Method of energy regeneration in air conditioning and ventilation equipment sets, comprising device for direction of volume flow of plenum air, device for direction of exhaust air volume flow and system of heat regeneration, includes the following stages: exchange of heat energy in volume flow of exhaust air coming out of heat regeneration system by means of the first heat exchanger connected to heat pump; transfer of exchanged heat energy by means of heat pump and the second heat exchanger connected to heat pump to accumulation circuit, which is connected to heat exchanger for heat energy transfer and comprises energy accumulator; transfer of heat energy sent to accumulation circuit by means of the third heat exchanger to volume flow of plenum air coming out of heat regeneration system with the purpose to cool or heat volume flow of plenum air; control of portion of transferred heat energy in heat exchanger, given to volume flow of plenum air, by control of circulating fluid amount contained in accumulation circuit, passing through energy accumulator and heat exchanger. ^ EFFECT: higher coefficient of heat return. ^ 25 cl, 4 dwg
