It is a component of rolling stock and mainly used in the bogie of 00 new-type high-speed freight car.
00 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally, the bogies of the freight car can be divided into fabricated type bogie with primary suspension Y25) and three-piece type bogie with secondary suspension Barber). The fabricated type is advantaged by less unsprung mass, lower rail dynamic force and high critical speed, whereas its transverse elasticity is limited by the journal spring and the transverse performance at high speed is insufficient. As for traditional three-piece type, its diamond resistant rigidity is inadequate, the performance is weak and the running speed is low. Meanwhile, the unsprung mass is high and the wear between the wheel tracks is serious. Later a swing type bogie (e.g.
SwingMotion) with transverse swing device which comprises spring plank and swing fabricated was designed based on the traditional three-piece freight car bogie. Its transverse elasticity is provided by both the central spring and the transverse swing device which can separate the transverse disturbance with the car body to remarkably improve the transverse performance. However, the heavy unsprung mass of this bogie resulted in higher track impact at high speed. Chinese Patent ZL1275171.5 (Publication No.: CN2517641) showed a new type bogie of high speed freight car which included wheel set, fabricated and bolster. A journal box suspension was installed between the fabricated and the wheel set of this bogie, a disc braking device was installed between the fabricated and the wheel shaft and a mechanic anti-slip device was installed at the wheel shaft end. This bogie was connected with the fabricated through the central multiply rubber spring suspension, longitudinal towing connecting-rod was installed between both bolster ends and the fabricated and the suspended constant-contact resilient side bearing is installed at each side of the bolster top. This structure can improve the bolster diamond resistant rigidity, provide rational longitudinal/transverse positioning rigidity for the wheel set, enhance the vertical/transverse vibration performance of the car, ensure the correct connection between the bolster and the fabricated and increase the critical speed in the sinusoidal motion of the bolster to reach a 160km/h maximum train speed and safeguard the stable and reliable braking performance of the bolster. Nevertheless, the above patent paid no attention to the spring suspension and the enhancement in diamond resistant performance and the optimization of low dynamic performance of the bogie still had certain limitation. Therefore, its overall performance cannot satisfy the requirements and higher car speed is restrained. On the other hand, the unsprung mass of the bogie 00 is high and the wear of the wheel tracks is terrible, thus the further improvement of the bolster is necessary.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The aim of this invention is: providing a new high speed bogie assembling method ID and device with excellent transverse elasticity and less unsprung mass and suitable for the 160km/h maximum running speed based on the weakness of the bogie of the existing high speed freight car.
The mentioned aim of this invention is realized through the technical scheme as follows: a type of high speed freight car bogie including wheel set system, journal box O elastic assembly, side fabricated and bolster. It is featured by: the bogie combines the 00 structural advantages of both rigid fabricated bogie and swing type bogie and the 00 O swing device above the spring which enables the relative swing or rotation between 0 the bolster and the side fabricated is suspended on the journal box elastic assembly.
The journal box suspension technology and the swing technology of the swing device above the spring are flexibly combined. It is a freight car bogie with advanced operational mechanism.
Meanwhile, the elastic assembly comprises the journal box which is installed on the wheel set bearings and the hydraulic elastic element which is provided with damping plates inside with internal chamber filled with liquid, installed on the journal box and composed of upper part, lower part and rubber through vulcanization. Both bearing and vibration damping functions are realized though this hydraulic elastic element.
The vertical vibration of the hydraulic elastic element will result in the internal liquid flow and when the flowing liquid passes the damping plates, the resistance will occur so that the vibration is damped.
The longitudinal connecting rod connects the journal box and the bolster through the rubber ball sleeve to obtain the longitudinal flexible fixing between the journal box and the bolster and improve the longitudinal positioning rigidity of the journal box.
The disc braking device mainly comprises of unit braking cylinder, braking disc, clamp and braking pad.
The mechanic anti-slip device is installed at the wheel shaft end to avoid the wheel from being locked owing to high braking force during the braking of the freight car which will result in the skidding of the wheel.
The high speed freight car bogie in accordance with this invention combines the structural advantages of both rigid fabricated bogie Y25) and swing type bogie Swing Motion). The swing device above the spring is suspended on the journal box elastic assembly to flexibly combine the journal box suspension technology and the swing technology of the swing device above the spring. It is a freight car bogie with advanced operational mechanism and is advantaged by: 1. The employment of the journal box suspension technology considerably reduces the unsprung mass and the vertical dynamic force of the wheel track and improves the vertical dynamic performance of the car.

The above mentioned swing mechanism 5 above the spring comprises side fabricated 6, bolster 3 and swing device 4 which enables the relative swing or rotation between the bolster and the side fabricated is installed between the bolster and the side fabricated. The swing mechanism 5 above the spring can make transverse swing motion around the journal box elastic assembly 2. Meanwhile, the bolster 3 and both side fabricateds 6 are restrained in horizontal plane by such swing device 4 to shape an H structure with certain diamond resistant rigidity, which forms a basic condition that such bogie can match a high critical speed. And in transverse vertical plane, both side fabricateds 6 act like two hanger rods suspended on the journal box elastic assembly. Through these two hanger rods, the bolster 3 drives simultaneous and transverse movement of the bolster, that is, the transverse swing motion of the swing device above the spring.

When the inlet valve is open, the actuation of the unit braking cylinder will drive the clamp and braking pad to hold the braking disc so as to brake the car. When the inlet valve is closed and the outlet valve is opened, the braking force of the pad on the disc will be released to make the braking device released from the braking status.
The longitudinal connecting rod 7 connects the journal box and the bolster through the rubber ball sleeve to obtain the longitudinal flexible fixing between the journal box and the bolster and improve the longitudinal positioning rigidity of the journal box.
The wheel set system is equipped with the mechanic anti-skid device 9 which is placed at the wheel shaft end. When the wheel is locked tightly due to excessive braking force, the anti-skid device will be engaged to open the air outlet valve of the unit braking cylinder to change the disc braking device from the braked status to released status and prevent the wheel from skidding.
The above description shows the swing type bogie with suspended journal box in accordance with this invention can satisfy the requirements of 160km/h high speed freight car owing to the employment of the special swing device suspended above the spring which ensures the less bogie unsprung mass, high critical speed, low dynamic force of wheel track and excellent transverse performance of the car.
