Abstract

The method involves using a controlled feed unit emitting cleaning fluid with a cleansing additive and having a forward and back flow facility. In the flow path, is an accommodation chamber (6) for a package (9) containing a cleaning medium additive in a tablet form. This chamber contains at least one stop (8) for limiting the movement of the package. The accommodation chamber is located in a housing (2) divided into at least two parts, at least one of which is removable. The location of the accommodation chamber in the lower part (4a) of the divided housing and the lower part is removable from the upper part (4b). An Independent claim is also included for a device for chemical cleaning of pipes.
