FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel acupuncture treatment method. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION: 5 Acupuncture treatment The acupuncture treatment is a treatment without medicines. It includes piercing with needles, method of giving pressure on the selected points, method of heating the selected points etc. 10 According to the Acupuncture's philosophy the five elements which are the root cause for the emergence of this universe, are also the cause for its functioning. These five elements have not only created the universe but are constantly entering into our body through our skin, sweat pores and through the breathing to provide energy for the physical and mental functioning of our body. 15 Thus the five elements are the cause of everything in the universe, from the humankind to the non-living things. Therefore an imbalance in these five elements in our body is the cause of all the symptoms, discomforts and disease of our body. The acupuncture treatment simply balances the five elements to cure the 20 patients. History of Acupuncture treatment: The Chinese emperor Huang Di, has the major role in providing the world with the organized form of this rare art of acupuncture. 25 Dr. Plix first introduced the world with methods of acupuncture by diagnosing the energy channels, diagnosing the part/organ of the body where the disease has occurred and where the energy is locked or has exceeded. Next to him, Dr. Mary Austian, the Doctor brothers, Dr. Siddik Jamal and Dr. Fazloor Rahman from Tamilnadu explored the Organs pulse diagnosis method 30 based on Five elements and curing the patients through it. Ancient Chinese treatment method: According to the ancient Chinese treatment method the yin and the yang are the two opposite energies and complement each other. The body health depends on these two images of life energies. The diseases occur depending on the imbalance of these two energies. 5 The Yin and yang depends on each other and help each other to function. One cannot function independent of the other. In the healthy condition the yin may have a small portion of yang in it and the yang may have a small portion of yin in it. When the disease occur because of excess of yin, then it indicates that the yang portion in the yin has become very less or if the disease has occurred 10 because of excess of yang then the yin portion in the yang has become very less. The upper and the right side consist of the male energies (yang). The lower and the left side consist of the female energies (yin). The right upper side has the male energy in male part that is Yang in yang. The Left upper side has the male 15 energy in the female part that is Yang in yin. The right lower side has the female energy in the male part that is yin in yang. The left lower side has the female energy in the female part that is yin in yin. The old Chinese treatment explains the relationship between the principles of Yin/yang (two opposite energies), consisting the five elements, the creative and 20 destructive cycles created by these five elements and their relation with universe and the human body. It has established the relationship between five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and 12 organs of the body and the relationship between 12 organs and the 60 five element points. The Fire element is said to split into two namely fire big and fire small. 25 Basis of treatment- The Five Elements: According to the very ancient Chinese book on treatment called 'The Noijing', the natural five forces are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, which exist in the human body as well. These five forces or five elements form the basis for 30 the whole of the universe. Among these, the fire element is said to split into two namely 'The fire big' and 'The fire small'. The five elements mingle with each other and 15 this result in the formation of other five cycles. Thus, each of the five elements has not only the creative and destructive cycles but also has the Self energy cycle, Enlargement energy cycle, Atrophy energy cycle, Control cycle, Suck energy cycle. If all these cycles are in their natural cyclic rotations then the health will be maintained. Only when these cycles exceed or decrease, the 20 disease condition occurs. These are described as follows: 4 (a) Self energy cycle Each of the five element and its organs have the capacity of creating the energy needed by them. This is called the self energy cycle. If this cycle does not 5 function properly then the respective element and its organs will not work at all. Not only they cannot give energy to the other elements but also cannot receive energy from the others. (b) Enlargement energy cycle 10 Each of the five elements and their organs get the energy to enlarge themselves, from their mother elements. If this cycle does not work then the elements and the respective organs cannot enlarge or extend themselves. If this enlargement energy cycle starts to work more, then each of the five elements and the 15 respective organs will get enlarged. (c) Atrophy energy cycle: Each of the five elements and their organs get the energy to shrink themselves from their son elements. If the five elements and the respective organs do not 20 get this energy to shrink, then they cannot do the function of shrinking. If this Atrophy energy cycle becomes more, then the five elements and the respective organs will get shrunk. (d) Control Energy Cycle 25 When the energy