Description

COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT UNIVERSAL REUSABLE BAG POUCH FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to the cover and portability of any suitable reusable bag.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Due to environmental concerns, plastic bags are being replaced with reusable fabric bags. Fabric bags are available for purchase, or in some instances provided with the goods purchased.
In particular, grocery stores encourage shoppers to make an initial reusable fabric bag purchase, and bring these back which each subsequent shopping trip for the purpose of transporting purchased goods. Hence, alleviating the need for environmentally damaging plastic shopping bags.
Whilst bags are made available for purchase with each shopping visit this comes at an additional expense to the buyer.
What is needed is a pouch in which a purpose made reusable fabric bag can be easily carried on a key ring if so desired, so as to provide the convenience of a carry bag when required.
0C DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS N The present invention relates to a pouch for suitable reusable bags. The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the Cinvention as provided in the context of a particular application and its requirements.
L) As used herein, directional terms such as "rear", "top", "front", "lower", "bottom" and "edge" are intended to provide relative positions for purposes of description, are not intended to designate an absolute frame of reference. A variety of modifications to the preferred embodiment will be evident to those with skill in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments. Therefore, the f present invention is not intended to be limited to the particular embodiments shown oand described, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principle and onovel features herein disclosed.
0C o The disclosed pouch for a suitable reusable bag is comprised of material enclosed on Othe sides, with access via; an attached fastener (zipper) with perforation to allow key ring attachment device or via top/bottom opening. A suitable area on the front and rear panel of the said pouch for appropriate identification labelling will also be present on each embodiment.
The disclosed pouch has three variations to the working product (see figures I a, lb, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) each in accordance with a generalised embodiment of the present invention: Figures la, lb: Wherein the opening for the suitable reusable bag is to be at all sides of said pouch, allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from all sides of said pouch, via a fastener (zipper) attachment with a perforation to allow for a key ring attachment Figures 2a, 2b: The opening for the suitable reusable bag is to be placed at the top of the said pouch allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from the top. A piece of the chosen material to a be attached to the top portion of the rear panel of the said pouch and a device such as, and not limited to, a press stud, a fastener or Velcro to be attached to the end of the strip of material and the top portion of the front panel of the said pouch. The top edge of the said pouch will have a reinforced perforation to allow for a key ring attachment if so desired.
Figures 3a, 3b: The opening for the suitable reusable bag is to be placed at the bottom of the said pouch allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from the bottom. A piece of the chosen material to a be attached to the bottom portion of the rear (or alternatively the front panel of the said pouch and a device such as, and not limited to, a press stud, a fastener or Velcro to be attached to the end of the strip of material and the bottom portion of the front panel (or alternatively the rear of the said pouch. The top edge of the said pouch will have a reinforced perforation to allow for a key ring attachment if so desired.

Claims (4)

1. a suitable material enclosed on four sides via a fastener (zipper) attachment, therefore creating a pocket or pouch in which a reusable bag can be stored; a suitable area on the front and rear side of the said pouch to allow for cosmetic decoration including, but not limited to a company, school, sporting, or corporation logo, decorative design, a word, phrase or picture.
2. a pouch for a suitable reusable bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fastener (zipper) is to be placed at the top, side and bottom of the said pouch, allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from the top, side and bottom. The fastener of the said pouch will have a perforation to allow attachment of a key ring device.
3. a pouch for a suitable reusable bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening for the suitable reusable bag is to be placed at the top of the said pouch, allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from the top. A piece of the chosen material to be attached to the top portion of the reverse panel of the said pouch and a device such as, and not limited to, a press stud, Velcro or fastener to attach to the end of material and the top portion of the front panel of the said pouch. The top edge of the front and rear panel of the said pouch will have a reinforced perforation to allow attachment of a key ring device.
4. a pouch for a suitable reusable bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening for the suitable reusable bag is to be placed at the bottom of the said pouch, allowing for entry and removal of the suitable reusable bag from the bottom. A piece of the chosen material to be attached to the bottom portion of the reverse (or alternatively the front) panel of the said pouch and a device such as, and not limited to, a press stud, Velcro or fastener to attach to the end of material and the bottom portion of the front (or alternatively the rear) panel of the said pouch.
