Abstract
A device (10) for the induction heating of the teeth (12) of a toothed wheel (13), arranged on at least one peripheral wall (14), comprises: (a) a main annular induction coil (18) connected to a power source and arranged coaxial to the toothed wheel opposite the peripheral wall; (b) first (19) and second (20) auxiliary annular induction coils electrically connected to the power source in parallel to the main induction coil and arranged coaxial to and on either side of the main induction coil at a distance from the teeth.