of the destructive cycle elements and the organs exceed, only the destruction takes place otherwise the elements and organs are only controlled. If this control energy cycle does not work then the elements and the organs do not have the control over each other. When this control energy cycle's work exceed then the controlled element and its organ become more 30 controlled and the self energy cycle of that particular element and organ gets destroyed. (e) Suck Energy Cycle 5 Each of the five elements and their organs get the energy to suck the energy from the respective elements and organs which are controlled and/or destroyed by them. When this suck energy cycle exceed, the elements and respective organs get more controlled and get destroyed. If this suck energy cycle 5 functions below the level in a particular element and its organ then that particular element and the organ cannot receive the energy from the others by sucking and thus gets destroyed. And the respective elements and the organs which are required to donate the energy to those particular elements and organs through the suck energy cycle also get destroyed because of the stagnation of 10 energy. The creation of the five cycles: (a) Self energy cycle 15 The five elements and the related organs create the energy on their own and this is called the self energy cycle. i. Fire in Fire ii. Earth in Earth iii. Metal in Metal 20 iv. Water in Water v. Wood in Wood Like wise the five elements exist in their respective places. (b) Enlargement energy cycle: 25 When wood (mother energy) becomes in excess in the fire energy, the fire and its organs, get enlarged. When fire (mother energy) becomes in excess in the earth energy, the earth and its organs get enlarged. When Earth (mother energy) becomes in excess in the Metal energy, the metal and its organs get enlarged. When Metal (mother energy) becomes in excess in the Water energy, the water 30 and its organs get enlarged. When water (mother energy) becomes in excess in the Wood energy, the wood and its organs get enlarged. 6 (c) Atrophy energy cycle: When earth (son energy) becomes in excess in fire and in its organ, they get shrunk. When metal (son energy) becomes in excess in earth and in its organ, they get shrunk. When water (son energy) becomes in excess in metal and in 5 its organ, they get shrunk. When wood (son energy) becomes in excess in water and in its organ, they get shrunk. When fire (son energy) becomes in excess in wood and in its organ, they get shrunk. (d) Control energy cycle: 10 Fire's controlling energy controls the metal energy. Earth's controlling energy controls the water energy. Metal's controlling energy controls the wood energy. Water's controlling energy controls the fire energy. Wood's controlling energy controls the earth energy. 15 (e) Suck energy cycle: The Fire because of its suck energy, sucks the energies of Metal. The Earth because of its suck energy, sucks the energies of water. The Metal because of its suck energy, sucks the energies of wood. The water because of its suck energy, sucks the energies of fire. The Wood because of its suck energy sucks 20 the energies of earth. Five Cycles, their effects and the corresponding diseases: The three cycles connected to the creative cycle are Self energy cycle, Enlargement energy cycle, Atrophy energy cycle and two cycles connected to 25 the Destructive cycle are Control energy cycle and suck energy cycle. The states of each of the energy cycles are: Natural state: When each of the five elements and the related organs remain in 30 their natural state of energy cycle then no diseases occur. Disease condition arises only when these energy cycles exceed or become lesser. 7 Excessive state: But when it exceeds then five elements and their corresponding organs connected to destructive cycles and suck energy cycle connected to destructive cycle would get affected and would not work at all. This causes acute and chronic diseases. 5 Lesser state: When the energy cycle becomes lesser in working capacity, and when each of the five element and their respective organs get connected to the destructive cycle, then the relative cycles of the destructive cycle namely the control cycle and the suck energy cycle get affected and either one of them or both start to work excessively and this causes the short term or the acute 10 diseases. Acupuncture method of State of Art 12 Organs Pulse Diagnosis Method of Acupuncture Theory: 15 There are prescribed pulses for the respective five elements in the acupuncture treatment (Table 4 and Table 5). They do not know how to treat for these sorts of outburst symptoms and the doctor himself will not know whether it is an outburst which helps the organs to get rid of all the unwanted energy or it is a contra effect of the treatment. 15 The acupuncture treatment includes multiple methods of treatments. But treatment is not practiced according to the acupuncture method but is mixed with the allopath methods of diagnosis. Because of this, the acupuncture doctors select the points based on the symptoms or select a point which is said to cure a particular symptom. Though there are few doctors who claim that they 20 diagnose the patients with the pulse diagnosis method but actually they are using only the organs pulse diagnosis method and can feel only the beat of the pulse which represents a particular organ. 