Abstract

This utility relates to a fluid distributor used for providing gas power impact tools with fuels. Its technical proposal is: a riveted integrated fluid distributor, comprising a bag that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas and connected to the valve, wherein the upper part of the valve chamber is a cylinder, the lower part of the valve chamber is a pipe with a flange, a rubber sealing gasket is provided beneath the cylinder at the upper part of the valve chamber, a plastic gasket is provided beneath the connecting opening of the bag, the outer diameter of the flange at the lower part of the valve chamber is larger than the bore of the plastic gasket, the lower part of the valve chamber passes through the hole of the plastic gasket with the flange and the rubber sealing gasket on the flange provided beneath the plastic gasket and riveted with the plastic plastics gasket. This utility provides a new proposal for the connecting structure between the valve and the bag so that the production techniques can be simplified and we may achieve the same objective with lower material costs and processing costs on the premise that the user performance is satisfied. Description

1 Riveted Integrated Fluid Integrator Technical Field [001] This utility relates to an aerosol product and in particular to a fluid distributor used for providing fuels to gas power impact tools. Background of the invention [002] A fluid distributor is a fuel storage device operating on pressure self-jetting, wherein a bag that stores fuels is provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas and a valve is provided on top of the bag. The valve can close the opening of the outer tank and be connected to the bag inside the outer tank. When the valve is opened, the fuels inside the bag spray out under the pressure of the gas inside the outer tank to provide the gas powered impact tools with fuels. For instance, a distributor that can distribute fluids( US patent number: 5115944; as shown in figure 1), comprising the valve 3, bag 2 and connector 4, wherein the connector is connected at the sealing edge of the bag and the valve is connected with the bag via the connector. The fluid distributor adopting this structure presents the following problems: too many manufacturing processes, complex techniques and high costs. Summary of the invention [003] The objective of this utility is to improve the distributor that can distribute fluids by providing a new proposal for the connecting structure between the valve and the bag so that the production techniques can be simplified and we may achieve the same objective with lower material costs and processing costs on the premise that the use performance is satisfied. [004] The objective of the above invention is accomplished through the following technical proposal: a riveted integrated fluid distributor, wherein a bag that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas is connected to the valve, the upper part of the valve chamber is a cylinder, the lower part of the valve chamber is a pipe with a flange, a rubber sealing gasket is provided beneath the cylinder at the upper part of the valve chamber, a plastic gasket is provided beneath the connecting opening of the bag, the outer diameter of the flange at the lower part of the valve chamber is larger than the bore of the plastic gasket, the lower part of the valve chamber passes through the hole of the connecting opening of the bag and plastic gasket with the flange and the rubber sealing gasket on the flange provided beneath the plastic gasket , riveted and sealed with the plastic gasket.
2 [005] To manufacture the fluid distributor adopting this structure provided by this utility, the valve chamber directly connects the valve and the bag into a whole without the need of the connector, therefore saving the process of sealing and connecting of the valve chamber and the connector in the present technology so that the technique is further simplified. The production of this utility is very simple and the cost is significantly lowered. [006] The new proposal of integrated fluid distributor provided by this utility simplifies the production techniques, enabling us to achieve the same objective with lower material costs and processing costs on the premise that the use performance is satisfied. Description of the figures [007] Figure 1 is the structure schematic of the traditional fluid distributor. [008] Figure 2 is the structure schematic of embodiment 1 of this application. Embodiment Embodiment 1 [010] A riveted integrated fluid distributor, wherein a bag 2 that stores fuels provided inside the outer tank that contains pressured gas is connected to the valve 3, the upper part of the valve chamber is a cylinder, the lower part of the valve chamber is a pipe with a flange 5, a rubber sealing gasket 6 is provided beneath the cylinder at the upper part of the valve chamber, a plastic gasket 7 is provided beneath the connecting opening of the bag 2, the outer diameter of the flange 5 at the lower part of the valve chamber is larger than the bore of the plastic gasket 7; in the meanwhile, since the connecting opening of the bag is made of plastics, its bore is enlarged due to expansion and contraction when the connecting opening of the bag and the plastic gasket are heated so that the pipe with a flange 5 at the lower part of the valve chamber can be inserted into the hole of the connecting opening of the bag and the plastic gasket, the flange 5 is inserted into the lower part of the plastic gasket ; after cooling, the upper end surface of the flange presses tightly against the lower end surface of the plastic gasket 7, the valve 3 is riveted and sealed with the bag 2.
