Abstract

The invention relates to a heating and/or air-conditioning device which is intended for a residential or service area comprising at least one service zone and at least one room to be heated and/or air conditioned. The inventive device is of the type that comprises: a thermodynamic generator consisting of at least one inner unit (2) and at least one outer unit which communicate with one another in order to produce a heating and/or cooling airflow, a distribution network which is built into the false ceiling of the room in order to distribute the heating and/or cooling airflow, and motorised supply grilles (5) which are used to send the heating and/or cooling airflow into the rooms (3) to be heated and/or air conditioned as required. According to the invention, the device is equipped with electronic means of adjusting the heating and/or cooling airflow rate circulating in the aforementioned distribution network, said electronic adjustment means operating at the distribution network according to the open or closed status of the supply grilles.
