Abstract
1. Equipment for the support of an inner chamber (1) of a vacuum insulated cylindrical container for low boiling liquefied gases in the outer vessel (2) with the following characteristics : a) the equipment consists of a two point support with one stationary bearing (3) and a loose bearing (4) as well as elastical holdings for the absorption of the forces going in upper direction and a part of the lateral forces, b) the loose and the stationary bearing are constructed as sheet -metal-structures- resistant to bending - equipped with transverse segments (7, 12) running in the longitudinal direction of the container and covering the lower part of the space between the inner chamber (1) and the outer vessel (2) in the circumferential direction, c) on sectional view and parallel direction to the circumference of the container the sheet-metal structures - resistant to bending - have a meander shaped cross section, d) the transverse segments (7, 12) of the resistant to bending sheet-metal-structures, segments which are running in the longitudinal direction of the container have at least - as far as the stationary bearing is concerned - the form of a trapeze whose large side is connected with the outer vessel and whose small side is connected with the inner chamber.
