(PG2 FRICTION
CLAMP)
The glass pool fence industry has glass locks on the market but thry require the glass to have a hole drilled into the glass prior to the glass being manufactured into toughened safety glass This new design enables customers to use extsring side fxed panels and use this lock system to mount a latch onto their existing glass panel i. The latch is made ofa metal construction to assist with the prevention br the material to crack or rot 2. It is designed to fit onto toughened safety glass, as a compression plate is designed within the product to clamp on to glass.
3. The metal glass clamp has also used in this design, black neoprene at a controlled thickness to assist when clamping this product onto the glass, and to grip to prevent slippage if installed correctly.
4. PG2 FRICTION CLAMP has 2 x mn/ stainless grub screws set at a specified distance, when tightened onto glass, with compsln plate inserted with black neoprene againt glass surface, to hold glass clamp onto glass.
The glass clamp has a designed stop within the integral structure of the clamp so when a glass gate is closed against stop, and will prevent gate opening inwards.
