(1)CONDITION OF THIS EMBODIMENT 5 Fig. 1 to Fig.3 are schematic explanation views showing the condition of embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1 shows a relation with a stirring means Z which 10 stirs the soup stored in a hopper Y, and a hopper Y for soup, and a subdividing device for soup or the like X. The following uses the word of a "soups" as "soup" for convenience. Hopper Y of this example is provided with plug member 15 43, and where soup f is stored, it is detachably set in subdividing device X, as below-mentioned. And when using subdividing device X, first, a plug member 43 is extracted from a hopper Y, next stirring means Z is set to hopper Y (Fig. 1). Then, a drive motor 32 and 34 are started. 20 Fig. 2 shows the right lateral of subdividing device X. Fig. 3 shows a main part and a drive motor of subdividing device X. 25 (2) BASIC CONSTRUCTIONAL The basic construction of the present invention is disclosed by reference document 1. Reference document 1 is disclosing that the valve 30 member (main part of an engine) of subdividing device X is provided with an outer tubular body as an outer valve, an inner tubular body as an inner valve fitted into this outer tubular body by rotatably, and a pushing operation N,\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specia\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 -7 body which a sliding part is fitted into this inner tubular body, and has a driven operation rod. Further, it is disclosed that the drive motor side of subdividing device X is provided with a drive motor and a 5 driving operation rod which moves horizontally by the driving force of this drive motor, and guidance of a supporting member. And it is disclosed that the fitting portion of said valve member engages a connection-supporting device 10 attached to the tip portion of said driving operation rod, when the driven operation rod of a valve member and the driving operation rod in the drive motor side connect. Further, it is disclosed that said connection supporting device is supported pivotably to said driving 15 operation rod at an one hand type, after always having been urged by the specified direction by the spring member, and this connection-supporting device comprises the vertical plate installed consecutively to the tip portion of the pivoted plate for attachment, and the 20 locking part installed consecutively in the front of this vertical plate at a projecting state. The present invention improves the structure of hopper Y on the assumption that the basic construction of this reference document 1. 25 There is the feature also in the detachment structure of hopper Y and the valve member (main part of an engine) of subdividing device X. Further, the feature is that it considered the auxiliary base device for hopper Y with subdividing device 30 X. (3) Member of fixed side 1 N,\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specis\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 8 The basic construction of subdividing device X is disclosed by reference document 1 (publicly known). Therefore, in Fig. 3, schematic sectional explanation shows the main part of subdividing device X which is 5 related to the present invention. The figure about a details matter is omitted. The drive motor side is shown conceptually. In Fig. 3, 1 is a member of fixed side (case). Any form of this member of fixed side 1 is good. A member of 10 fixed side 1 has box-shaped case portion la and saucer portion lb which projects ahead, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. A covering portion 1c of case shaped is provided in the upper part of case portion la through the hinge. A 15 member of fixed side 1 has cylindrical supporting member le which includes in the heating means or cooling means which is not illustrated in the front central part of case portion la. The inside of supporting member le for hopper Y is formed in the cone-shaped. 20 A member of fixed side 1 has an upper horizontal plates lf between supporting member le and saucer portion 1b. A plurality of opening including, opening for valve members, opening for driving gears, opening for transmission gears, and the like or cutting parts are 25 formed at the upper horizontal plate lf accordingly. (4) Valve member 2-outer tubular body 3 The composition of outer tubular body (outer valve) 3 30 which comprises valve member (main part of an engine) 2 is explained. An outer tubular body 2 comprises a circumferential barrel portion 3a of the a lengthwise tubular shape which N:\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Speci8\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 -9 both ends on either side open, respectively, and a head 3b jointed to the opening by the side of the end part of said circumferential barrel portion. A short cylindrical engage part 5 of the upper surface 5 of a circumferential barrel portion 3a which forms suction hole 4 in a part suitably is attached by convex wall shape. A lower projected end portion 41c of hopper Y inserts in said engage part 5 detachably through elastic body 46. 