Abstract

A cost effective design of through flow electric heater has a robust back plate (1) secured onto a wall and onto which are moulded softer components such as plastic seals. The mouldings include a seal (10) for the cover, cable duct seals, fluid ducts, cable sleeve etc. The separate fittings have different hardness and elasticity as appropriate to their function and include snap fasteners for other components.
