Abstract

1. A connexion device with a fuse for enclosed medium voltage switchgear, having at least one duct (3), inserted in the wall (2) of the switchgear (1), for a projecting cable conductor (4), and having an angled connexion member (5) which is positioned on the duct (3) and comprises a recess 6 into which a high-voltage HRC fuse cartridge (7) is inserted at one end and which engages at its other end in the recess (8) of a connexion member (10 and 11 respectively) attached to a cable end (9), the ends of the high-voltage HRC fuse cartridge being connected by means of contact elements to the projecting cable conductor (4) and the cable end (9), characterized in that the angled connexion member (5) comprises an inner space (12) with a plurality of openings, one (13) of which is conically enlarged in such a way that it can be mounted on the portion (14) of the duct (3) which is conically tapered, a further opening (15) is provided for receiving the high-voltage HRC fuse cartridge (7), the angled connexion member (5) closely embracing the porcelain member (16) of the fuse cartridge (7), and a third opening (17) is provided opposite the conically enlarged opening which can be closed by a stopper (18).