9 A major drawback in the prior pulse diagnosis treatment method in acupuncture is that the connection between the pulses and five elements has not been established. Because of which in most of the cases, these points do not give complete cure to the patients since the symptoms of different patients look 5 alike, the cause for the disease, the energy level in the energy channels, and the flow of the energy in the energy channels of a particular organ of a particular patient may vary from that of the other. In the old Chinese acupuncture treatment, there is no explanation about the relativity between these two main CV/GV channels, the related organs and the 10 pulses of five elements. Also, it is not properly explained how to diagnose the five elements through the pulse, how to diagnose the relativity of the five elements and the other organs and how to select the five elements points etc. Also there is no explanation on how to diagnose these two fires through the pulse. 15 Another major drawback in the acupuncture treatment is that basic universal law involving the YIN and YANG and four Chinese laws are given but none of the four Chinese laws are applied in practice with the relative cycles and there are no explanations as to why a particular point is recommended when using the four laws. No systematic methods are formed so far. 20 In Acupuncture, 12 organs are said to represent the 6 elements. The related pulses are said to be situated on the right and left wrist, 6 on each. At this juncture, the given energy channels are 24. But there are no explanations about the connection between thel2 pulses and the 24 energy channels. Thus the theory does not explain the relativity of Yin and Yang, the relativity between 25 the elements, representing organs, and the pulse patterns. There is no theory explaining the pulse pattern for these two major channels CV and GV channels. There is no explanation about the connection between these two main channels and the already said 24 energy channels. So far the concept is also not established. 10 Acupuncture uses a particular point to arrest the particular symptom by experience but there is no explanation about the relationship between that point, and the disease, the affected organ and the related element. 5 In already practicing acupuncture the pulse pattern is given only for the 12 organs in which just the place of the pulse for each of the organ is mentioned. But specific sensation for the elements has not been established. The present methods therefore do not establish how to diagnose the status of the organ. Also they do not establish whether the disease is acute or chronic. 10 Accordingly, there is a need for a method by which one can know the different feeling of the pulse beat for the different elements and the representing organs. Also, there is a need for such a method which is able to establish how to diagnose the status of the organ and stages of the disease. There is a need for a 15 complete theory, with explanation about all the concepts which have not been connected properly in the existing theory of Acupuncture. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel method of treatment 20 by selecting specific points to treat a wide range of diseases such as caused by hereditary, food habits, irregular habits, sexual problems, lack of immunity, the diseases caused by excessive stored energy, diseases caused by lack of energy, wide range of the chronic diseases and the like. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of treatment 25 that efficiently utilizes relevant five element pulses for relevant energy channels. It is yet another object of the method of the present invention to provide separate pulses for relevant organs It is a further object of this invention to provide related energy channels, related 30 organs and their conditions for each point. 11 It is another object of the method of present invention to provide a complete cure to the patient without using needles, surgery, diet patterns, exercise and the like. 5 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a novel system of acupuncture treatment which is the five element pulse diagnosis method. In this method, treatment is done by touching the selected five element points. This method could be utilized to diagnose and treat wide range of diseases in 10 the body through the pulse without using any kind of medicine, exercise, diet patterns and the like and also does not involve any tests on the blood, motion, and/or urine samples. The said method discloses the relevant five element pulses and the methodology to feel those pulses. These pulses are related to relevant energy 15 channels and there are also provided separate pulses for the relevant organs also, which could be treated by this method. Apart from the 60 established five element points by the prior treatment methods, it has been disclosed in the method of present invention that each and every sweat pore of the skin is acting as five element point and each point is 20 having a particular energy and the related organs for each of the points and therefore the said method of the present invention has been named as 'Five elements pulse diagnosis method' in acupuncture. This method discloses that each point is related to one of the five elements and also discloses related energy channels, related organs and their conditions. 