Abstract
Steel contains (in wt.%): 0.08-0.25 carbon, 0.10-0.30 silicon, 0.80-1.60 manganese, not more than 0.020 phosphorus, not more than 0.015 sulfur, 0.40-0.80 chromium, 0.30-0.50 molybdenum, 0.70-1.20 nickel, 0.020-0.060 aluminum, 0.007-0.018 nitrogen, not more than 0.15 vanadium, not more than 0.07 niobium and balance iron. The sum of phosphorus and sulfur is not more than 0.030 wt.% and the sum of vanadium and niobium is at least 0.020 wt.%.
