Abstract

The planing device has an upper piece (2) with a cutter block (48) and a lower piece (4) able to pivot about a pivot axis (6) relative to the upper piece. The two pieces can be adjusted relative to each other perpendicular to the pivot axis. The lower piece can be locked in set positions relative to the upper piece by means of locking elements (12, 14).