25 Therefore, by the method of present invention, variety of diseases, their causes, the physical and mental state of patients, their habits, their likes and dislikes in food habits and the like could be diagnosed. It could provide a complete cure to patient with out using needles, surgery, diet patterns, exercise etc. Only through this method one can know the different feeling of the pulse beat 30 for the different elements and the representing organs. For example if the beat is present in the place where the kidney organ should be, that does not mean 12 that the kidney is functioning or excessively functioning etc. The beat may look excessive because of the wood element in water element. Therefore, this method does not just look upon the apparent symptoms but go deep into the actual root cause of the disease in order to completely cure it. 5 The diseases that could be cured by the said new Five elements pulse diagnosis method in acupuncture are diseases caused by hereditary, food habits, irregular habits, sexual problems, the diseases caused by lack of immunity, the diseases caused by excessive stored energy, diseases caused by lack of energy and variety of the chronic diseases. 10 After treating approximately 5000 patients, it has been established that by selecting one or two points to cure a disease, based on the five element pulse diagnosis method of the present invention, most of the diseases can be cured completely. Since each and every point in the body can be calculated accurately 15 based on the patterns of the pulses and thus the energy cycle can be detected. The method of the present invention thus provides a complete solution to cure wide range of diseases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: 20 The present invention relates to a novel system of acupuncture treatment which is the five element pulse diagnosis method. In this method, treatment is done by touching the selected five element points. This method could be utilized to diagnose and treat wide range of diseases in the body through the pulse without using any kind of medicine, exercise, diet patterns and the like 25 and also does not involve any tests on the blood, motion, and/or urine samples. Disease conditions caused by the five cycles 30 1. Self Energy Cycle Among the five elements existing in our body the Fire element is connected to the Heart. When this fire element works excessively then the Heart also works 13 excessively. Because of this the heat of the body becomes in excess and the water content of the body starts to reduce. Hence there are chances of diseases related to the blood or circulatory system, urinary infections or burning sensation in the urinary organ. 5 When this fire element works lesser then heart also works lesser and the body heat becomes lesser and the water becomes excessive. Since this is related to the blood circulation, the sensation of numbness will occur. Since the water is not excreted properly so diseases connected to the kidney may also occur. 10 2. Enlargement cycle Among the five elements existing in our body, the fire element is connected to the Heart. For performing the enlargement action the fire element gets the energy from its mother element namely the Wood. When the enlargement energy becomes excessive in the fire element then the heart also gets 15 excessively enlarged which is a disease condition. Diseases such as High blood pressure and the like may also occur. When the enlargement energy becomes less in heart then the heart gets affected and the muscles of the heart also gets shrunk and it causes problems in the circulation. Hence the nervous system gets affected and the paralyses of the 20 limbs may occur. 3. Atrophy cycle In our body, the water element is connected to kidney. This water element gets the energy to shrink from its son element called the Wood. When this work 25 becomes excessive then the muscles of the kidney get affected which causes body edema, breathing problems, anorexia and the like occurs ultimately leading to the kidney failure. When this Wood energy becomes less in the water element then the same energy in the kidney also becomes lesser and hence the kidney cannot shrink and extract the urine properly. Hence all the 30 vital energy of the body like semen, protein etc gets excreted through the excessive urine itself and becomes fatal to the life. 14 4. Control energy cycle The earth element existing in our body consists of the spleen and stomach as its organs. This earth element gets the control energy from its opposite element 5 wood. Hence the spleen and stomach gets controlled by the wood organs liver and gallbladder. When this control energy is in excess then the secretion of Bile becomes in excess in the stomach and causes the related diseases and ulceration of the stomach. If this is in excess then the edema of stomach, edema in spleen, jaundice, and anemia etc occurs. 10 When this control energy becomes less then gastric problems, indigestion, gas formation, anorexia etc occur. 5. Suck energy cycle The liver, organ of the wood element absorbs the food energy stored in the 15 earth elements - spleen and stomach, which are controlled by the liver and converts and gives it to the body by the process of suck energy cycle. When this suck energy is in excess then the liver sucks more than needed energy from the spleen and stomach and hence excessive appetite, tiredness after the hunger feeling, trembling of the body, weakness, nausea, burning of the stomach, 20 giddiness, etc may occur. When this suck energy cycle does not work properly then loss of weight, fainting, excessive weakness, storage of excessive cholesterol, diseases related to the spleen and liver, and diseases related to the stomach and the gallbladder occur. 