Description

-1- Description The upyoursBBQ is a roasting tin with a watertight cup fixed in the base to stand a chicken on. The chicken is placed end on to the cup. The cup can have wine, cider or any liquid in it. Alternatively a can of beer can be placed in the cup and the chicken put on to the can.
This then enables the chicken to be cooked from the inside out. It is effectively steam cooked with the flavour of the beer etc going in to the flesh. The skin becomes cripy but the flesh remains moist and succulent.
The tray can have any number of cups to allow for the cooking of more than one chicken.
The fat from the chicken runs straight out in to the tray making the chicken less fatty.
