APPLICATION FOR INNO VA TION PA TENT Al. FIELD OF INVENTION r- This invention is "The process for cash transfer from one mobile phone to another 8 with access to cash instantly." A2. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The main reason for this Invention is to make available the transfer of Cash Funds from one person to another using the Senders Mobile Phone and thereby having the flexibility of transferring Funds at any hour of the day irrespective as to whether the Banks are open or not and even though the Receiver may be living across the Globe, the moment the Recipient is informed of the transfer of Cash by the Sender, the Receiver will have instant access to receiving his/her Cash from pre-designated payout points! A3. Whilst there are many methods available for Cash transfer through Banks, Cash Transfer Companies and other informal methods, none of these methods afford the ability to transfer the Funds via the Mobile Phone allowing immediate access to the' Cash from the nearest Pay out point/s.
In several known Cash transfer methods, the Receiver of the cash has to collect.
the Cash from Banks or Authorized Cash Points during regular Banking hours or working hours whilst the costs of such transfers are a lot dearer than the method provided for through this Invention A4. The primary object of the invention is to transfer Funds from one person (for this purpose the person is referred to as the "SENDER") via the use of his her Mobile Phone which will enable another person to receive these Funds almost immediately with ability of the "RECEIVER" making a withdrawal from a number pay out points using the "protocols" associated with the invention and such withdrawal information being conveyed to the "RECEIVERS" Mobile Phone.
The secondary object of the invention is to make the Funds transfer safe, convenient to use, fast and cost effective allowing for withdrawal of Funds during anytime or hour of the day by the "RECEIVER" who may be living in another part of the World.

A6. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION _STEP I The person making the Cash transfer using this Invention will purchase a Ci Mobile Cash Electronic Voucher from the Merchant outlet which Voucher will be electronically generated through the Electronic Funds Transfer terminals (POS EFTPOS) Machines available at Merchant outlets and the Mobile Cash Electronic Voucher will contain a 8 -16 Digit PIN (personal identification number) and the Value of the Amount of Cash the Sender has purchased for transfer on his or her Mobile Phone. This voucher will also contain C Instructions on "How to Use", Conditions of Use, Transaction Fee details and the Customer Help line Number.
In order to facilitate the electronic generation of the 8 -16 Digit "PIN" the EFTPOS POS terminals will be integrated to the Mobile Cash Central Remote Server which will host the Software driving this Invention.
The 8 16 Digits PIN on the Voucher will be dependent on the Country of use and security associated in each such Country of use.
STEP 2 The "SENDER" will through his her Mobile Phone Dial -up a pre determined Phone number, which is stated on the Mobile Cash Electronic voucher and will follow the instructions of the "Voice Prompts" which will be provided by the Software associated with the Invention to "Activate" the Cash transfer.
The "SENDER" of the Cash requires inputting this information by keying in it on the Mobile Phone Key pad in response to the requests of the "Voice prompts".
DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIQUE PROTOCOLS ASSOCIATED WITH MOBILE CASH TRANSFERS STEP 3 "SENDER" dials into Mobile Cash Central Remote Server and the following interaction will commence; Prompt 1 For English Press 1. For other Language Selection press 2.
Prompt 2 Enter your 8 -16 Digit PIN Number, which appears on the Mobile Cash Electronic Voucher. (The prompt repeats the number keyed in and then asks to confirm by pressing 1 or 2 to re-enter, on the key pad of the Mobile Phone.) Prompt 3 Enter the "RECEIVERS" Mobile Phone Number.
Prompt repeats number Request Press 1 to confirm. Press 2 to re-enter.
Prompt 4 Enter the Sum of Cash you wish to transfer.
Prompt Repeats Sum entered. Requests Pressl to confirm, Press 2 to reenter.

Prompt repeats number Requests Press 1 to confirm. Press 2 to Re-enter.
The Voice Prompt will now inform "SENDER" that the Mobile Cash transaction has been "Activated" on the Mobile Cash Central Remote Server.
The Mobile Cash Server Voice prompts will request "SENDER" to inform the "RECEIVER" of the cash transfer and the following under mentioned information which will enable the "RECEIVER" to withdraw Funds.
1. The 8 16 digit PIN number. (Refer step I) 2. The amount of cash transferred. (Refer step 1) 3. The 4 6 Digit Security Identification Code. (Refer step3 prompt The interaction with the Mobile Cash Central Server is now complete and the "SENDER" of Mobile Cash terminates the Call made to the Server.
STEP 4 The Mobile Cash Central Remote Server will be configured to communicate with "RECEIVERS" Mobile Phone Number and send by Short Text Message (SMS) a Reference Number for the transaction and confirms that a Cash sum awaits Collection at any Mobile Cash Pay out Merchant location.
STEP The "How to Use" instructions appearing on the Mobile Cash Electronic Voucher will require the "SENDER" to communicate by Short Text Message (SMS) with the Mobile Phone of the "RECEIVER" and inform him her of the 8 16 digit PIN Number and the amount of cash sent to enable withdrawal of Funds.
In order to maintain heightened Security, the "How to Use" instructions will require the Sender to communicate the 4 6 digit Security Identity Code verbally to the "RECEIVER'" and thereby ONLY the "SENDER" and "RECEIVER" will have the knowledge of the content of the 4 6 digit Security Identity Code which is the release "PIN" for the withdrawal of Funds.
STEP 6 "RECEIVER" of Funds will go to Merchant premises in his vicinity and request the Pa.out of Funds.