25 Relation between Five cycles and four Chinese laws: 30 1. The Five element Law In this Law the creative and destructive cycles are involved. (Table 2 and Table 3) 15 2. The Mother and Son Law The vital energies go from the mother to the son. If the vital energy of a particular energy channel or an organ becomes less, then the mother of that 5 organ should be stimulated. Like wise if the vital energy is in excess then the son's energy should be stimulated. Then the vital energy of the mother will get reduced. Midday and Midnight Law 15 In a particular time, the particular energy channel and the relative organs get more energy. If these energy channels and the organs are treated in this particular time, one can get more benefit. This Law is connected to the self energy cycle. 20 4. The Husband and Wife Law 25 The pulse felt on one hand is related to the pulse felt on the other hand. This philosophy is called the husband and wife law. According to this law, all the opposite organs connected by the husband and wife law are related to the 16 destructive cycle's organs. Hence this Law is connected to the control and suck energy cycles. Four layer pulse diagnosis method: 5 In the pulses diagnosis method, it directs to diagnose the 6 pulses on the right wrist as upper and lower layers and 6 pulses on the left wrist as upper and lower layers. Altogether there are methods to diagnose only the 12 pulses representing the 12 organs. But the energy channel on both sides of the two hands and legs are 24. In the four layer pulse diagnosis method the pulses 10 would indicate about the selection of points, whether they have to be pointed on the right side or the left side or on both sides can be identified (Table 7). There is no second fire/ fire small stated. But when the above chart is analyzed through the pulse diagnosis method then it could be seen that all the points in the above 5 chart are representing the second fire/fire small. Symptoms of the Diseases 10 Sleeping time: 18 A normal human should sleep for a minimum of eight hours and this sleep must be a deep sleep and peaceful sleep without disturbance and time to have the best sleep is between 9 PM to 5AM. It is during the sleep that the food and water consumed is converted into blood 5 and the energies required by our body. All the organs of the body are rejuvenated by it and body gets the strength and health to work on the next day. Sleeping in the above time indicates the health of the body and sleeping in the rest of the hours of the day indicates the disease condition of the body. 10 Large Intestine: Though all the organs are functioning through out the day, the large intestine functions at its best between 5 AM to 7 AM only. At this time the worms and germs would start to get created. When the energy level of the large intestines becomes less then the first symptom occur is that person cannot wake up in the 15 morning and have the feeling of sleepiness. Since there is very less energy in the large intestines worms, and germs would start to create in the large intestine. Because of this germs and unclean areas diseases like the sinusitis, cough, and phylum occur. The acupuncture treatment, with out harming the patient and putting him to 20 numerous tests, just kindles the selected point and helps the blood to flow adequately and helps the bones to become normal by strengthening the Large intestine and giving energy to the respective energy channel. Stomach 25 This two hours time between 7-9 AM is the major hours for the organ stomach. When a person eats during this time the food gets well digested and assimilated by the body and gives energy not only to work for that day but also to all the other 11 organs to work properly on that day. If the stomach gets affected the first symptom will be that the person can not 30 eat in the morning and may eat breakfast at all. Avoiding the breakfast everyday will make the body very weak. 19 Spleen If the spleen's function is normal (9am to 1 1am) and healthy then a person will feel strong after eating. But if person feels heaviness in the stomach after 5 eating, continuous belching, forming of phylum in the throat, and/or tiredness after eating etc then these indicate that the spleen and its energy channels are not working properly and energy is less in the spleen and its channels. Heart 10 The heart functions at its best between 11 am-1pm. Patients with the weaker heart that is heart with less energy would suffer during this time. They can not go out during this time in the sun; they always get disturbed when go out in the sun. 15 Small Intestine The small intestines work at its best during lpm-3pm. If this small intestine does not do its function properly then the patient will not feel hungry in the noon and feel that the breakfast still fills his stomach. Heaviness in the stomach, gastric problems, belching often, stomach upset, belching with 20 fermented smell, burning of chest, ulceration of the mouth, bulging of the stomach, etc will also occur. Urinary Bladder The Urinary Bladder functions at its best between 3 pm to 5 pm. The patients 25 with the problem in the urinary bladder will suffer with severe pain in their back while sleeping in the night. These problems can be cured by strengthening the urinary bladder through the acupuncture points, by stimulating them. Kidney 30 The Kidney functions at its best between 5 pm to 7 pm. If a person becomes very tired after 5 pm and feels very weak, want to