Abstract

The invention relates to a writing instrument comprising a body (1) and a cap with a clip, of the type using ink cartridges accessible from the base of the said body. According to the invention, the base of this body is removable and consists of a subassembly comprising a bell (5) provided externally with a screw thread intended to receive the cap, and receiving internally, on the one hand, a fixing element (8, 10) screwed into an inner tube (3) coaxial with the body (1) and integrally connected thereto, in which is housed the ink cartridge, the said fixing element immobilising the bell with respect to the body, and, on the other hand, a catch system (13, 16) capable of opposing the rotation of the said bell in the direction corresponding to its unscrewing, and of permitting its rotation in the opposite direction. <IMAGE>