10 On the other hand, a suction hole 4 and a discharge hole 6 which counters are formed in the suitable part of the undersurface of a circumferential barrel portion 3a. And a sealing member 7 containing a discharging nozzle is attached to said discharge hole 6 at screwing-free. 15 An outer tubular body 3 has necessary length, and is being removably fixed to an upper horizontal plates lf. A suction hole 4 and a discharge hole 6 are the singular numbers in this example. The shape of suction hole 4 and discharge hole 6 is a round shape, for example. 20 (5) Valve member 2-inner tubular body 11 An inner tubular body (inner valve) 11 is in the state which fitted into outer tubular body 3, and rotates by the driving force of a 1st drive motor 32. A soup f of a 25 predetermined quantity is taken into inside from the lower end portion of a hopper Y through a suction hole 4, and it is a tubular body with a fixed quantity discharged outside (for example, glass 17) through a discharge hole 6. Therefore, an inner tubular body 11 has a function of 30 an inner valve to an outer tubular body 2. So, one opening 12 alternatively pass through to a suction hole 4 and a discharge hole 6 of outer tubular Nc\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specis\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 10 body 3 is formed in the insertion tip portion (Fig. 3, left) of inner tubular body 11. An inner tubular body 11 of this example has a lengthwise tubular shape main part 11a, 5 and a short cylindrical rear end part l1b which can engage with said lengthwise tubular shape body, and wraps connection-supporting device 19 which moves in reverse, and said short tubular back end portion 11b is always urged in the direction which engages with the back end 10 portion of a lengthwise tubular shape main part 11a by elastic member (spring) 15 provided in the drive motor side. Therefore, a valve member 2 of this example comprises an outer tubular body 3 which has suction hole 4 and 15 discharge hole 6, and an inner tubular body 11 fitted into this outer tubular body by the rotatably, and a pushing operation body 18 which sliding part 18a is fitted into said inner tubular body, and has driven operation rod 18b. And when said valve member 2 is horizontally pushed in 20 to a taper of locking part 19a of connection-supporting device 19, at the time of connection to driven operation rod 18b and driving operation rod 20, said valve member 2 will be in a connecting state simply. On the other hand, if said valve member 2 is somewhat 25 raised when detaching said valve member 2, it is devised so that the engaging relation between said valve member 2 and a connection-supporting device 19 may be solved simply. 30 (6) Drive motor Subdividing device X is provided with plural drive motor (drive motor) 32 and 34. N:\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specis\GH Speci ae filed.doc 31/03/08 - 11 Fig. 3 shows conceptually a 1st drive motor 32 and a 2nd drive motor 34 and so on which were installed in the inside of case portion la of member of fixed side 1. A base plate for power sources 31 which have a control means 5 are provided in the suitable part of case portion la. And the driving force of 1st drive motor 32 is transmitted to a back end portion 11b of an inner tubular body 11 through a power transmission means 33. With the driving force of 1st drive motor 32, an inner tubular body 10 11 rotates the specified quantity intermittently. On the other hand, the driving force of 2nd drive motor 34 is transmitted to the back end portion of driving operation rod 20 through power conversion system 35 containing a clutch. With the driving force of a 2nd drive 15 motor 34, a driving operation rod 20 moves forward or backward to a prescribed position. A position detecting means for a driving operation rod 20 is omitted. 