lie down and if the hands and 20 legs become weak and tremble then they are having weak kidneys and the energy in the respective energy channels are very less. Pericardium: 5 The Pericardium functions at its best between 7 pm to 9 pm. The pericardium is the thin layer of membrane covers the heart. According to the allopath treatment this is nothing but a covering membrane. But in acupuncture this acts as an important organ. This pericardium protects the heart like a fort. Only after affecting the pericardium any of the diseases can affect the heart. So it is 10 necessary to guard the health of the pericardium. The symptoms like heaviness in the chest while eating, the indigested food comes to the chest, heaviness in the upper part of the stomach, gastric pain like piercing in the chest, light heart pain, palpitation etc., are the indications of the malfunctioning of the pericardium and its energy channel. 15 Triple warmer The Triple warmer functions best during 9 pm to 11 pm. Because of the lack of energy in this organ at times some of the parts in the body feel warm and some parts feel cold. Some parts like the palm and the foot may feel warmer than the 20 other parts of the body or they may feel cold like ice, or sweat excessively. Some persons may have excess heat on the head and/or in parts where the hair is more. This organ helps to regulate the heat through out the body. Gall Bladder: 25 The gall bladder functions with more energy only during 11 PM - 1 AM. For those who eat more spices, flavors may get affected in their energy channel of gall bladder. Because of this the patients will suffer from indigestion and because of indigested food they have excessive heat in their body. This formed heat spreads throughout the body and causes pains and swellings at some of the 30 places. 21 Liver: The Liver functions best during 1 am to 3 am. In the digestive system the last destination for the food is the liver. Liver separates the toxic factors from the blood stream and purifies the blood. If the liver does not function properly or 5 have malfunction then the patients will wake up exactly at lam in the night. They can sleep only at 3am. They would get up at a particular time without knowing the reason and the other treatments do not consider this pattern but the acupuncture explains the proper reason for this and helps to cure the patients immediately so as to have them good nights sleep. 10 Lungs The asthma patients will have a very hard time between 3 to 5 am because it belongs to the lungs time. At 3 am the wheezing or cough or nose block would start and by 4 am the symptoms will become severe and at 5 am the symptoms 15 will reduce. The energy absorbed by some parts of the skin is prohibited and thus the lungs are prevented from getting the energy during their maximum working time. Among these six organs and their energy channels, three of them belong to the category of Yang in yang and the other 10 three belong to the category of Yin in Yang. The energy channels belong to the Yang in Yang category is situated on the outer side of the hands. They are the energy channels of the organs SI, TW, LI. The energy channels belong to the Yin in Yang category is situated on the legs. They are the energy channels of the organs GB, ST, UB. 15 The lower layer of pulses, their energy channels and their respective organs are connected to the Yin energy. Among these six organs and their energy channel, three of them belong to the category of Yang in Yin. These are situated on the inner side of the hands. They are H, P, and LU and their energy channels. The energy channels and the respective organs belong to the Yin in Yin are 20 situated on the legs. They are LIV, SP, and K. The two Central major energy channels which connect the right and left sides of the energy channels are situated on the centre of the front body and on the back of the body. The central major channel situated on the front side of the body is called the 25 Conception vessel (CV). This has the quality of Yin energy. So this acts as the storing centre for all the energies existing in the body. The central major channel situated on the back side of the body is called the Governing Vessel (GV). With out the patient's statement about the existing problems of his body or mind one can diagnose the patient's physical and mental complaints through 25 the pulse diagnosis method. Since the Five elements are linked to everything in the universe, therefore changes in the body can be linked with cause of his problem and also in which organ problem persists. The reason is that each of the five elements has a specific colour, taste, dream, imagination, mental state, emotions, feelings, timing, duration, day and star etc. Hence when the 30 particular five elements and its organ get affected by a problem then all related fields will reflect the effects of such problem. 