Abstract

The device has a storage container for storing a liquid flavoring material e.g. menthol, and a conduit connected to the container, a cigarette making machine, and/or loading equipment of a filter machine. The conduit has a spraying device and a pump for supplying the material from the container based on production speed of the machines. The container and the pump are accommodated in a device that is connected to the machines. A measurement-controlled dosing system supplies a tobacco strand from the machines with the material.
