Abstract

The method involves measuring the concentration of a trace gas at two or more times, deriving the variation in concentration as a measure of the production rate of trace gas by the products, defining the control values for the composition of the atmosphere depending on the variation and setting the composition accordingly. The variation of C2H4 concentration can be measured.