26 The present invention provides a method for the diagnosing and treating the diseased condition of human subject by systematically and accurately diagnosing five element pulses, through the use of acupuncture which 5 comprises applying non-invasive stimulation of acupuncture body points corresponding to their organs on the surface of a human body, the said organs being Heart, Small intestine, Pericardium, Triple warmer, Spleen, Stomach, Lungs, Large intestine, Kidney, Urinary bladder, Liver and Gall bladder, wherein the said method comprises diagnosing through the acupuncture 10 stimulation, the upper and the lower layers of the five element pulses for proper functioning of the elements and their respective organs. In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, when the diseased condition is diagnosed through aforesaid method, such condition is cured by 15 the accurately identifying the pulses. There are different set of conditions affecting the organ and causing the disease which can be analyzed while feeling the upper and the lower layers of the pulses according to the method of the invention. These are: 20 (a) When the pulse of a particular organ is not felt, it indicates that either the energy flow of that organ is not carried on properly, or the organ's energy has accumulated in excess. If the energy flow of a particular organ is felt excessively, it may be n either because the organ's self energy would have become 25 excessive or n because of the failure of the energy channel supposed to control that organ's energy flow, or n because this particular organ has become weak. (b) When the energy flow of an upper layer is felt excessively it indicates that 30 the excess energy of the yin organ is spent through the relative yang organ. This gives the way to the short term or acute diseases. 27 (c) When the energy flow of an upper layer is felt less, it indicates that in the respective organ there is excessive energy and the stagnation of unwanted energy. These energies create the chronic disease conditions. (d) When the energy flow is felt excess on one of the lower layer pulses, it 5 indicates that either excessive energy or stagnation of the unwanted energy remains in that respective organ. This also will cause the chronic diseases. (e) When the energy flow of an organ is felt low in the lower layer pulses then it indicates that the energy or the waste is spent excessively. This will cause the chronic diseases. 10 When analyzed systematically, the five element pulses, the status of each and every element and its organ and the elements and organs which are connected to them can be very clearly stated. Treatment Methodolo2y of the invention: 5 The following tables discuss about how the five cycle of the five elements are affected by the five elements forming cycles i.e. Fire big (Table 10), Fire small (Table 11), Earth (Table 12), Metal (Table 13), Water (Table 14) and Wood (Table 15), when they join with the creative and the destructive cycles. The effects on the energy channels when these cycles function excessively are 10 also mentioned. The five element points related to the five elements are to be accurately selected in accordance with an imbalance in a particular energy channel. When these energies get stagnated in the 'Yin part' then all the points should be treated in the method called TONIFICATION. If the energies are less in the 15 'Yin part' then the points selected should be treated in the method called SEDATION. When these energies are more in 'Yang part' then all these energies are spent excessively, hence points selected should be treated in the SEDATION method. If the energies are less in the 'Yang part' then the points to be treated should be 20 treated in the TONIFICATION. In acupuncture only 2 cycles SHEN and CO are established. Other than that only the four laws are given without the explanation on how it should be applied, but the present invention describes each creative and destructive cycle for each element and points to is felt which represents a particular organ, the method of the present invention is novel since the different feeling of the pulse beat for the different elements and the representing organs can be diagnosed by using this method. 10 Therefore, the present invention discloses the following: (a) The present invention discloses the pulse for each of the five elements. (b) The present invention also discloses separate exclusive pulse for the element second Fire / fire small has been invented. (c) The present invention also establishes second fire point in the already 15 existing energy channels. (d) The present invention also discloses creative/destructive cycles for each of the elements and points to be selected. (e) The present invention also discloses the five cycles of the five elements namely self cycle, enlargement cycle, atrophy cycle, control cycle and suck 20 energy cycle. The present invention discloses an acupuncture method which diagnoses the status of the organ. Also it is capable of establishing whether the disease is acute or chronic. The stages of the disease can easily be diagnosed by the 25 method of present invention. 38 This method can also cure diseases with outburst symptoms where it is not known whether it is an outburst which would help the organs to get rid of all the unwanted energy or it is a contra effect of the treatment. 5 This method of the present invention can cure variety of diseases because each and every point in the body can be calculated accurately based on the patterns of the pulses and thus the energy cycle and corresponding effected organs can be detected. 10 EXAMPLES: Following examples illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. 15 ANECDOTAL STUDIES: In all the patients, before starting the invention treatment, conventional treatments with drugs were tried. The response seen after administration of the present invention treatment was much greater than with the previous 20 conventional treatment indicating the efficacy of the invention. No side effects were seen in any of the patients. Following are details of improvements seen after administration of the present invention. CASE I 25 A 32 years old woman could not conceive after three years of marriage. She attained puberty at the age of 13 years. It was regular and occurred every 25 days. She underwent treatment to conceive and took lot of medicines, after which menstrual cycle was delayed for a year. In effect, the menstrual cycle occurs only if the medicine is taken. 