Description

AUSTRALIA
Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT IMPROVED 4 SECTION -BABY POWDERED FORMULA
DISPENSER
The following Statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: Created by Joanne Keren Carpi 5/12/2006 IMPROVED 4 SECTION, BABY POWDERED FORMULA
DISPENSER
For several years formula dispensers for baby's powdered formula have consisted of having 3 internal sections for holding individual measures of baby's powdered formula, with a lid which can be positioned to remove the contents of each section individually. This invention has been devised in order to provide an improved formula dispenser of simple, cheap, effective and readily reusable construction with 4 internal, air tight sections.
A formula dispenser in accordance with this invention comprises a container having an open top and four internal sections, with a close fitting revolvable lid.
The opening in the lid comprises of a smaller opening, which when revolved, may be positioned over one individual interior section to remove only those contents. This smaller opening has also a close fitting lid which is externally attached, in a flexible manner to the revolvable lid.
The Formula dispenser will be of such a size To suit measurements listed in claims(1).
Created by Joanne Keren Carpi 5/12/2006 The formula dispenser must be made from suitable food grade plastics material. Said plastics are described in the literature.
The invention may be better understood with references to the illustrations of embodiments of the invention which:- Figure 1 is an elevation of the improved formula dispenser with parts separated and the co-acting position of the lid and smaller lid dotted.
Figure 2 is a diametrical aerial elevation of the top of the lid of a formula dispenser.
Figure 3 is a diametrical aerial elevation of the formula dispenser without the lid present.
Figure 4 is an elevation of the formula dispenser with all parts in closed position.
The formula dispenser 6 shown with open top 5 has internal dividers 7 to create four separate internal sections 8. The lid 4 which is made to fit upon the container tightly, has in its top a smaller opening 2, which has also a lid 1, which is attached to the lid 4 with a tie 3 to prevent unintentional removal or loss of the lid. The lid 4 has a flange which overlies the top of the container. The internal sections contact the underside of the lid.
