Abstract

In a bottle crate (1) with partitioning (6) which exhibits at least one compartment (7) for a bottle, whereby each compartment exhibits a base (22) and compartment walls (21), which extend over part of the bottle placed in each compartment, and the base is provided with devices to centrally position the bottles, secure positioning of the bottles in the compartment is achieved in that the devices are designed as a graduated support (24,27,28) on their side facing the inside of the compartment, and exhibit at least two ledges (31,35) to take the bottoms of the bottles. In this way bottles of differing diameters can be stored in the crate. <IMAGE>
