Abstract

Storage containers which can be subdivided by means of removable partitions, in particular storage boxes with partitions which can be pushed into grooves, are known. In order to prevent the partitions from moving, causing mixing of the stored items thus separated from one another, the partitions (2) are provided, according to the invention, with resilient locking devices (3) which engage behind an edge (8) on the side wall of the box (1) in their end position. The locking device can be designed as a spring tongue (3), which is attached laterally to the upper rim of the partition. The spring tongue can engage under an edge from the inside. Advantageously, the arrangement is such that release of the locking from outside, e.g. through a perforation in the wall, is facilitated. It is however also possible to bring the locking device into engagement with the edge of a peripheral rim or of a label support. <IMAGE>
