Description

P/00/012 Regulation 3.2 AUSTRALIA Patents Act 1990 ORIGINAL COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT Invention Title: "AN EASYSHADE" The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me/us: 1 AN EASYSHADE TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an easy shade on which, specifically, a clearance is created between the film and any 5 attached surface by using any possible methods. Also, only one sucker receiver through-hole is provided to engage with only one sucker. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The aim of the present invention is associated with an easy 10 shade which overcomes the problems such as immovability, inadequate transparency, and poor positioning, of known sunlight shedding products. Many known sunlight shades able to achieve sufficient sunlight shedding are difficult to move due to too many suckers 15 attached on the surface or too large size of the film. A planar shade with only one sucker, nonetheless, confronts the problem of yielding unexpected bending and distortion thus invoking positioning trouble. Especially, it is a quite dangerous and uneasy job to engage with the sunlight shade in a moving vehicle while the 20 incident light coming from any possible directions. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention includes a light-reducing transparent easy shade with a clearance created between the film and any attached surface by using any possible methods. 25 This easy shade may comprises a substantially planar film, and only one through-hole wall defining a column receiver portion 2 useful for receiving the column of a sucker. In use, the shade may be supported by the column of a sucker when the sucker is attached to a surface. As an example, a ready-in-use pre-engraved folding line can easily be bent and 5 folded to form bent portion(s) and supporting edge(s) for creating a clearance between the shade and surface. In a first form, although it need not be the only, or indeed the broadest form, the invention provides an easy shade comprising: 10 a light-reducing transparent planar film on which, at least one bent portion creates a clearance between the film and an attached surface and one sucker receiver through-hole is made; such that a sucker can be inserted through the receiver through-hole of the film and attach the easy shade to the surface. 15 In one aspect the easy shade may comprise two one-fold symmetrical bent portions. In another aspect the easy shade may comprise one two-fold bent portion. In yet another aspect the easy shade may comprise one or 20 more pre-engraved folding line. The at least one bent portion may be straight, formed by folding the one or more pre-engraved folding line. The at least one bent portion may be curved, molded by using thermal treatment. 25 The sucker may include a body with one or more stem and a column with symmetric grooves which extends upward to form a 3 gripper. In yet another aspect the planar film may include at least one receiver through-hole. In another form the invention provides a shade 5 substantially as described herein with reference to the accompanying drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is perspective view of the invented easy shade with a sucker inserted through. 10 FIG. 2 is perspective view of the invented easy shade and a separate sucker. FIG. 3 is side view of the invented easy shade in combination with a sucker which is not attached to a glass. FIG. 4 is side view of the invented easy shade in 15 combination with a sucker attached to a glass. FIG. 5 is perspective view of another edition of the invented easy shade. FIG. 6 is perspective view of the invented easy shade when stored up. 20 FIG. 7 is side view of an application example of the invented easy shade in combination with a sucker attached to a glass. FIG. 8 is side view of an application example of the invented easy shade in combination with a sucker attached to a 25 glass.
4 DETAILED DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to an easy shade as is demonstrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Referring to the embodiment of the invention, the invention comprises a sunlight protection 5 invention that includes a shade 10, having a substantially planar film 11, pre-engraved folding line(s) 13, bent portion(s) 14, supporting edge(s) 15 and a sucker receiver through-hole portion 12, and a sucker 20. The shade could be any size and shape that will allow for sunlight shedding and can be attached steadily and 10 moved easily in combination with appropriate suckers. The employed sample sucker 20 comprises a body 21, a column 22, a gripper 24, a stem 25, and grooves 23. The sample sucker 20 uses its column 22 and gripper 24, as is fabricated by soft substance to insert through a shade 10 via sucker receiver 15 through-hole portion 12 and support a planar film 11. A sucker 20 can, thus, be positioned in the receiver portion 12 of a shade 10. The employed sample sucker may be attached to a transparent surface (not shown) by its body 21. The body 21 may be any size or shape that allows it to attach to a surface by suction 20 force. With reference to the field application examples illustrated in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the height of bent portion 14 is greater than the sum of body 21 and column 22. When the sucker 20 is engaged, the air within the body 21 will be squeezed out. The atmosphere 25 pressure results in a strong force to attach the sucker 20 to the glass surface 30 and the invented shade 10 can therefore be firmly 5 positioned. When the sucker 20 is attached to the glass surface, the column 22 would produce a pulling force on planar film 11 of the shade 10. Thus, the supporting edge 15 experiences a normal force from the glass surface 30. This normal force steadily fixes 5 the supporting edge 15 to the glass surface 30. Since the touching area is merely restricted by the supporting edge 15, the absorbed heat will be reduced by this small touch area and the shade 10 can avoid from being distorted due to heat, therefore. In addition, a clearance is shaped between planar film 11 and glass surface 30 10 which not only manages a free space for air circulation but also reflects part of incident light. The incoming heat can therefore be dissipated to surroundings without accumulating on the shade 10. Another available easy shade structure is exhibited in Fig. 5. In Fig. 5, two pre-engraved folding lines 13 are ready to be bent 15 into two bent portions 14. Two folds along pre-engraved folding line(s) 13 are formed between the two bent portions 14 and planar film 11. In this practical implementation, the bent portion 14 is constructed into R-shape folding arc. Fig. 6 illustrates the store-up body for this invented easy 20 shade. It is a tubular container 40 with one opening 41. On the upper rim of tubular container 40, a track 42 is designed and extended to the opening 41. In storing, the easy shade 10 can be rolled into a tubular shape by using the flexibility of shade and put into a tubular container 40 by keeping sucker in line with the track 25 42. Conversely, just hold on the sucker 20 and pull out the easy shade along the track 42, it is ready for use.
6 Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 exhibit the practical using example of the invented easy shade. Users can adjust the attached position according to their personal length and the direction and angle of sunlight, on the front wind shield or side windows for example. In 5 usage, just negotiate the sucker 20 by using single hand and the sucker can be attached to any appropriate position easily. When driving into tunnel or under a foggy weather, users can detach the sucker and shade set very easily. Moreover, this easy shade is invented based on transparent film material which possesses 10 light-reducing and transparent properties. It doesn't obstruct the view. The user still can see through the planar film 11 clearly. With film being the major texture of this easy shade, the present invention asserts the creation of a clearance between planar film and sucker-attaching surface. The methods of creating 15 a clearance include pre-engraving at least one folding line on the film, molding the edge of film into an arc shape by thermal treatment, embedding a fine wire in the edge of film to form a curved shape, and so on. There is only one sucker is permitted to be accommodated to attach to the glass surface. The only one 20 sucker is to confirm easy detaching and attaching action. Serving as one of the methods, the pre-engraved folding line is a ready-use design for user to fold the shade and create a supporting edge and form a clearance between the shade and glass. The supporting edge prevents the planar film from unexpected bending and 25 distortion. A clearance between shade and glass can constitute a space for air circulation and reflect part of the incident sunlight.
7 Thus, both the incident light and heat can be reduced by this structure. While the invention has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, it is evident that other alternatives, 5 modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations which fall into within the spirit and broad scope of the claims. 10 15