16 is a supporting member for a driving operation rod 20 20, and17 is the glass placed by a saucer portion 1b. (7) Hopper Y 25 Fig. 4 is an explanatory view about hopper Y of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows schematic base device S for hopper Y. A hopper Y is formed in the magnitude which can be carried by people's hand at least, and inserts detachably 30 (cart rich type) at projected engage part 5 of outer tubular body 3 of valve member 2 through an elastic body 46 attached to an around groove 46a of a lower projected end portion 41c. N,\Melbourne\Caace\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specia\CH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 12 As Fig. 4 showing, a hopper Y of this example comprises a hopper body 41 formed in the "funnel-shaped" as a whole, a cap body 42 which closes upper opening 47 of said hopper body 41,and a plug member 43 detachably 5 attached to engage hole (lower opening) 48 formed in the bottom of said hopper body 41. A soup f is stored by bags 40 of the plastics-made, for example. A hopper body 41 is explained. A hopper body 41 comprises "a lengthwise tubular 10 portion 41a" which an upper end enlarges opening 47, "a cone-shaped portion 41b" installed consecutively to the lower end portion of said lengthwise tubular portion 41a, "a lower projected end portion 41c" which it installed consecutively to said cone-shaped portion 41b, and has 15 small engage hole (circular opening) 48 on the bottom. And a handle 45 is attached to said a lengthwise tubular portion 41a at the rotatably. An around groove 46a attached by the perimeter of said lower projected end portion 41c is attached with a ring-shaped elastic body 46 20 (for example, ring shape rubber) fixed. Then, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 explain plug member 43. A plug member 43 comprises a disk-shaped plug body 43a, and a long and slender pole shaped body 43b by which is vertically fixed in the central part of this plug body 25 43a. As for things, such as a peripheral face is a inverse balled trapezoid shape, a bowl-shaped, and a cup-shaped is included in "a disk-shaped". In addition, a peripheral face of plug body 43a is 30 formed in the shape and magnitude which can blockade a lower opening 48 of a lower projected end portion 41c of a hopper body 41 in a sealing state. Fig. 5 (a) shows the bottom view of plug body 43a. N:\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specia\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 13 Fig. 5 (b) shows a attaching structure of a plug body 43a and a pole shaped body 43b. As Fig. 5 showing, a mounting hole 49 of the small passes through is formed in the central part of plug body 5 43a. A base end portion 50 of long and slender pole shaped body 43b is integrally inserted in said mounting hole 49. A long and slender pole shaped body 43b is formed in the pipe-shaped to a operating upper end portion 51 bent from a base end portion 50 to the hook-shaped. 10 Therefore, where a plug body 43a is inserted in a engage hole 48 of a hopper body 41, when a hopper Y is set to an engage part 5 of a valve member 2, it is possible to reduce the pressure inside valve member 2 to the exterior through pole shaped body 43b. 15 (8) Base device S In Fig. 7, a base device S for hopper which exists separately from subdividing device X is shown. A base device S has receiving plate 55 of a cone 20 shaped in the upper wall 54. A lower end portion 41b and 41c of a hopper body 41 are caught by said receiving plate 55. A base device S includes in the heating means and keeping-warm means which are not illustrated. Therefore, by a base device S, soup f in hopper Y can 25 be warmed or can be cooled, beforehand. As Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 showing, when hopper Y is preparatory installed in said base device S, (a) First, insert plug body 43a in an engage hole 48 of a hopper body 41, 30 (b) Next, put soup f in a bag into a hopper Y beforehand, (c) Put a cap of hopper 42, (d) And change into the state of "ON" panel system switch 56 provided in a base device S. N:\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specis\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 14 If it does so, soup f in hopper Y will get warm. When a base device S builds in the cooling means, a soup f in hopper Y is cooled. Fig. 8 shows the state where hopper Y is supported by 5 receiving plate 55 of a base device S. In this case, an engage hole 48 of a hopper Y is blockaded by a plug member 43. It mentioned above, when closing an engage hole 48 of a hopper Y by a plug member 43, it pushes in by the hand of not illustrating an 10 operating upper end portion 51 of a plug member 43. Therefore, a soup f in a hopper Y does not flow below (it does not leak). (9) The set of a valve member 2 15 Fig. 9 is an explanatory view from the upper part of supporting member le of the state before setting valve member (main part of an engine) 2 to an upper horizontal plates if of a subdividing device X. In Fig. 9, since valve member 2 is not set to an upper 20 horizontal plates 1f, from through-hole 58 of the cone shaped of a tubular shape supporting member le of a lengthwise tubular shape, a suction hole 4 and an engage part 5 of outer tubular body 3 of valve member 2 are not visible. 