30 She came with the following complaints: n Delayed menstrual cycle 39 " Drilling pain in the legs " Disturbed sleep and difficulty in falling asleep " Not able to feel hunger " Headache often occurs 5 Doctor's diagnosis by six elements pulse diagnosis method of the invention revealed the following: Right Left 10 M(\) E () F I F (") Wo() Wa(-) _- I _I I The pulse diagnosis of the invention revealed that Wood and Water elements were in excess. The liver and the kidneys were working excessively which 15 affected the spleen and the heart respectively. These functions had affected the nymph nodes and pancreas being related to their functioning. Also, the water level in the blood had increased because of the excessive kidney function which in turn had affected heart. Due to the break down of these two organs, the menstrual cycle got affected and sever headache occurred. 20 In the case of this patient, the functions of the heart and the spleen have decreased and the functions of the kidneys and the liver have increased. Therefore, here, a balance between these two organs is required to be created by decreasing the function of the excessive functioning organ and increasing the function of the decreased functioning organ. 25 Diagnosis. 1. Because of the excessive function of the liver and the kidneys the function of the patient's heart and spleen decreased significantly. 2. Inter link between the liver and the heart had damaged. 3. This could decrease the link of the liver with the spleen. After this, on the left, point spleen 3 (earth point) was applied by touching the patient with fingers on the particular point with the necessary pressure to increase the self energy of the spleen. To control the function of the kidney, the point of spleen in the track of kidney 20 K3 (earth point) was selected and applied in similar manner as above. After ensuring that the function of the kidney is under control, the patient was sent home. 2 " time Treatment The patient's condition was improved after first treatment such as headache and 25 sleeping problems came down up to 50% to a moderate level. The drilling pain in the legs has totally stopped. The menstruation cycle has not occurred. Claims (5)

1. A five element pulse diagnosis method of performing diagnosis and treatment 5 of diseased condition of a human subject by systematically and accurately diagnosing the five element pulses, the method comprising the steps of: (a) diagnosing the five element pulses corresponding to their respective organs in said subject by analyzing the symptoms and affects of his/her diseased condition; examining the five elements for their excess or 0 scarcity for executing the selection of atleast one or plurality of respective predetermined acupuncture points on the body surface of a said subject; (b) applying the said predetermined acupuncture points on the surface of a said subject through non-invasive acupuncture stimulation of said 5 points on their respective energy channels in the upper and the lower layers of the five element pulses; and (c) repeating the steps till the symptoms and affects of diseased condition prevail in said subject. wherein applying said predetermined acupuncture points through 10 acupuncture stimulation is effected by the course of touching said subject on body surface with fingers on the said points with necessary or moderate pressure; the said course, while effecting said stimulation, includes the techniques for tonification and sedation.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein step (a), for executing the selection 25 of predetermined acupuncture points, further comprises the step of examining the organs corresponding to their respective elements for their excessive or reduced working.

The method according to claim 2, further comprising the step of selecting the acupuncture points on the body surface of said human subject corresponding to 30 the affected organs with excessive or reduced working, wherein acupuncture 69 body points for at least one or plurality of the respective organs corresponding to said points are selected from the group consisting of: Liver (Liv4, Liv3, Liv8, Livl.5, Liv2, Liv5 and LivI), Gall bladder (GB44, GB34, GB43, GB40, GB38 and GB41), 5 Heart (H4, H3, H9, H7, H7,5 and H8), Small intestine (SIl, S12, S13, S14, S15 and S18), Pericardium (P3, P5, P9, P7, P7,5 and P8), Triple warmer (TWI, TW2, TW3, TW4, TW6 and TW10), Spleen (SPi, SPI.5, SP2, SP3, SP5 and SP9), 0 Stomach (St43, St44, St45, St42, St41 and St36), Lung (Lu9, Lu5, Lu8, Lul0, Lu9.5 and Lu 1l), Large intestine (Li4, Lil5, Lil3, Li2, Lil 1, LiI and Li3), Kidney (K2, K3, K6, K1, K7 and K10) and Urinary bladder (UB54, UB62, UB60, UB65, UB67 and UB66) 5 wherein at least one or plurality of acupuncture body points as identified by the denoted meridians are selected for each of the selected organs.

4. The method according to claims 1 and 3, wherein the acupuncture body points are selected on either of the sides of said subject or on both sides of said subject, the said points being selected on hand or leg or both on the selected 10 side(s).
