Patent Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT THE JET SHOWER The following statement is a full description of this Invention, including the best method of performing It known to us: THE JET SHOWER For many years having a shower while camping was a hassle. This invention has been designed to make showering and washing up hassle free for the campers. Doing this gives you more time to 00 enjoy yourself rather than worry about having to organise hot water O for a shower or washing up. This simple but effective design is Omade also for the ease of transport and the compact design is also great for conserving as much space as possible.
This shower is a basic design in which there are a number of parts.
It al starts from 1 A 12 volt bilge wired to alligator clips to attach to a 12 volt battery or car with ease. The bilge pump is a submersible pump in the water pumps straight from your bucket/container thru a 2 clear pvc water pipe. Which then connects the pump to the 3 the main body. The main body consists of a double-jacketed stainless steel tube in which fills with cold water then runs thru into 4 the copper coil. The copper coil consists of a number coils in which the water runs thru and gets heated by 5 the high-pressure jet burner. The high-pressure jet burners amount of heat is determined by the gas flow thru 6 the needle valve. The needle valve controls the flow of gas, which therefore reduces the flame intensity, and decreases water temperature. The needle valve is the connected to 7 the high-pressure hose. You need a high-pressure hose with no regulator so you can power the jet burner, as it has to be run at cylinder pressure.
Back to the end of 4 the copper coil. It is the connected to 8 the stainless steel outer tube which also doubles as a carry handle for easy moveability. The handle has two supports going back to 3 the main body. At the end of 8 the stainless steel outer tube there is a coupling, which is then connected to either part 9 or 10. 9 the shower rose connection clicks into the coupling at the end of 8 and continues the water flow to the water saving shower rose on the end. 10 The washing up attachment. This part also is interchangeable with part 9. 10 Comes straight out of the side instead of up so you can fill your sink/container for washing up. This part also comes with an insulated piece of the outer tube so there are no hot parts.
