Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco, and particularly relates to a one-step forming device and a one-step forming method for a filter stick with a binary composite structure.
Background
The cigarette filter tip, especially the special filter tip, plays an important role in reducing harm and tar of the cigarette. The special filter stick can be divided into a common filter stick (unit filter stick) and a filter stick with a binary, ternary or multi-element composite structure according to the structure. The current perfuming types are various, such as gel, glyceryl triacetate, incense thread, incense tablet, particle, bead explosion and the like. In order to avoid the direct contact of the flavoring substance with the oral cavity, the flavoring section is generally arranged at the middle section of the composite structure filter stick or the front section of the composite structure filter stick, such as the far lip end of the binary composite structure filter stick.
