Patents Act 2003 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT TWO-DOSE SUGAR WOODEN SPOON TUBE The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of using it known to me.
TWO DOSE SUGAR WOODEN SPOON TUBES This invention relates to convenience in supplying approximately 'two metric' teaspoon dose of sugar and wooden spoon as stirrer in one small tube.
For many people, purchasing a takeaway coffee or tea involves handling up to four or so separate items; ie an average of two sachets of sugar, a stirrer (usually in the form of an icy pole stick or a plastic spoon) and the hot cup of liquid.
The aim of this invention is to eradicate the problem of handling the various fiddly items during a purchase and instead, provide the customer with one handy tube containing all necessary units.
These problems are overcome by the present invention as the tube, combining the function of two sugar sachet/s and the spoon/stick as a stirrer, no longer treats the items and their functions separately.
In the drawings: Figure 1 indicates shows one example of the "Two dose sugar wooden spoon tube" according to this invention.
Figure 2 indicates the application allowing access to the spoon and sugar contained within the tube.
Figure 3 indicates the function of both the spoon, and visible indication of remaining sugar in the tube.
Claims (4)
1. The "tube" (identified as the container produced housing the sugar and spoon) provides the user with approximately 'two metric" teaspoons of sugar with the indication of amount used printed on the tube in the form of broken lines.
2. The tube is manufactured using a material that is partially transparent, acting as a visible means for indicating the amount of sugar remaining in the tube.
3. The spoon is easily accessed by holding the spoon upright and tearing off the top of the tube.
4. The wooden spoon (made from recycled and biodegradable material) is then pulled out of the sachet without spilling the sugar contained in the tube. A "Two dose sugar wooden spoon tube" substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