25 On the other hand, Fig. 10 is an explanatory view from the upper part of supporting member le of the state after setting valve member 2 to an upper horizontal plates 1f of a subdividing device X. In this case, a suction hole 4 and an engage part 5 of 30 outer tubular body 3 of valve member 2 can be seen. In addition, after setting a valve member 2 of a removing-type to an upper horizontal plates lt of subdividing device X, a hopper Y put on base device S is N:\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specis\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 15 carried by hand H (refer to Fig. 11), and is inserted in engage part 5 of an outer tubular body 3 of a valve member 2 of a subdividing device X. Fig. 12 shows the state where a lower projected end 5 portion 41c of a hopper Y was inserted in an engage part 5 of an outer tubular body 3 of a valve member 2 through an elastic body 46. Fig. 13 shows in the state, after setting, which pulled up an operating upper end portion 51 of a plug 10 member 43 by hand H, and a plug body 43a of a plug member 43 separated from engage hole 48. If a plug member 43 is drawn out from an engage hole 48, soup containing an ingredient f in hopper Y will enter in inner tubular body 11 through a suction hole 4 and an 15 opening 12. Then, a drive motor is started after setting stirring means Z in a subdividing device X, as shown in Fig. 1. A stirring means Z shown in Fig. 1 has a stirring cap 61, a revolving shaft 62, plural stirring blades 63, and 20 an engage concave part 65 for a square shaft 64. A square shaft 64 rotates with the driving force of a drive motor 66 for stirring installed in a covering portion 1c of a subdividing device X. In the embodiment shown by the embodiment of the 25 invention, the peripheral face of the plug body of a plug member is formed in taper-shaped. A plug body is formed in the shape of a disk by an elastic body (for example, rubber). A pole shaped body of the plug member is made of a hard metal. A pole shaped body is set as predetermined 30 length. The shape of an operation top end 51 of a pole shaped body can be designed suitably. The discernment number and sign which indicate capacity are given to a hopper Y. N \Melbourne\Casee\Patent\77000-77999\P77368.AU\Specie\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 16 As set forth above, the advantages of the invention are as follows: (1) When a supplement is required, the hopper which stored the soups can be immediately set in a subdividing 5 device. (2) The hopper which stored the soups can be set to easy and a short time to a valve member (main part of an engine). (3) Since the hopper is provided with the plug member 10 of a removing-type, a soups can be carried with a hopper, and if plug member 43 is extracted, supply of the soups from a hopper to a valve member is possible, in an instant. (4) In the case of the embodiment by which the pole 15 shaped body of the plug member is formed in the pipe shaped, the pressure in a valve member can be reduced outside at the time of the set of a hopper. (5) Since hopper Y can be preparatory installed in base device S for hoppers and soups f can be warmed or 20 cooled, a consumer can always be provided with the soups of request temperature. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY 25 The present invention is mainly manufactured in the pump industry. For example, it is used in the industry of the foodstuffs service industry which subdivides soups (soup, miso soup, and so on) and with which a consumer is provided. 30 In the claims which follow and in the preceding description of the invention, except where the context requires otherwise due to express language or necessary implication, the word "comprise" or variations such as N,\Melbourne\Cases\Patent\77000-77999\P7368.AU\Specia\GH Speci as filed.doc 31/03/08 - 17 "comprises" or "comprising" is used in an inclusive sense, i.e. to specify the presence of the stated features but not to preclude the presence or addition of further features in various embodiments of the invention. 5 It is to be understood that, if any prior art publication is referred to herein, such reference does not constitute an admission that the publication forms a part of the common general knowledge in the art, in Australia or any other country.
