elastic member and butted against the lever wall of the movable pin operating lever under the action of the elastic member, an adjustment hole 12 for the penetrate-mounting of the elastic member and the rolling ball is formed on the reduction case, and an adjusting structure for regulating the amount of compression of the elastic member is disposed at the rear end of the adjustment hole. The adjusting structure is an adjusting screw 5, and the rear end of the adjustment hole is provided with a threaded section 121 which is in a thread connection with the adjusting screw. The lever wall of the movable pin operating lever is provided with an annular groove 21 corresponding to the adjustment hole, and the rolling ball is embedded in the annular groove. In the above embodiment, the elastic member is a spring. The annular groove is 2 internally tangent with the rolling ball, and the cross section of the annular groove is of a circular arc. With the invention , the sliding friction between the movable pin operating lever and the reduction case is changed into rolling friction so as to reduce friction resistance, the friction force between the rolling ball and the movable pin operating lever is changed by adjusting the pressure of the rolling ball on the lever wall of the movable pin operating lever through the adjusting screw, and the rotation position of the movable pin operating lever can be locked effectively to ensure thorough switch between an electric state and a manual state of an electric wheelchair. In addition to the above preferred embodiment, the invention has other embodiments. Various changes and modifications made by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the invention are seen to fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention. 3
