Description

description...New mounted position of vehicle safety brake light system.
THE FIELD OF INVENTION The scope of this new invention relates to safety signal lights for vehicles and more so focusses on the new mounted positionings, installed on the front side panels and or rear side panels area of a vehicle, known hereafter as a new vehicle brake light system position, with a diverse range of designs for inherent stylish individuality between the automotive make model of the new vehicles. This new device feature is idealy incorporated utilized for immediate warning for other vehicle drivers to instantly alert pedestrians in the near vacinity of the vehicle of the fact that the vehicle is to decelerate or stop.
THE PRIOR ART DESCRIPTION The use of signal lights is known in the prior art. More specifically, signal lights therein conceived and utilized for signalling the slowing or stopping of a vehicle and are therefore known to consist basically of obvious contruction as implemented in the arrangement of parts, of a diverse range of designs contained by the crowded prior art which have been created for the establishment of numerous objectives.
To clarify as an example, a pedestrian other drivers safety indication system for automobiles is described in the U.S. Patent 5,025,245 of which incorporates a flashing system into the main signal device of the vehicle via a circuit relay to allow indication between the driver of the vehicle and a pedestrian or another driver as a safety means to reducing or preventing accidents. The signalling system is operated by a immediate pressure to the vehicle brake pedal and will automatically switch off instantly upon the release of the braking pedal.
Another patent cited in particular U.S. Patent 5,373,426. States that a vehicle brake light signal for alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers positioned in front of a vehicle to a deceleration of the associated vehicle.
The device includes signal assembly which may be secured to a front area (only) of the vehicle.
PAGE 1 Another automotive safety indicator system is described in U.S. Patent 4,682,146 which utilizes a gas indicator light system utilizing a single horizontal indicator tube as operated to allow braking, parking, emergency flashing indicator, and turning signals. The indicator is operated at semi intensity for the parking function and then full intensity for the braking action.
An electrode on both sides may be triggered to allow each right left turning indications and the emergency flashing indicator is performed by activating periodic on off switches of the indication tube.
Another interesting patent is U.S. Patent 4,464,649 of which describes an electrical braking alarm for automobiles which achieves a flashing alarm effect and is combined with brake signals as in the case of the braking action of the relevant automobile and will in addition to provide emergency signals for help in the case of an accident or vehicle mal function.
Other documentation includes U.S. Patent 4,956,632-andU.:S. Patent 5,075,826.
As these safety devices carry out their relevant, detailed requirements objectives, the previously mentioned patents do not disclose a vehicle brake lights signal system for alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers in the vacinity, as positioned in the front side panels and or rear side panels area of the vehicle to indicate a deceleration and or stopping of the associated vehicle.
In these respects, a new safety brake lights system with new mounted positionings installed on the front side panels and or rear side panels area of a vehicle, according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in so doing provides an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers in the near vacinity of a vehicle to a deceleration of the associated vehicle equipped with this extra safety device.
INVENTION SUMMARY As viewed the known existing disadvantages of the previous types of added safety signal lights present in the prior art are obviously limited, however this new invention provides a new safety brake lights system with new mounted positionings installed on the front side panels and or rear side panels area of a vehicle as the construction wherein the same can be utilized for alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers positioned in the near vacinity of a vehicle to a deceleration and or stopping of the associated vehicle. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide vehicle brake lights apparatus, with new mounted positionings, of which have many of the advantages of the signal lights mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in new mounted positionings which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art signal lights, either alone or in any combination thereof.
PAGE 2 To further attain this, the present invention essentially comprises of vehicle brake lights signalling for alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers positioned in the left right side near vacinity of a vehicle to a deceleration of the associated vehicle. The installed device includes signal assembly which may be secured to a front side panel or rear side panel area of the vehicle.
The signal assembly is electrically linked to both the brake lights of the vehicle. Upon a depression of the brake pedal of the vehicle, the signal assembly will illuminate to warn others of the vehicle's deceleration.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the invention in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are, of course, additional features of the invention that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the graphic art. The invention is capable of other embodiments and of being developed in various other ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.
As such, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the conception, upon which this disclosure is based, may readily be utilized as a basis for the designing of other structures, methods and systems for carrying out the several purposes of the present invention. It is important, therefore, that the claims be regarded as including such equivalent constructions insofar as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Further, the purpose of the foregoing abstract is to enable I.P.Australia and the public generally, and especially the scientists, engineers and practitioners in the automotive industry of the art who are not familiar with patent or legal terms or phraseology, to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and essence of the technical disclosure of the application. The abstract is neither intended to define the invention of the application, which is measured by the claims, nor is it intended to be limiting as to the scope of the invention in any way.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a new vehicle brake light system apparatus which has many of the advantages of the signal lights mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a vehicle brake light system in regards to new positioning of the device, which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art signal lights, either alone or in any combination thereof. It is another object of the present invention to provide a new vehicle brake light system which may be easily and efficiently manufactured and marketed.
PAGE 3 It is a further object of the present invention to provide a new vehicle brake light system which is of a durable and reliable construction.
An even further object of the present invention is to provide a new vehicle brake light system which is susceptible of a low cost of manufacture with regard to both materials and labor, and which accordingly is then susceptible of low prices of sale to the consuming public, thereby making such a new vehicle brake light system economically available to the buying public.
Still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new vehicle brake light system which provides in the apparatuses and methods of the prior art some of the advantages thereof, while simultaneously overcoming some of the disadvantages normally associated therewith.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a new vehicle brake light system for alerting pedestrians or other vehicle drivers in the near vacinity of a vehicle to a deceleration of the associated vehicle.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new vehicle brake light system which may be electrically linked to the brake lights of a vehicle so that upon a depression of the brake pedal of the vehicle, the light will immediately illuminate to warn others of the vehicle's deceleration.
